I'm delighted that I chose Louis to repair my car. Whilst repairing it, Louis documented damage from a previous repair and took the time to rectify somebody else's error. I was kept informed of progress, the quote was accurate and Louis was incredibly professional throughout. I hope not to have to visit him again, but if I do I'll be happy to.

Took my car in with some bigger and minor scratches. Louis advised on best ways to approach some of the bigger scratches (actually saving me money). My car was coming to end of four year lease and it had some scratches i knew i'd get big charges for. Took it over to Louis who was very honest in what he thought could and could not be fixed. He talked me through options and together we decided best course of action. I was pretty amazed when i collected the car as i could not tell there had been any repairs or respray at all. ...and neither did the lease company representative who just took it away. Money well spent i think.

I have never posted a review before but was so incredibly impressed by the work that Louis did that I had to mention it. I have an old car that ran over a hard clay plant pot causing the front to buckle. Other places I tried wanted to replace the whole section, which would cost more than the car was worth (and take a few days). I phoned up Louis in the morning, dropped it off in the afternoon and picked it up in the evening - he has managed to get the dent out so convincingly that you would think it was a new part! That he could do such an amazing job all same day and at an incredibly reasonable price means that he is the only place I would choose to go to if I (or any of my friends/colleagues) needed similar work in the future. I contacted Louis to discuss and scratch and bump on my BMW on the front bumper, this happened in Sainsbury's car park Burpham. I, would like to thank the "pond life driver" that hit my car and just left. (NICE)
It was not horrendous but it was annoying me. Louis asked for a few photos, having seen the damage he gave what I considered to be a very reasonable quote/price to have the scratch and dent repaired.
I dropped it off at 11-00 am and Loiuse kept me updated throughout the day.
He finally gave me the call to collect at 20-00 pm to collect, because true to his word he stated it would be completed in one day. He had done a fantastic job and even polished about another scratch on the front bumper for free.
I will certainly go back to Louis for any other repairs required. it was a top job done by a top man.

Took my 30 year old GT4 to Louis after finding him on a Google search. All of the top reviews were totally justified. He is very friendly, keeps you up to date with the work via messages and photos. The quality of his work is excellent and he will not finish until he is 100% happy. I had the sils welded, took it to Louis to have them painted and I’m very happy with the finish. Will use again and can highly recommend him.

Louis carries out his work to a high quality standard and this is his work ethic even if it requires a bit more time to achieve it. I took my car to Louis based on his online reviews and I was not disappointed. My car had a dent from another car's door being opened onto it, plus a number of little stone chips that needed addressing. Louis went into loads of detail to explain my cars paint and options for repairs and provided a quote. When I had the work done I was so impressed - there is no evidence that the dent was ever there, and the stone chips are barely noticeable. I have no hesitation in recommending Louis, his work and customer service are first class.

I rarely leave reviews, unless I’ve had a great experience with a company. 10/10 fantastic service by Louis, from working up the quote to the workmanship carried out on the dent I had removed - which now looks like it was never there, perfect job! I’m not ashamed to say I am precious with my car, so as with using any new workshop I was nervous to get the work carried out incase it wasn’t up to standard...rest assured Louis is one of the best with years of experience and will take great care and pride when working on your car. Lois, gave an honest and impressive account of what work was necessary to repair a long scratch down the side of our car. However when he started to work, he found that another, not too old repair, had been carried out in the near vicinity of our scratch. This was completed by a much cheaper repairer in Guildfordrd. Having quoted me for the job, Lois not only completed this work but then spent nearly twice as long correcting the nearby bodge. Even though the time to correct the previous bodged job was unforeseen, Lois held his price.
I have confidence in Lois's workmanship and the finished paintwork is brilliant. I can thoroughly recommend Lois for any car paint repair works

Really great place to fix minor car ???? dents scratches, paints. Small broken body replacement on front side of the car. The shop attend was really great person, good knowledge, will tell you straight forward cost and how he can fix the issue. No delays or no misinformation. I really recommend this shop for small replacement and repaires.

