Carlsberg don't do Car & Bodywork repairs, but if they did...
I have been thoroughly impressed by all the staff at T Reeves and Son, not to mention the excellent quality of the work they did on my car after a shunt which left the front of my car badly damaged.
Naturally, I was disappointed after being involved in an RTI that was not my fault; there's probably a little bit of doubt in all of us that the car will never be the same after an accident, but I have to say any fears I may have had have completely evaporated, thanks to T Reeves & Son.
The car has been restored to pristine condition and I felt like I was going to pick up a brand new car, because that what my Audi A7 looked like when these guys had finished.
From the outset, their customer service was excellent and Rebecca in Reception couldn't have been any more helpful. The Workshop Manager, Paul and Ian, the Damage Assessor, were brilliant and clearly take a great deal of pride in what they do.
Overall, I could not recommend T Reeve & Son highly enough and would have no hesitation in referring anyone to them for car & bodywork repairs.

I have a Transit Custom and the sliding side door was letting in water and wouldn't close properly. I was perfectly prepared to shell out for new running gear and seals. The guy at reception, a perfect gent, got his wrench out and spent 20 minutes adjusting and tweaking - then bingo - everything ran smooth as you like. Brilliant. The thing is, he didn't charge me!
Now don't go in thinking you're hoping to get a free repair, I doubt that will happen, but I know where I'm going next time I need a garage.

Failed an MOT at another garage and needed work done quickly which no other garage could get done in time to get my car back on the road. T Reeves not only did they get all the work done in time, service and some welding, they were also the best price vs all other quotes I was given.
Great service faster than anyone around, all extras on offer (courtesy car, collection and drop off once work was complete) honesty wish I had been using them all them all the time previous, can’t be beat.

Brilliant service. I took my car to T.Reeve & Son for it's MOT on a freinds recommendation. It's a 20 year old Ford Focus with some noticable knocks & rattles, so unsurprisingly had a short list of failures. My car is essential for my work, so they gave me an estimated price & booked me in straight away. The work was done quickly & my car now feels nice & smooth to drive. On top of this, the final price was even lower than the estimate. All social distancing measures were strictly cohered to, while still providing a friendly & approachable customer service. I will use T.Reeve & Son from now on.

My vehicle was driven into while parked, the only damage to the vehicle was damage to the bumper (a small crack and little piece broken off) and a shallow rugby ball sized dent in the rear driver' side panel. My insurance company instructed this company to quote for repairing the vehicle and the following occured:
I was told by their receptionist that the vehicle had to be written off because it was now mechanically unsound and the cost of the repair was greater than it's value, I was also told by the mechanic responsible for accessing the vehicle (I demanded to talk to him because I knew there was no way a small low speed collision would do that kind of damage) that all the damage was cosmetic but the cost of repairing was still greater than the vehicle' value. Skeptical I pushed him for more details and was told the following needed doing:
- the trip computer needed resetting.
- the air conditioning needed recharging (it doesn't).
- the alloy wheels had to be restored (all of them, they're in excellent condition).
- the floor carpets needed to be replaced (they're in stella condition).
- the car would be valeted.
- the whole car needed to be resprayed to blend the new bits in with old ones.
- in order to replace the rear panel they would have to remove the rear driver side window and, no, it wasn't possible to pull the dent out because it was too badly dented. Somehow the company I ended up getting it repaired by managed to so evidently it wasn't that bad, do they own a pneumatic dent puller or do they not know how to use one?
- they would have to replace the mounts for the bumper because they were snapped off (some how they were still holding the bumper on, must it have been magic holding the bumper in place).
- they quoted around £1,300 for labour and a further £2,400 (approximately) for the parts.
I asked them, given they're quoting for all this extra work, could they replace the passenger side wing mirror cover because it keeps falling off, they told me that it was outside the scope of the repair (resting the trip computer and recharging the air con isn't though).
I took the vehicle back to get extra quotes and ended up getting the full repair done (the bits that actually needed doing and for a new wing mirror which they painted too) for £800 for the parts and labour.
T.Reeve & Son inflated the cost of the repair and then told my insurers that my car is a category N right off, it was not in fact a cat N and was only deemed to be so because they wanted to do a lot of unnecessary work. Evidently they do this often, it appears, based on other reviews, that blowing up repair costs is standard operating procedure for them. I would never use this company, not even to repair a push bike.

