If you want a quality repair, avoid this place at all costs. Appalling standards of workmanship. After being involved in an accident our car was in for substantial repair to rear, including new boot-lid, new rear panel and new bumper. What we got back was a boot-lid that looked like it had been salvaged from a scrap yard (brand new genuine part, but appalling finish that wasn't cheeked before fitting), tail lights didn't align correctly, caps missing from drain holes in boot-lid, rubber stopper missing (was in cup holder in car), a paint job that missed most of the inside edge of boot and around number plate light, battery cover not replaced after battery terminal reconnected, paint finish similar to a 2 year old with a sponge roller, all while a notice put on car "Ready to Go", zero handover checks could have been done. Car was rejected and sent back for further repair and manager (Ian) agreed standard was not good enough. A rep from insurance company was to come to workshop and sign off car before being released for 2nd time - didn't happen.
Car was supposed to be completed and returned but they missed 3 handover dates as they still weren't satisfied with the standard of repair. When car was returned, it had the alignment issues resolved and a new good quality boot lid fitted, however it still does not close without needing to be slammed shut, rear panel repair (area that took all the impact in accident) has not be realigned properly during repair and is noticeably higher on LHS, most likely causing the closing issues to boot. Car has been returned with extra damage and marks to other areas of car that were not repaired, finished with a dash of over-spray on the passenger door.
If you want your car returned a different colour, well below average repair standard with extra damage than it went in with, all while having to argue with an cocky & arrogant manager, then this is the place for you. If you want a quality service and repair find another garage.

My car required dents and scratch removed, car dents and main scratches were removed well and car was polished and cleaned however there were new scratches elsewhere on the same panel and other panels as well. When telling the staff member who delivered my car, they took it back same day and manager Alberto brought it back after the weekend and fixed all the problems and decided to stay until I was satisfied with the job. I was not satisfied with original job but very happy about the customer service and final product.

My car went in for some body repair on a Tuesday late afternoon. I was going away the following Monday, which i mentioned. They managed to get me my car back by the Friday. Amazing service. Very welcoming and professional staff. Car repair excellent & a valet included...defo ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had my Seat Ibiza repaired at Motofix in Aldershot, small dent in driver’s door and nick in corner moulding that needed a bit of filler and a re-spray. I liaised with Tania over the phone and when I arrived at Motofix as we went through all the paper work booking the car in for the repair and collecting the courtesy car. I found Tania to be very much a people person and definitely in her element. A very polite, friendly, helpful, conscientious person and having a great eye for detail and of course easy to speak with and ask any questions regarding the repair. I found the overall experience at Motofix very pleasant with a lovely professional repair carried out on my vehicle that has returned it to how it was and completed so quickly only 3 days. And I would just like to thank everyone at Motofix for repairing my injured car and Tania for her professional assistance.

I was concerned after reading past reviews that people had left. I'd already drop my car off to them before seeing the reviews. But I can honestly say that I receive a great service and that my car is now looking like new once again. Great experience and very happy with the workmanship. The car was ready to collect close to closing time and the receptionist offered to wait behind after closing so I could collect the car the same day. Thanks very much ????????

I am writing to say how impressed I have been from the very start with the service you have provided in getting my car repaired after an unfortunate incident involving a lorry.
Both you and your team have given me exemplary customer service and I cannot fault your approach to managing the business of getting your customers' cars up and running again. Do not trust this garage. 4 month ago my Toyota prius needed rear bumper replacement. They replace it with a new one but it was 100% bigger size. After 3 weeks time I went back to the garage to let them know. They said that it was the right size model. After discussion they offered me to do something. 10 minutes later I got it back. They made it just worth. I couldn't close the car boot and they broke one part of the bumper ( bracket ). When I asked the person who assisted me, he said " that is all we can do, you have to use power to close the car boot". Very dissatisfied. By the way the ladies in office were very friendly and polite. NEVER AGAIN ! One star is even to much.

The state of my car is appalling. After a huge fight with my insurance company I am now over £900 out of pocket and having to pay for it to be fixed correctly out of my own pocket. Avoid avoid avoid, they are cowboys!

Car in for 6 working days for minor paintwork repair that took only 15 hours to complete but nevertheless still extended beyond estimated completion date. Estimated completion date is not the day you'll get your car back as they have until midnight on that day to complete apparently!!!! I think most customers want to know the day they will likely get their car back? As a result, I couldn't collect my car within 24 hours and I then had to justify keeping my hire car over a long weekend. Maybe motofix need to justify to Auxilis their slow service instead? One receptionist really helpful when I visited but Lesley's telephone manner needs improvement and the man I spoke to at collection who didn't introduce himself ?manager, was rude, disinterested and apparently doesn't read Google reviews. I think he needs to.

Send my car to sort it the bumper they done rubbish job diferent paint shows it look stinking out the bumper at the both corner and they scratched my car on a door even when they get in my car they leave foot print with paint ???? I went to show this they start having a go with me? Man feel so disappointing

Dealt with Lesley Williams, in the Aldershot Branch, what an appalling service, and what a rude woman! She had no idea how to get around the collection of the vehicle without me present, and needed spoonfeeding for ideas, such emailing me the forms I need to sign! I had a dash cam lead installed, which took 11 minutes by Kwik fit, however it took her 2 weeks to respond with - if you want the lead removed we will charge you an hours labour - 67 pounds! During the service there was absolutely no contact from the garage, and no updates provided whatsoever. All this totals to - AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! - Update: so I decided to get the car back from them, only to find that they left a couple of massive scratches on the bumper which were not there before, left an oily stain on the interior where they crudely tried to yank the afformentioned lead out - and pilfered my locking wheel nut! Now I can't even get the tyres changed thanks to these blimmin crooks. Reported this 2 days ago, still not even a call. WHAT A JOKE, CONTINUE TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS
