The staff seem to be employed mainly to dissuade customers from actually asking them anything or serving us in any way. Hopefully I will get in better from the o2 website and buy my new phone there. Abysmal service.

Went into the store today to upgrade my SIM to O2's 100GB data plan and was greeted by Imran who was able to quickly get me upgraded with no fuss or hassle, the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Excellent service, would definitely recommend!

The o2 staff in guilford refuse to cancel my contract there, saying it was done at o2 franchise store, they couldn't do because they are retail. Poor management and poor customer service, I have been advised the wrong information by the manager Stacey and the other female advisor, as I need to go back to the o2 franchise store to cancel. Poor customer services. Never go back there again.

Went there on Sunday to discuss my contract options and decide what phone to get. Alexandria was extremely friendly, helpful and she knew what she was talking about. All questions were answered quickly and honestly. O2 offers great service and most importantly flexibility all the way through your contract, which is something I highly appreciate. I left the shop with a new phone in hand and a big smile on my face. Thank you!

Bought a pay as you go sim from this shop. Simple and straightforward, all done in a few minutes. I did go in when it was quiet. I would avoid the busy times because you could be waiting for a while.

Previously been in to Portsmouth and woking 02 as well as the one in London. After trying to upgrade for 45 days going to each store and being declined, being shouted at ,and informed that i was wrong and they didnt care if i cancelled I had decided I was done . Upon entering guilford o2 I had decided to cancel my contract. After talking to the store manager she spoke to myself and my partner and invited us to sit down and assured us she would help where possible. Not only did she listen to our concerns but dealt with them professionally and calmly . After 10 min she had dealt with all out concerns and turned out complaint around too a amazing experience . We even stayed with the company . Overall a great experience in the guilford store !! I hope that any company official who reads this sends a care package the the team and manager .

Very empty store and told would have a waiting time of 5-10mins yet took over 50minutes to see to us. Staff member prioritised standing in a empty store waiting to greet people coming in instead of simply passing the store phone to receive a PAC number. Once a different staff member helped she was helpful. Overall, glad not going to have to deal with O2 again!

I honestly don't understand how some people can be so moronic? If a store is busy than how can they possibly answer the phone, whilst they are dealing with customers in the store? People complaining about this should honestly get a reality check and some common sense. I also think that the customer service reflects on how you treat them. Every time I go in they are nice to me because I'm not being an ass of a customer and I Understand that they are there to help you not to be blamed on shouted at. My phone is always being sorted when I need them to look into it.

I had to call the shop several times. No one answers the phone and there is no recorded message about getting back to you or a facility to leave a message. No Bank Holiday opening times indicated anywhere on the internet. Very unprofessional and amateurish service. Staff always seems to look as if they have lost the will to live! Very slow, bored, casual and can't be bothered attitude with anyone.

Very poor service, been with O2 for years. Went in to upgrade my phone, should have been nice and simple, however they scanned at the wrong phone and did the paper work for that phone despite me telling them it was the wrong model. They then had to cancel that upgrade, leaving me to wait 24hours till I could upgrade. They also didn't inform me that they had scanned a new sim card, consequently my phone stopped working leaving me wondering why. I was also told that despite the contract being in my dad's name I could still get the 30% student discount. This was a lie, since then I have had to get 2 new phones and start a new contract. Really not happy with the incompetence of this store and the service they supply

I entered the shop looking to buy a Lumia 635 or possibly a 735 I found the display and was looking at the 635 waiting for a staff member to ask if I needed any assistance but they were too busy having a chat and laugh together so after having been in the shop for several minutes I left and did my research at home and ordered a 635 through Amazon , I must add that I visited 4 cell phone shops in Guildford High Street that day and only Vodafone were on the ball offering assistance.

I would give 0 Stars if it would be possible. Unhelpful, bored staff members. I wanted to get a nano sim and transfer my mobile number to that. He could not do it on the spot (have NO clue why), I had to call customer service. I went ONLINE, the assistant there posted me a nano sim, and gave me a link to transfer my number. I have no idea why those guys are getting paid