Took my car here last year for MOT ' 2020 ' as could not get to my regular garage. Whilst having my MOT I was informed my car failed the MOT due to both headlights positioning being in correct. I was Charged for the works so car passed MOT. This year '2021 ' took car to my regular garage who identified the issue with headlights in 2020 and I've only driven 1000 miles. NEVER AGAIN !! God knows how they moted it when they didn't correct the headlights it failed on, charged me to correct it but didn't and passed the MOT. My partner used the car at night and needed to use the front frog lights as could not see anything on none lit roads. I feel this company is out to make as much money as it can and in doing so putting life's in danger. On the invoices they don't separate the cost of each repair and labour and simply put other works. I have emailed company asking how this has happened. I Will never use this company again.

Have used this company for some years now as have the rest of my family, have always found them to be honest and fair and will explain and I you what needs doing before going ahead.
Three years ago too my Ford kuga for an mot to a garage in London rd near preston circus, won't mention their name.
Failed my car said it needed a new head light assembly fitted ,4 hundred pounds.....
Livid.. took it to Ian pomrey at Reeves,ten seconds to adjust the headlight setting.job done.when ian phoned the garage they kept passing the buck,even blamed their own staff.
Sorry for the long rant, but wasn't happy.

This company handle Admiral accident repairs. My car was not repaired to a satisfactory standard due to an apparent existing damage that I was not aware of - my car was good before a minor bump . The invisible poor previous repair wasn't communicated to me before the work was done and a badly repaired car was just returned. I would recommend obtaining several repair quotes before using this garage when Admiral recommend them, I certainly wouldn't use a garage recommended by an insurer again without doing so after this experience.

I visited today to address some minor scratches on the rear bodywork of my car. I had previously emailed and sent in some photos. All communications had been very professional and courteous. Ian, who dealt with me today, was able to resolve all issues in minutes, was incredibly generous with his time and expertise in these difficult times. All social distancing was impeccably observed and it was a genuine delight to see a business not only able to cope during this lockdown period, but to do so efficiently and effectively. So today I went to collect my car from T Reeves & Sons who was carrying out the repair (Front Bumper/Grill/badge & paintwork) on my little Vauxhall Adam.
Absolutely fantastic work carried out by the repairers, my car looks brand new again. Not only did they do a great job but they even went out of their way to valet the whole car (which was filthy ????). I highly recommend this garage to anyone who is looking to get a vehicle repaired. Fantastic job.
After somebody drove into my parked car, causing serious damage without leaving any details; I decided to get as many quotes as possible from different companies. T.Reeves was the best price by 2/3s in comparison to one quote I got given, so I couldn’t decline. As well as a good price, the work completed was brilliant and my car looks as good as new. They even sorted a courtesy car while the other one was being repaired. I got it back today and it's like new. Great service from start to finish. I drove my car over and was looked after by Ian who took some photos of the damaged areas of my car and got the quote out quickly. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. They were great about arranging to pick my car up and drop it off at times convenient to me and even repaired my car whilst I was on holiday so I didn’t have to get a courtesy car which was perfect. The car looks good as new and came back to me cleaner than when it was picked up so thanks very much! Top job!

The driver’s side door of my car was caught in the wind. Though the door could be closed, I could hear the brushing of wind and noise whenever I drive. I went to my car dealer’s service centre and they told me it was a body part repair and I could only book in sometime in February. They tried to do some adjustments to make the gap smaller but it got worse as I could feel the wind and hear the noise even more. Thinking that I had to claim insurance for the repair, I sent my car to my to the appointed workshop that my insurance company suggested, T.Reeve & Son for a quotation. Ian came to look at my car, walked away and came back with his tools. Frankly, I was worried when he used the rod to ‘pry open ‘ the door as I thought more damage could be done to my car. Surprisingly, after few tries with his tools, the door seemed to close perfectly and was aligned! Job done in less than 10 minutes!! Ian was kind enough to waive the charges as he had done it out of good will and this helped me saved so much time, stress and money. This changed my impression that workshops are always out to overcharge repairs, there is still one that repairs with heart. A big thank you to Ian and T.Reeve & Son!!

I was unfortunately recently hit by another car which caused damage to my front bumper. I needed my car to be fixed at a very short notice during half term to ensure it was roadworthy again in time for me to get myself to school as I am a teacher. T Reeve & Son were very helpful at making sure this was possible. Ian also did a fantastic job on my car which I am extremely pleased with.
