Have used this place many times over the years and the staff have always been super helpful and friendly. I recently took my watch in to have links removed and Zak did a great job. I asked for to many links to be removed so popped in next day to have one put back, when offering to pay for my error Zak refused payment.!! Great customer service.

Came here not too recently with a completely non functional phone, the guys there were really helpful, honest about what they might or might not be able to do, and let us know exactly what was wrong and what needed repairing, really helpful staff, especially the guy who worked on my phone, Zak. friendly and good service, fast too.

I've been in here a couple of times and it's a hidden gem. One of those places worth travelling to if something happens to your phone. Very professional and honest service and I was shocked at how quickly everything was repaired! Very much recommend this place!

Really excellent service and friendly staff who go the extra mile for you! They don't just fix phones - they change watch batteries etc. They also provide warranties for their work. Zak has also just had a problematic radio controlled watch fixed for me. I'm more than happy to highly recommend them!!

Really pleased I chose Phone Fix in Balham to replace my iPhone screen. A little more expensive than other places I had asked but there was a complete guarantee I would be happy with the functionality of my phone after the repair. I paid at the end after checking it was all good. Worked like a brand new phone. They put a new glass screen cover on for free, and chucked in 2 SIM cards for £1 so I could compare plans. All the guys are really nice, and Zak who served me was super helpful. Great to know there’s a trustworthy business out there with great customer service! Good luck with the store, any more phone issues and I’ll be back!

Phone screen shattered and microphone were absolutely awful. Came here to fix me severely damaged screen. They advised that it would be fixed in 1 hour. There were additional complications with my phone which meant additional repairs were necessary. However, they did not charge me anything extra.

Zaki was the person who helped me- my iPhone 4s is quite old and it wouldn't charge so I took it to get it fixed and the problem was the battery in the phone. I left it with him for 3-4 days and the returned to check it was now working. He managed to replace the battery but told me that there is fault with the phone so advised me to buy a new one. The phone is still working well though like how it was before. Their service was very good and he explained everything very well. Thanks

Great place for screen repairs. Very quick and done onsite. Open Mon-Sat 10am to 8pm and Sunday 10am to 7pm. Update 2019. Returned for another cracked screen and was again very impressed with the service and results. Zak explained the process and materials they would be using and why they used only top quality screens.

Dropped my phone and cracked the screen, Zabi fixed it for me in an hour and put a new screen protector on without bubbles, which was a valued bonus! And on a Friday night too I picked up before 8 so wasn’t without phone for the weekend! Highly recommend, esp as the last time I dropped it another place in Balham took all day to fix!!

Screen fix - Great service from Zabi who was very friendly and efficient at the front counter, Zak who fixed my phone did so in under an hour, the phone works great and the price was very reasonable.
I went on a Saturday and the place was packed - sign of a good business, but they still managed to get my phone back to me in under an hour.

Zak at PhoneFix Balham explained the situation with my damaged charger socket and how much each option would costs depending on what the technician found. Really clear explanation and the repair came in very cheap too. Got my phone fixed, new charger cable (it was the charger plug that had mucked up the socket) and case for under £50. Courteous and knowledgeable service. Thanks Zak.

I got my battery replaced in Phonefix last summer and they repaired the charging port too without charge and without me asking them to do so. Zak and Zabi helped me and they were wondeful.
Phonefix have done various other repairs for my phones too and have always been speedy, polite, helpful and reasonably priced. They are always lovely to chat to and I never hesitate to bring my custom back to them.

Excellent Service, Work Environment is Professional, these guys know what they are doing. The first time I came to this shop they gave me real good service. I never thought I could use apple products, until theses guys showed me how to. Now I buy all my Apple products from these guys. Especially Ibi, love that guy. Always helpful and active.

Went in there today at 3.45pm with the hope of getting my iphone 6s repaired as it had been completely smashed and I suspected also internally damaged.
Zak was an absolute champ and was so friendly and made me, my mum and my partner laugh even through the stress & hot weather.

These guys offer a fantastic service.
I dropped my iPhone yesterday and damaged the screen. It was not just the glass cracked but also three quarters of the actual screen had gone black. I was sure it would have to be replaced and was told my network provider that they couldn’t mend it, but the guys at Phonefix mended it in half an hour with minimal fuss and for less than the price of the excess on my insurance.
