I have used Louis Wan on a few occasions over the last few years and he his without doubt a Master of the Art. He takes great pride in his workmanship and the end result has always been spectacular.
I've had wheels refurbished as well as bodywork and the car has come out of his workshop looking like it's brand new.

I went to Louis for a repair and re-spray on my scratched bumper. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the time that was spent on my car, and he is clearly very passionate and dedicated to his job. I received an excellent service and my car was repaired to an extremely high standard for a very reasonable price. I'd dealt with Louis a few years ago, so when I scuffed the bumper of my Skoda Superb in the first week (ouch) of owning it, I tracked him down again. The repair is ... perfect. The Superb is all angles and sharp edges and Louis took extra time to make sure it was A1 but still at a reasonable price. And he's a genuinely nice guy to deal with who lets you know progress of the job, not always the case in motor trade customer service I'm afraid. Highly recommended. David W (Haslemere)

The finish he achieves is astonishing, I find it impossible to identify the repaired area, he is that good. Not only does he do an excellent job his prices are very reasonable too. I scraped the wheel arch of my brand new car and was very very upset with myself. Thankfully I found Louis' shop.
Louis was very helpful on the phone and explained to me the process throughout. When I got the car back I could not even tell there was any damage ever done to it. I had to move my face to within an inch of the chassis to see even the slightest hint there had been any damage.

Saved me £100! I accidentally scratched my neighbours car and was quoted £250 by one of the mobile repair companies for a fixing a very small scratch. I contacted Louis and showed him some pictures and arranged for my neighbour to take their car in for a quote. A week ;later and its all sorted and I saved £100. Louis was professional, gave a clear honest assessment of the damage and what works would be required and did a fanatic job - the car looks better than before I damaged it!

This company returned a quote and was highest for a repair to a wing mirror. To ensure things were fair all 4 quotes were based locally and all 4 companies saw the car.
I can not qualify the workmanship as they did not win the work due to not being competitive.

Eight months with my silver SLK without a mark and then disaster !! Two door dings in 2 weeks. The first was on the rear wheel arch right on the sharp edge, and the second an 8 inch crease in the passenger door with an associated bulge where a rub strip bit! One day with Louis and both have magically gone, and as a bonus the cost was below the quote. I'm v v happy with the repair, the service and Louis is genuinely a lovely chap to do business with. Highly reccomended.
