I went to the search inventory page. I put in the year, the make and model, and the part. There's no button to tap for send!
It would be a lot better if your site allowed us to find just the car we wanted, without it being tied into the part. Sometimes, I don't need a specific part, but if I knew the car was there, I would come and see it and see what's available on the car. Sometimes, my customers don't know what they need, but after I inspect your wreck, I'm better prepared for them. An email telling me the party is, finally, available doesn't work, cuz you don't know how long you have to wait till a part is available, but more importantly, we don't even know if you have the car there! Example, last year, 2018, you had four Ford Tauruses(Tauri?) 2010 thru 2012 .
Your webpage told me you had them. Now the format is changed, so I have to drive from SW Atlanta to Lithonia just to know if the cars are even available.
This needs to be fixed.

I called before I came to pick up an engine and transmission. They were very friendly and helpful. This is my first time dealing with S&W and I will be dealing with them again. So far I can't complain. The transmission wasn't up to spec so the sales rep went and got me another one. They take care of their customers.

It's Okay.
I mean as far as used auto parts go....they have an extremely HUGE amount of land filled with nothing but used cars! I ACTUALLY found parts for MY cars throughout the years. They're on top of their inventory too. They know EXACTLY what's out there. So, give em' a call or go to their website. Who knows? You just might find what you're looking for.

They have a great amount of vehicles, probably 2014 and older. If you are looking for engine/transmission parts in the self service you can forget it. They sell the whole transmission and engine at the full service. The lot is not keep clean, cars are too close and spacing is uncomfortable. Good thing is they have a big inventory

Customers is great and the employees are nice but thought my issues are pricing on the parts i pull from a junk car #1 is a seat frame and the other is seat Cushion, she said she would charge me for the seat Cushion as a whole seat and charge the seat frame separate and so i told her i don't need a whole seat i needed few parts to fix my driver seat and i don't want to throw away a good part. So i declined my order with her and i went to pull a part next door and got everything i needed and they itemize every individual part and i am happy. Thanks pull a part. S&w need to fix that you guys are junk yard and recycling company no part gets wasted.

I have and will continue to buy from S&W regularly; due to the fact that I have yet to have an issue with any part I've purchased. To this day I have not had to return any part. They are one of the best and most reputable used parts dealers in Atlanta. I just recommend that if you do buy here (as with anywhere) READ & follow the instructions and don't be cheap on fluids!

Their website say they open till 5:30, I walked in at 4:40 no one said anything about closing in 20 minutes. 15 minutes after paying to get in and renting a golf cart they are saying they closed. A RIP off!
To the owner who replied:
I understand no one allowed in after 5, I was already in and 15 minutes after entering (4:55 pm), I was told to leave. So how are you open to 5:30 to people who is already on the yard, when they are being told to leave the yard at 4:55 pm? Futhermore when I spoke to the manager on duty, who acted like I was bothering her, she stated that the website was incorrect and the yard is closed at 5.

They have a decent selection of cars about 2014 and older, however their search process on their website is inefficient, and some of the prices for parts online don't match up with those at the register. No engine or transmissions. The cashiers have little to no knowledge about parts, and how to distinguishes between different parts, they just want to charge you for the highest amount. Not much more can be said about the manager either. The one person who seemed to know the most was the security guard, but feared his job, because the manager was there. Bottom line expect to pay a bit more than you expected here.and check the pull a part less than a minute away first.

S&W Auto has always come thru for me. Gary has always provided great customer service but this time...OMG!!! He truly went above and beyond. I bought a transmission from S&W for my son's 2002 Honda civic. After my local mechanic attempted to put in the transmission, the car still did not run. So, the mechanic started to avoid me because he did not know what to do or what to tell me. I was going to have the car towed somewhere else and Gary advised me not to because that new mechanic would just tell me that I need another transmission (and more money). Instead, Gary called the mechanic and asked for the code and they just kept giving him the wrong code. Gary was determined to find out the problem, so he made several phone calls to the mechanic. At first, the mechanic spoke to Gary and when the problem was not fixed after the first call, the mechanic then, in turn, started avoiding Gary too. Gary then sent a technician to the mechanic and low and behold...the car is running great! Found out, the mechanic tried to force the transmission in and bent a connector. S & W was on my side!!!

Scott hooked me up with a bed for my Sierra 1500. Had a hard time finding this bed, he had one and it was $500 cheaper than most places. Plus his guys swapped the old bed for the new one, no charge.

Golf carts are privately owned, sometimes completely unavailable.. Prices are pretty high for pulling your own parts.. Staff doesn't know the word discount, not even if an item is clearly damaged beyond use as is..

This business deserves a 5 star. My vehicle was broken down in Columbus, GA and I called a friend who referred me to this company. Immediately a nice man came on the phone by the name of Elvis who went beyond professional. He assisted me not only getting an engine for my 2002 Honda, but also customizing it with the water pump and timing belt and sensors needed. Elvis went beyond and followed up on the progress even referring me to a mechanic to install the engine and call to make sure everything went well after the installation. All-all my experience was awesome and I'm so grateful to Elvis and to S&W for helped to get me back on the road. Thank you guys!

I walked all the way to the end to the Ford section without knowing I could have used a golf cart in 95 degree weather... None of the cars have any major components... Meaning without transmissions or main engine components.... I was looking for parts for a 2006 Ford fusion, the woman up front printed a ticket that said 7 was available and I only found 3.... Everything was missing from the 3 I found. What a waste of time... Please don't waste your time coming here... I'm sure all the parts overpriced.... ????

The people were great and prices are fair. My only gripe is when I get there the day after a car comes into the lot the entire engine and everything touching it is already harvested. I understand why, just a bit annoying at times.
