Received my car today and I’m so impressed! The car looks brand new, is spotless inside and the service from these guys were beyond amazing! Michael was extremely professional and helpful, he kept me updated during all the time and was always available to answer any question! They arranged for me to have a courtesy car, which was really useful and, on top of that, it was a very nice car! Dean, who brought me my car was extremely polite and friendly! Overall, these guys are the best in Guildford! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I certainly believe Jamesy my claim handler has gone above and beyond his remit to ensure that my vehicle had all the necessary attention and detailed work it required. Unfortunately my wheels had been stolen from my car and whilst this was happening, we had encountered damage in various places around my car...
From the initial introduction to Jamesy till the final handover of my vehicle back to myself this gentleman has kept me informed and in the loop every step of the way. Everything I explained and expected from Fastlane was taken into consideration and Jamesy managed my very high level expectations and ensured he mirrored my eye for detail. I’m glad I chose Fastlane and had Jamesy looking after me. My car has been returned back to me in the best condition it possibly could have.
It’s people like Jamesy that go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction is met at its best.

I had a dent in the tailgate of my Tesla Model X. As being one of few authorised by Tesla to undertake the work I contacted them. They were very professional from the start, explained the process very well and went through the estimate in detail with me. They also offered a collection service and when I had forgot something in the car, their driver brought it to me. The car was spotless when they returned it. All in all great service and I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot recommend Fastlane Paint & Body in Guildford enough and ACF Vehicle Solutions, their sister company, who arranged my courtesy car.
From start to finish Fastlane was courteous, polite and very informative. My Tesla was badly damaged having been hit from behind but nothing was too much for the team at Fastlane.
Vicky arranged for an on the day collection of my car and offered me a like for like replacement. Having been my first accident, she walked me through the process and gave me total reassurance. Michael also showed fantastic customer service skills from start to finish and kept me informed every couple of days regarding the repair stage of my Tesla.
Pawel then dropped my car a few weeks later with a smile, back having been fully valeted and polished.
Fastlane Paint & Body is truely the Ritz of car garages!

Amazing service and quick turnaround after my bumper was dented in an accident on the motorway.
They picked up my car directly from my address, had the bumper replaced in just a few days, and even filled in a stone chip on the front bumper as a gesture of goodwill. Then returned the car straight to my address to top it all off. Excellent communication also.
Anyone in the Sussex/Surrey area needing body work or repairs, definitely give them a look. James is the chap who I dealt with during the process and he was top notch throughout. Highly recommend especially for Tesla owners!

Have picked up my car which now looks brand new! After an accident the majority of the front has been replaced. Michael was very professional at keeping me updated on the progress of the work. The complimentary alternative car was very useful and the valet left my car the cleanest it has been in a very long time.

Unfortunately I was involved in a car incident (thankfully no one was injured) and the service from Fastlane Paint & Body was absolutely incredible! Mike (Michael) and Dean were both super helpful at inspecting the damages, what the repairs would be, how long it would take to get my vehicle repaired and of course, handling the insurance side to it. It was the smoothest process and it took a week to repair my car which I was so surprised and happy! My car looked brand new! I highly recommend anyone who is looking for car service in Guildford that they go to Fastlane Paint & Body. These guys are "on top of their game" with fantastic service! :)

The most genuine mechanic's/repairs people i have come across! Jamesy is the number one guy, very professional, very polite, deals with everything from A-Z and ALWAYS keeps you updated with texts and photos to show the progress, very friendly! He deserves a massive promotion to be honest. My car is good as new right now, they have an attention to detail eye which is very rare to find in this sort of industry. I am so glad I chose FastLane, I could not recommend them enough! You won't regret it guys! 10* if I could :)

It needed a lot of work and from start to finish Jamesy kept me up to date with everything so I knew exactly what was going on and the stages my car was at. Absolute 1st class experience using Fastlane Paint & Body Guildford! From start to finish the communication was on point and detailed. They set the correct expectations and over delivered on service. Lino was fantastic and a great member of the team who booked my car in, really professional knew his stuff, re-assured me of the quality of work and was just a nice guy and pleasure to talk to. My Audi body work was completed in Guildford and they removed a large scratch on the body. They also offered me a hire car to my doorstep. The work was Audi Approved and all the paperwork to support the work was immaculate with all future warranties on the work completed. I even got a free covid Face Mask (Premium Grade) which was a nice touch. Don't think twice, these guys are professionals and you will be kept up to speed on the phone and by email every step of the way! Fantastic customer service!

These guys were absolutely amazing from start to finish. My Audi had been rear ended, so I wanted to take it to the best garage possible and of course it was Fastlane. Jamesy dealt with me really well sending me updates of my car daily with photos attached showing the progress. I can tell Jamesy learnt from the best (Lino) top service, great communication, respectful and professional. Car was collected from my house and delivered back hassle free and bang on time within the time frame they said. I couldn’t thank the fast Lane team enough they are very professional and the work they carry out is just immaculate. Believe it or not when I received my car back from Fastlane it actually looked cleaner than when I had bought it new from the dealership. Inside had been fully detail valeted not a single spec of dust, polished steering wheel & leather seats etc.. and the outside was just unreal, let’s just say you could use it as a mirror. Whole car had been machine polished even the exhaust tips!! This just shows how much they really value their customers because they pay attention to every single detail to give you the best making sure everything is 100% perfect. I could not thank Jamesy enough for the way he dealt with me, and the professional work the mechanics carry out.

