As always the Team here are great. Reasonable prices great Reception team they listen, keep you informed and are fair. Lesley especially is nice. Even made me feel OK about a hefty invoice but loads of work done so I am happy. I'm not sure but doesn't a car always drive better after a service.....

Fix auto Henley were amazing throughout the whole of the repair to my car from recovering the car to delivering it back to me. There was fantastic communication with me along the way regarding the status of repairs and when it was due to be finished from their customer service team and estimators. Everything was on time and my car was returned to me once fixed up and was also cleaned inside and out spectacularly, shiny like new!!!! Highly recommend this business

This garage was recommended by an insurer. They have done an excellent job on our vehicle and it was returned cleaned and polished and immaculate inside and out. We were also offered a courtesy car, which was a 69 plate, so almost new. Not required in the end. Very pleased with the work. (I am not a relative of anyone associated with the business, this is a genuinely positive review)

All these nay-sayers haven't a brain cell between them.These guys are magicians. I took my (near vintage) 840 BMW after someone had hit it...and the result was quite extraordinary. Was returned today looking, quite literally, like new.Can't recommend these guys highly enough...... 11/10

Problem: One of my Company vans had front end damage and was repaired by them. You can't always tell how good a business is unless there is problem. How good are they at resolving it? Body work was repaired quickly but Ford were extremely slow in providing replacement front radar which delayed completion, the vehicle was safely drivable in meantime.
Replacement radar was received and fitted but but Fix Auto could not reprogram, they needed Ford/Main Dealer assistance, the Ford dealer could not resolve either with much back and forward, eventually Ford UK updated the dealers software and vehicle now works. These were circumstances beyond Fix Autos control but they were on the case kept me informed, did not give up, or loose faith in their commitment to ensure I was satisfied with the final outcome.

Cannot fault these in anyway. Quick quote, then as others on here a problem sourcing one part from Toyota through no fault of Fix Auto. I was kept regularly informed on progress and when part arrived they quickly booked my vehicle into their workshop and i was amazed that all was complete and handed back to me within one working day. Highly recommended.

WOW!!! what an amazing garage. My car was damaged by someone else and these guys are the saviours! They took my car away and kindly left me with a replacement to get me around. Unfortunately the MANUFACTURE didn't have a few parts in stock so this ment my vehicle was there a little longer then myself and the guys the at fix wanted it to be. Never the less my car came back in a better condition then its ever been and I'm truly grateful for all the hard work the lads put in to put it right. I'd especially like to thank Gary and Karen as they were so friendly and helpful every time I called. Good Work guys.

Don't even deserve 1 star. I had taken a day of work (which isn't easy for me to do) as they were supposed to collect my car this morning, and drop off a courtesy car, this was pushed back to this afternoon. I called mid afternoon for an update and could hardly hear what they were saying for all the background noise and they couldn't wait to get off the phone quick enough. 5pm and still no sign, I have now had to call my insurance to cancel as if they are this bad at communication I have zero faith in their ability to fix my car.

Surprised they are not shutdown unprofessional and rude. If your insurance recommends you to this garage never agree to it as they will take you for a mug. This doesn't even deserve 1 star to be honest customers i'm warning you will regret it if you come here.

Terrible service! Had my car for ages and much longer than I was originally told. Their courtesy car was filthy inside and out when delivered. I also happen to know at least 3 of their 5 star reviews on here are fake from family members and staff

Literally the rudest, most inefficient, incompetent garage ever! Patronising, they don’t communicate, don’t keep their promises, I’ve no idea how they are still in business! I’ve had the worst experience of my life with this garage, after an accident my car insurance company nominated them to repair my car. My insurance company raised an official complaint on my behalf - they were mortified and couldn’t stop apologising when I told them the ordeal I went through with Fix Auto! I’d not recommend this place to anyone. UPDATE: My insurance company upheld the complaints I have made against FixAuto and paid me a compensation.

I’ve waited to write this review to state facts, my vehicle was written off for a simple fix, I was quoted £500 independently before the vehicle was in there hands, this is a body workshop at most (if that, considering other reviews) My vehicle was sent by insurance for new keys and locks. A straight forward job. i’ve Had nothing but trouble since my vehicle has been there it arrived there in one piece and came back in many pieces and written off, it doesn’t take a genius to work out there is a scam going on here I was told my vehicle was written off for a £100 easy fix. I witnessed numerous times, tools stacked on the bonnet as my vehicle was taken for 9 WEEKS for a routine job and was just forgotten in the back of the pile of cars and car parts scattered everywhere. This is not over yet as I’m forced to seek legal advice as my vehicle was fixed within 2 hours of it returning and did not have a lot of new parts they were charging insurance for. I’ve never been treated so badly by a business nor have I ever witnessed such amateurs at work, Quote overheard; “ Don’t worry they won’t notice they’re old” at this point I knew exactly what we were dealing with so felt the need to gather evidence, so this is where we’re at. update to come.......

Would not recommend having your car repaired here. Mine was sent by insurance and they self approved the job, starting it before I could get an independent assessment done. IMO It was beyond economic repair but they chose to anyway and understate the damage - (they chose to respray a lightly dented boot lid).

Their branded car, midway during the day zooming down harpsden road at well over 40mph no regard of children and animals down a residential road. Local companies should respect local residents ridiculous!

Courtesy car is NOT covered by breakdown or accident cover. I got a flat in South East London (pot hole) 85 miles from home. Spare kit failed. Was told to sort it myself. 'Too expensive for autofix to provide breakdown cover for 70+ cars'.
There is an assumption by Autofix that the customer has their own cover. I was not informed of this.
My company lease policy only covered the car and not me. Only 0.5 mile to kwikfit but no one would help. Took 7 hours to get home, carrying my medical kit. Dumped at a station in a part of London unknown to me, at night and told to make my own way home.
SO be warned....ensure you have breakdown cover as AutoFix Henley will not help you. I am still waiting to get my stuff back from inside the car.

I could not be more disappointed with fix auto Henley. After having one of cars repaired here by my insurance company, I decided to bring my other car here for a cash repair as It was not so major. They came and looked at the damage and promised me a quote that day. No quote arrived and every day after I would ring up to chase it and they would keep fobbing me off with the same excuses that it would be with me later that day. How they are in business I have no idea!
