Was involved in a accident that resulted in my Golf R being damaged and managed to persuade my Insurance to send my car to fast lane rather than the garage they recommend. What a good decision to use Fast lane! Jamesy was very helpful all the way through the process and kept me updated on the work being done. Took about 3 weeks all together and got my car back looking brand new. If you want a high quality job done use fast lane! ????

My car went in for an insurance repair after I sourced them myself.
The repair initially took far too long and on the day it was due back I received an email to say that due to COVID 19 in a parts factory, my car was now delayed (despite it being due back the same day). All very odd!
Then it came back but the door was out of alignment - my car was transported about 8 times via road at my expense (adding unnecessary milleage) due to them never being able to finish the work properly.
I’ve been left with overspray all over the plastic trims on my car, the paint they’ve applied is nearly transparent and doesn’t match the colour of the rest of the car.
When I took my car back for the 4th time, I overheard one of the cowboy repairers moaning very verbally that the car was back again.
My car was not a high end prestige car but it was brand new before going to them and they’ve absolutely mullered it.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, Don’t be fooled by the slimey salesmanship and fancy logos!

I had to put my Tesla in for a repair after a no fault accident.
The repair was done very well and the car collection and return was done flawlessly.
The best thing however was the communication from Fastlane and Mike Turner in particular. They were very good and it was much appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

After my car was damaged in a collision Audi put me in contact with their body work’s team. A very professional, super efficient and meticulous young man called Izzy went above and beyond to make sure my needs were catered for by talking through ,from all angles what could be done. He reassured me the car could be repaired which he did immediately ! The standard of the repair was first class . I would highly recommend this company, brilliant customer service and Izzy is a fantastic ambassador for them. Thank you !!!

My 7 year old Audi Q7 sustained door damage in the storms at the beginning of this year. I cannot find fault with the quality of the service provided by Fastlane Paint & Body at Guildford. From when the car was picked up to its return, Mike kept me informed of the progress. The new paintwork on the door blends perfectly with the old. They also addressed some scuffs on the bumper whilst it was in their workshop. Excellent service all round. Five start rating

Recommended for Tesla owners - they know what they are doing and are a good alternative to a Tesla service centre for lights, bodywork etc. But cannot do routine servicing - shame.

A real customer care service, I was kept up to date of my cars progress each step of the way and she was returned looking the same as when I first purchased it.
After care Is just as diligent as I left items in the car and they were kind enough to have them posted out to me.
Thank you to all the staff especially Jamesy for putting up with my annoying texts and calls and ensuring my items got back to me.
Hope not to damage the car again but If I did I will sure to go back to Fastlane for my repairs (Don't worry Jamesy il be less annoying next time hopefully)

They repaired the damage to the boot of my new Tesla Model 3 that was inflicted by a third party while the car was parked just before the lockdown. My lovely Audi S5 Coupe suffered front end damage in a non fault collision with a waste lorry. This was all covered by the third party's insurers and I insisted the car was repaired by Fastlane in Guildford
Unfortunately, this coincided with the lockdown and I was without my car for over 3 months. Jamesy kept me fully informed at all times and they resumed work on my car as soon as the lockdown ended. They've done a superb job. I'm super fussy and can't find fault with anything. There were some mechanical issues as a result of the accident and these were all fully investigated and resolved in conjunction with Audi. If you want the confidence of knowing your car is going to be properly repaired and looked after, I would thoroughly recommend Fastlane

My Partner owns an AMG and takes great pride in keeping it clean, he is very particular with his car and will only have it repaired by Guildford Fastlane. After being involved in a non fault accident Fastlane stepped in and arranged a courtesy car beyond our expectations and dealt with the repairs. Although there have been a few bumps in the road with regards to perfecting the repairs, Michael Turner is an exceptional Customer Liaison, Anthony and I have built an extremely brilliant relationship with him and Fastlane over the last year or so. Nothing is ever too much trouble and he has taken time in getting to know us. All repairs have been fully ironed out and I now have a very happy AMG owner again. Mike you are a credit to Fastlane!

They Estimated my vehicle very thoroughly and submitted the claim to Admiral and a courtesy vehicle was bought out to my work and my vehicle collected. I recently had an accident and there was substantial damage to the front of my brand new Smart ForFour EV. Unfortunately parts required took a very long time to arrive, but Fastlane customer services (James) emailed me regularly to give updates and answer any questions I had regarding the status of my car.
I used a courtesy Smart car that was clean and in very good condition. There was also flexibility in having the car delivered to me after work and to a convenient location, as I live far from the garage.
On the whole, although the repair took a significant amount of time (through no real fault of Fastlane), I am very pleased with the repair and my car is as good as new.

Fastlane undertook the repair of my SL350 AMG with a new front bumper , headlight and right wing. The work has been carried out to the highest standard and the paint match is A1. They arranged to collect my car at work and returned it to me 2 weeks later which was as they had advised. Jamesy Crockford, their customer liaisons guy kept me informed throughout the whole process and was even more successful getting through to my insurance company than I was. Going the extra mile to ensure I was kept in the picture at all times. They also arranged to have my car MOT'd after the work was carried out!! What more can you ask for. Highly recommended and a very happy customer.
