I use to like buying part for my cars and costumers cars at this location but I call on 3/29/17. At 4:30 pm trying to get a translation for a Pathfinder that will cost $1800 dollars but the guy who answered the phone was a total ass had no costumer service skills his name was Jason or something like that. I was to busy with a costumer so I ask my brother to call for me before they close well this Jason man was trying to be an ass to my brother asking all this questions like. Who is the transmission for ? Is it for you or for the guy in the back ? I walk in to half of the conversation and I was telling my brother what questions to ask and Jason was so interested who I was. He is only job is to sale parts and give prices and info he has no business what is going on on the other side of the phone. I think is time for us to start looking for a new part provider that care more about my business and not what is going on in the other side of the phone call.

I visit from time to time as need ... and I am generally pleased with the service I receive ... someone always welcomes you as you enter ... big big big plus in my book ...computers are always available or someone to help if you have no clue.....inventory is correct and vehicles are always where the computer say they are... just always a good over all experience... thank you

SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE!!! This company sold this small business owner a part that they did not stand behind and blamed the buyer when the deficiencies in their part was discovered! Instead of doing the right thing and providing the type of exceptional customer service one would expect to receive as a long time repeat customer that has been doing business with them for over 20 years, the S&W Sales Rep fabricated a blatant lie in defense of the defects in their parts and eluded to accusing the me of causing the damage in lieu of replacing or repairing their faulty parts. This type of egregious business practice puts a small business owner at a major disadvantage when I am simply trying to take care of my own customers. Instead I end of losing money three times over and more so the potential loss of integrity in my small business in the eyes of my own customer simply because I chose to purchase the part needed for my customer’s repair from S&W who intern did not accept responsibility for selling an inoperable /unrepairable part. The audacity of the Sales Reps to question the competence and honesty of a longtime patron of their business and reputable small business owner when the quality of their parts is challenged is an unscrupulousness way of doing business and should be reprehensible. S&W has lost a long time customer…I will never purchase parts from S&W again!!

BUSSINESS OWNERS BEWARE!!!!
DO NOT buy motor or transmission from this people.. They will rip you off.. I had a terrible experience from these guys even though I hv been a dedicated customer to them for years. As a business owner I hadly write negative reviews for others but I felt very bad for this wicked act to fellow business person.. First, they don't inspect their motors and transmissions before they send it u with just 30days warranty.. am car dealer, and I bought 1 motor and 2 transmissions in January.. funny enough my mechanic warned me about them long before now about their ruthless practices but I don't judge people with other's experience..it turns out that one transmission was bad, I called them for atleast a replacement and they gave me a run around of my life.. I even escalated to the manager but was shock at his response.. I waited 1week for the scheduled inspector and yet no one showed up..I ended buying another transmission from LKQ with 90days warranty.. I guess LKQ are more driven by customers satisfaction and they understand u as business person too. if any thing goes wrong with their part they will sincerely apologize and send u a replacement the next day.. imagine paying the mechanic twice for 1 job.. I throw away the motor and transmissions from S&W cos I can't risk another double pay to the mechanic.. S&W are just a RIP.. Ya"all just be aware and watch out for them...

They labeled my parts rong. I have pointed the difference and show that in their computer. They picked the highest price item on that page similar to main. I have asked the manager,Ashley, to intervene. She didn't bother to walk 15 feet and see the difference. She gave authority to the cashier to call it the way she want. I was very polite, all the time,I didn't provoked anything, they where rud.

Went here with my good buddy rows of damaged cars that you can take off a car and put on your car for a fee. You can rent a golf cart for 5 dollars. Staff was very nice and friendly.

This is a great automotive scrap yard for newer cars and trucks and their lot is well organized to find what you need fast! They even have golf carts for rent if you don't want to tote a wheel barrow.

Used to be cheaper, prices are high compared to other salvage yards, don't lose your receipt they wont give you credit, they will charge you for every part assembled into the one you are originally buying, good place for hard to find cars

This is a huge yard where you can buy any used parts needed to fix your vehicle. You can also find a lot of cars, pick up trucks and other vehicles with little damage that you can buy and fix for your own use or resale them.

They remove all engine compartment pieces so if you need anything under the hood forget it. Then the interiors are trashed with left overs generally greasy and makes interior things useless. I generally have more success elsewhere

Good place to get good parts in a good price , friendly service ... ( I make this comme ts before, BUT NOW IS THE SECOND TIME THE GUYS GAVE ME THE WRONG CAR i look for, maybe is hard to understan : FREESTAR ... That actually ask and they gave me FREESTYLE .. HOWEVER , I think this busines is going down, not to much models and not to much parts to take ... sorry but from me I will rate them just 1 star ....and I think I am not coming again here ... .. .

Sold me a bad transmission, warranty is for 30 days advised them of issue within 7 days. They told me they couldn't fulfill the warranty because I didn't know the codes. Installed by a reliable shop. Beware of a salesmen by the name of Elvis.

Most cars are left on the lot so long, the only thing left is the paint. Its not a very welcoming environment. Unlike Pull a Part where the inventory gets updated frequently. I have a full size van thats in need of a driveshaft. They use forklift trucks which crush the shafts.

And their items are over priced ... they take the engines. Out so you can't get engine parts save you the trouble go to PULL a ParT