I have no hesitation in recommending Louis. He is friendly, honest, conscientious and painstaking in his work. In addition to the excellent repair job that he carried out, he freely gave me some advice regarding a couple of mechanical problems unconnected with the damaged paintwork on our car.

I brought my 2015 M135i to Mr Wan after some considerate person left some shopping trolley souvenirs on the left hand side- along with a number of other minor dents and stone chips that had accumulated over the years.
From our first encounter I was very taken by how seriously he takes his work and his meticulous attention to detail. There was a lot for him to do. I collected my car today and was absolutely delighted with the results- as close to new as is possible to get in a 4 year old car, really excellent workmanship and she is once again turning heads. I feel that his price point was spot on and up front and I got exactly what I paid for and some. I will be recommending CPR Guildford whenever I get the chance and utilising them for any future.

Fantastic workmanship. Louis will only advise the best course of action for your car. I had my car booked in at Nationwide until I saw their reviews.... they had quoted me for some dent work but essentially they were just going to filler and paint the whole panel and asked to keep the car for 3-4 days!! Louis advised it's always best to keep the factory paintwork and that he would get the dents out with a paintless solution. The result was fantastic, ready the same day and I cannot even see where the dent was. If you are like me and take care of your cars then take them to Louis for an expert opinion.

Louis Wan did a fabulous job on my car. I have had a Ford C-Max for 7 years and had accumulated a number of scuffs, scrapes and dents from on street parking. Since moving to a house with a driveway I asked Louis to fix-up my car. The results were amazing - I feel like my car has had a face-lift and I am so much happier driving it. The service was impeccable, Louis even waited a couple of hours at his workshop to allow me to pick up my car after a delayed flight. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. Can highly recommend Louis and Car Paint Repairs. Louis was very professional right from the start, he examined the damage in detail and and provided estimates promptly. His work was of excellent quality - this clearly isn't just a job for him, he takes great pride in his work. My job was actually more complicated than first appeared because of a previous repair, but Louis didn't charge more than originally estimated. Simply top notch. Louis is a really friendly guy and put the time in to discuss what we needed to do to get my BMW back into shape at the end of the lease. We discussed what needed doing (and, as important, what didn't) to get the work done at the right price now - without being left with crippling main dealer lease charges later. I'd post pictures of the repairs, but you'd just see a car with nothing wrong with it. The lease assessor remarked that the car was "immaculate." True, but that hadn't been the case! I have no hesitation in recommending CPR to anybody.

Good to meet genuine person who is passionate about his job and who's workmanship proves just that.
Louis talked through the options when assessing a nasty ding in my Wife's beloved car door.
He said he'd rather not repaint the whole door but carry out a small, localised repair.
When finished I was glad he did as the dent has disappeared completely with just a small blemish where new paint has been applied!
Louis's pricing is also very reasonable, especially when you consider his attention to detail.

Contacted Louis regarding correcting the paintwork on my car, received a fast response and an appointment the same day! Louis offered to attempt to fix the damage by a less invasive means and stated if it did not work he would not charge me anything.

I went to Car Paint Repair for a scrape on the front right wheel arch of my bmw.
I phoned Louis, and took my car down that evening for a quote. I was given a competitive price, and Louis talked me through the process. Having now had the work done, my car looks fantastic, and you can't tell at all that there was previous damage.
Altogether, right the way through the process everything was fantastic. From the customer service to the advice and technical knowledge, right the way through to the end product. If I ever have any body work I need done, Louis is the first person I will call.

After receiving an extortionate quote from an “approved” body repair garage in Guildford for our Golf, we found Louis who gave us a much more reasonable quote and who is friendly and knowledgeable. Louis has repaired it perfectly and you would never know it was ever damaged. He did the repair on one of the hottest days of the year, working until 9pm to get it done!

Simply excellent customer service. Arranged to meet and drop off my BMW Z4. Louise did not realise it was a Bank Holiday nevertheless meet me at the agreed time and worked on the car until late in the evening until the job was finished and ready for me to collect. Car looked great after the work.
Where else would you get the quality of work and customer service not forgetting the 'value for money' consideration. Would recommend Louis without hesitation.