My Golf GTI was leaking water - after seeing several different mechanics I was put on to Fastlane. Mike and the team did an amazing job - and the car is now water-tight. Service was efficient. Would recommend Fastlane to anyone, a really professional outfit.

Very Impressed with FastLane and Michael in particular. After the disappointment of my Maserati receiving frontal damage by an unknown 3rd party whilst parked briefly on the street....it was reassuring and comforting to have the situation and repair managed in a professional and comprehensive manner.

I used Fastlane to fix a minor dent on my BMW, and overall the experience was very good. They have a service to pick up and collect your car and drop it back once the repairs are complete which is great. You get regular updates and the job itself was done to a very high quality. Only slight downside was it took quite a while for such a small dent and that the price ended up being higher than quoted, however understandable as the quote was given from photos rather than in person. Overall would recommend.

Great quality and efficiency - highly recommended.
My car was crashed into while it was parked in my company carpark and at every stage of the process (obtaining CCTV, dealing with the insurance company etc) there were delays and delays and my car was left damaged for months. That was until the insurance company finally resolved the matter and handed the case onto Fastlane, at which point their name rings true and the process from then on was very fast, efficient and stress-free.
Special mention to Izzy Khan who made sure I was kept informed throughout the entire time my car was in for repair - I really appreciated the communication throughout. Hire car provided was of good standard and the work that's been done on my car is of very good quality.

Fast Lane have repaired my car after it was hit by another driver. The rear bumper was in quite a sorry state.
The work completed is high quality, and the service was fantastic.
The car was with them longer then initially thought as there as further damage found once they had taken off the bumper. However I had updates every few days so I always knew what the status was and I cannot fault the communication from Andy and the team.
Dean delivered and collected the car and was helpful and professional... I even got a complimentary fancy face mask.

Fastlane have been absolutely amazing with my car - they had it in for some repairs as a deer ran into my car. They did a wonderful job of the work, but what was equally as good was the customer service. Izzi kept me updated at all times as to what was happening, expectation setting was accurately met and all I can say is I recommend them highly.

I am very pleased with the recent completed bodywork repair to my Mercedes. My car looked brand new when it was dropped off following the completion of the repair.
Jamesy Crockford, the customer liaison/estimator who dealt with me was very professional and kept me informed of the repair process at every stage. Dean who picked up my car and subsequently dropped it back following the completion of the repair was also extremely professional.

Fastlane did an excellent job of repairing the bodywork on our Model X after a small crash. Jamesy was extremely efficient, and transparent about the costs involved as well as keeping me updated with emails throughout the work regarding the progress. Dean arrived with a courtesy car and explained everything clearly, and delivered our car safely back after the repairs (both exactly at the time expected). I have recently had my Tesla repaired by Fastlane.
Right from my first inquiry they came across friendly and knowledgeable. Where they didn’t know something they found it out quickly and responded to me. It was these initial interactions that made me insist with the insurance company that the car was fixed at Fastlane even though they were suggesting other body shops.
Throughout the whole process their customer service was exemplary! They was attentive and kept me informed without me needing to chase, an experience I’m not used to with car garages.
Obviously being in an accident is not a pleasant experience so having someone so attentive and friendly made a bad situation better and have already recommended Fastlane to a couple of my friends even before getting the car back!
The finish on the car was excellent and looks better than when it was first delivered. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Fastlane, did extensive repairs to the back of my car after an accident. The body work was faultless, there was no indication at all that someone had ever gone into the back of my car. I then had after sales experience with a Mr David McIntosh at Guildford. He was not only incredibly dignified, but went above and beyond what was asked of him with regards to my car. From Lino in bookings and sales to David in the workshop, the service and personalities of the staff at Fastlane was highly commendable. I would have no hesitation in recommending them as a company which is not only incredibly efficient but who clearly choose the personalities and efficiency of their staff with care.

Fortunately I dealt with a lovely young man by the name of Jamesy Crockford who was very friendly and efficient from Croydon Mercedes. The first person I dealt with did not take any action. After an accident I was put in contact with fastlane. The service has been impeccable from Michael in Customer Liaison, who made sure I was informed every step of the way. Also a mention for Dean, who picked up and dropped the car, who was immaculately turned out and very professional.
The service was brilliant but I suppose more importantly my tesla looks like new, It has been returned cleaner than when tesla sold it to me!
The repairs to the back of the car are immaculate, you would never know anything had happened.
I highly recommend Fast Lane and now never need to look for anyone else to work on my car.

I had my accident back in May and due to covid I only got to repair my car this July/August. This company has been great when dealing with my case. They’ve answered all my questions and have communicated greatly throughout the process. They’ve informed me with all updates and have sent me photos of each process. I’ve just received my car and it is in immaculate condition. They have been very honest and informative. I couldn’t thank them enough. I would 100% recommend this company. You wouldn’t look back as they are extremely trustworthy.

Very happy with their work and their customer service. I went there as VW approved as needed my Tiguan back in tip top condition. They keep you well informed of progress and try to reduce the stress in difficult circumstances. Excellent paint match.
