Helen helped guide me to get a unique piece that was just what I wanted. In fact it turned out better than I had hoped for. Mum passed away in April and she had said she wanted me to have her jewellery turned into a ring for me so I searched the internet for a jeweller and found Helen who's work looked modern and different, just what I wanted. I visited her in Melbourne and exchanged texts and emails to make sure the ring was just right and I am happy to say it is a perfect memory of mum. Helen has transformed some old rings of mine, that had lain in a box for years, into beautiful, modern pieces that I love wearing. Helen also made ‘initial’ pendants for both of my daughters using gems from the original jewellery - they were both delighted with their gifts. Helen is easy to communicate with and her work is exquisite. Helen was one of the most helpful artisan I have encountered. We needed some T-bars fitting because of my wife's hand condition, and also some advice on what she could do with her engagement ring. Helen suggested turning it into a pendant utilising the existing gold to create a pendant. The work was all done ahead of the scheduled time and at a very reasonable price. My wife was delighted at the finished product. I would recommend Helen and her work to anybody.

Helen made an amazing job of re-using the sapphires and diamonds from my engagement ring. Having been married for over 30 years it was time to renew my wedding ring and I hadn't worn my engagement ring for years. Helen was extremely patient and thoughtful and after two visits and discussions I chose both a new wedding ring and engagement ring. The diamonds were set into the band and the sapphires into the engagement. I have had so many compliments from people and I get daily pleasure from wearing them. Thank you Helen!

There can be no finer way of showing someone how much you love them and appreciate them than by having a bespoke piece of jewellery made for them.
Helen is a lovely very creative woman. I asked her to design and create a bracelet for my wife. The theme being the Philippines. Within a week she had designed something truly beautiful. Within 3 weeks it was ready for collection. I truly was moved to tears, it is stunning, my wife loves it and it I am so grateful. The best bespoke service I have ever used

I'm absolutely delighted with my redesigned engagement ring and not ashamed to say I cried with joy when I saw it. It's our Ruby Wedding anniversary next month and we decided that an update to my much loved but slightly battered engagement ring was in order. I wanted to use the diamond from my original ring and some of the gold. Helen seemed to instinctively pick up on what I liked and didn't like and was able to suggest a lovely design for my updated ring. She offered suggestions and explained what options there were to get around some issues. The result is the most beautiful ring which she completed so quickly- in very good time for next month. Helen has been so friendly and supportive throughout the process and utterly professional . I very highly recommend her.

With the recent death of my beloved husband I was left with the dilemma of how to wear his wedding ring in a way that celebrates our 30 year marriage without the melancholy of continually looking down at two separate wedding rings. Helen created the most beautiful design combining the two rings together incorporating A beautiful bluebell coloured sapphire (bluebells were my beloveds favourite flower) and making a unique and stunning piece of jewellery that I will wear in memory of my darling with a smile on my face. I am so delighted with the end result I am thinking of asking Helen to redesign two diamond rings that Steve bought for me over our marriage. Absolutely delighted with my new ring and necklace. I’d been considering for a few year combining my original diamond rings, from the last 3 decades into one piece that made a real statement. These rings meant a lot to me, happy memories and marked important events.
I wanted to wear them all every day and love them in a different, modern way for the next 3 decades! Helen gave me some great options and ideas and turned them into life.
When the ring arrived, it took my breath away, it is everything I'd hoped for. From the beautiful diamonds I also had a lovely diamond pendent made, what an amazing special treat. Something stunning and gorgeous for me to enjoy for the rest of my life and to give to my daughter in the future.

Simply Brilliant.
We approached Helen with diamonds I had inherited over time from very close family, we wanted the most perfect and unique engagement ring , I gave her my ideas and she then found the best people for the job. Her service is personal from beginning to end, she's honest and let's you know exactly what she can do and where she involves others. We picked up the ring 2 days ago and I swear I saw a tear in her eye as she gave it us, the ring is stunningly beautiful and has so many personal memories embedded into it.
I have left her with my final diamond now to design and create my wedding necklace , I know I won't be disappointed !
We cannot rate her highly enough , whatever you want she will go the extra mile for you , I don't believe it's just a business to Her, it's her Passion.

I lost a treasured diamond stud earring from a pair that had much sentimental value. I took the remaining earring to Helen and she was able to source a diamond that matched and make me an identical earring to complete my pair. She kept me informed throughout and her personal service was lovely.

My adorable Schnauzer Laurie unfortunately passed away in November of last year. He was a very vocal and happy dog and I miss him terribly. When he passed the Vet gave me some of his fur as a Keep Sake. To keep him close to me each day, I wanted to have his fur in a Locket on a Bracelet. I looked both On-Line and on the High Street for this Locket Bracelet but nothing seemed suitable.
I found Helen's Website by chance and paid her a visit at her studio in Melbourne. I was a little nervous explaining to Helen the situation as I thought she may think that I was a "Mad Dog Lady". Helen sympathetically guided me through choosing both a bracelet and locket which she then had made for me. She took her time to understand my requirements and used her expert knowledge to design the orientation of the locket and the best suited bracelet chain.
I now have my little man with me and the bracelet and locket are beautiful.
I would thoroughly recommend Helen and can not wait to commission my next piece of jewellery from her - If you are looking for that bespoke or indeed standard keepsake, then please give Helen a call - you will not be disappointed.

Helen is excellent at commissions and will always do her best to achieve what is required. I had a ring made from a mixture of 22carat and 18 carat gold and she explained what problems could occur by doing this before I just went ahead with no knowledge. The finished article is exactly what I wanted and I am highly delighted with it, I will definitely go to Helen again and would not hesitate to recommend her.

We took my Mum's engagement and wedding rings to Helen, along with some other small pieces which we didn't want just left in a drawer and forgotten. We wanted something made which could be given to Mum's only granddaughter for her 21st birthday; something that she would wear and keep as a memento of her grandma, who died a year ago. Our ideas weren't at all clear or formed, but Helen gave good advice and designed a pendant which our daughter loves and which won't end up at the back of a cupboard. Helen also advised us to refurbish another ring rather than have it reworked - she arranged for it to be enlarged and a lost pearl replaced, lovely. Thank you.

My wedding took place on 22.03.18, and I was so excited to finally be able to wear my wedding ring which Helen made for me. I didn’t want a normal ‘band’ but wasn’t sure what I really wanted. It did need to include my mums wedding ring and also my best friends wedding ring...her family gave it to me when she died. After a couple of visits and chats with Helen I knew what I wanted and she knew she could do it for...and I am so happy. The ring speaks of my love of Derbyshire rocks and Nature. Am so so happy with it that Helen also made me earrings to go with the theme of the ring. Can highly recommend her workmanship, ideas and ability to help interpret what you mean.
