Years ago the shopping experience was great at S&W, but now these guys are acting like a big school yard bully. If you buy parts and want to return it they will try to bullying in buying another part or stiff you on your refund. I recommend going somewhere else to shop where you are welcome and appreciated for your BUSINESS, and not being preyed upon.

The process was easy. You come in and they ask what the vehicle that you are looking for a part. They you a list of vehicles and you go take off the part you want. Just make sure you bring your tools. As for price. Just 2 dollars and if you are a active or retired military the entrance is free. The cashiers were friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Spent $1600.00 on a an engine.Installed it and it was bad! Went around with them and they sent me another one guess what it had a miss to it....The delivery driver heard the miss when he came back to deliver another Engine.mind you I have purchased 8 or 9 from them. I other was bad and the replaced it. Now they are telling me that the engine is good and refuse to do anything about it. Won't do business with them again because everything is good until they have to return some money.I can't give my customer a car that's not running right.$1600.00 worth of scrap sitting in my shop! Said that they would take and test it themselves.now they say no! DISHONEST!

My experience was bad when I purchased an engine for a honda Civic they had told me that it had only 124k miles until I got home and notice it had a hidden tag on it with the original miles on it saying 156k same vin number, S & W lied to me about the miles also notice that the invoice is not under my name is under Rod Munoz the salesperson who sold me the engine. That tell me that it looks like taxes fraudulent. So disappointed and they don’t give your money back. Only exchanges. Do not waste your time. The invoice number is 350123

SCOTT advised I have 30 days to exchange the part...I sent someone up there with the receipt and they denied the exchange....there is a lack of honesty and integrity....there parts are hit or miss and majority of the time it's a miss....BE WARNED.....they advertise being a family business but the are just con artists. Remember the Mafia is a family business.

I bought an engine from them that they say was test run. That's why I went to them. Paid to have engine installed and cranked up fine. Only thing is a rod was knocking VERY loud. I called S&W and they said sorry but they would only bring out another engine. If they test run their engines how was a rod knock missed? They wouldn't answer me.

NOT WORTH ANY MONEY YOU MAY SAVE. Sold me a transmission. I had emergency knee surgery a week later. We installed the transmission and towed to Chrysler dealer, ( S&W said it would need to be programed). A week later they finished and said it did not fix it. It was doing the same thing. They diagnosed and said it was a transmission code. I called S&W and explained about my surgery and it was 6 weeks but ZERO miles and they sent a contracting mechanic to look at it. He said it was a $500 relay box that was bad and that the installing mechanic and the Chrysler dealer did not know what they were doing. I bought the relay box and had it installed. Still the same thing. Now they stand by him and said it is out of warranty anyway. Why send a mechanic? I have been the auto business from 1982 and ran new and used car stores. I am not the idiot they take me for. This is not so much the late claim( new knee} as it is them having me prove it by buying a$500 part just to tell me sorry when it did not fix it. Do Not Buy.

Call in before you go. Make sure you have all the info or you'll have to call back. The parts dept closes on Friday at 5pm and isn't open on the weekends, but the pull your part division is open. They also sell tires and vehicles. Off of Stone Mountain Industrial Blvd and Young rd, over the train tracks to the left.
