I've been with Three for years and have upgraded in a number of different stores. The staff at the Guildford branch have been the best that I've experienced. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, I felt that they really listened to my 'needs' and found me a great phone and plan that I'm very pleased with. Highly recommended! Thanks especially to Sam who is delightful, and in particular to James who is exceptional!

Vodafone were the worst company i had come across until i met the manager at Guildford Three store. Rude, incompetent, condescending, outrageously discriminating towards mental health and in general not a good reflection of the company. I think you’d be treated better and with more compassion if you were to fly to syria Or try and join isis, than liaise with this vile woman that calls herself the manager, yet has no authority to complete menial tasks. I would rate 0 stars if possible

As a long term three customer, I like three a lot but the guys in Guildford never pick up the phone. You would do better phoning the Woking branch if you want to talk through something. They were OK when I went in in person but tried to BS me about why they don't answer the store line. Very disappointed as it wasn't really convenient to drive in, pay for parking etc especially when I was ill.

Very good staff and highly knowledgeable would recommend this place to anyone whether it’s buying a handset out right or if your planning on getting a contract they will make sure that you get the best deal for the cheapest that they can offer you so if your in need of a new handset then don’t go far as three will take care of you!!! A++++ ratings!!!

Assistant manager Steve was most helpful with setting up two phones to take to the USA with a Three pay as you go sim card. Steve went over and above the call of duty and was a pleasure to deal with. I will be contacting Steve when my current contract on two phones runs out.
