I visited Phone Surgery in The Oracle, Reading, it has to be one of the worst phone related experiences in my life. Don’t trust these 5 star reviews - it is all complete rubbish and inordinately manufactured. Phone Surgery do not use legitimate OEM parts, resulting in very poor quality repairs. My iPhone X screen replacement had a different feel, different hue and the 3D Touch feature was impaired. Not to mention the extortionate pricing. An absolute rip off. The staff seemed overly enthusiastic until I received my iPhone back and made a comment on the repair job... at that point they showed very little communication, probably due to the fact that they knew it was at their liability. Staff did not seem particularly knowledgeable either, when I mentioned my issues about the repair they had to take it back to the ‘technician’ behind closed doors to produce some kind of excuse, such as my iPhone not being upgraded to the highest software etc. After many anxious hours and hundreds of pounds, I decided I had to purchase a new iPhone from the Apple Store as I could just not bear dealing with Phone Surgery any more. A very poor company. Do not come here unless you want your phone damaged. You are better off going to an official Apple Store.

I’ve had a great experience here at Phone Surgery! I had a cracked IPhone 7 screen and they had repaired it in only 40 mins. Great service provided (Thanks Tia) and I also bought a screen protector which they had kindly put on for me! Thank you Phone Surgery! Will definitely use you guys next time if my phone needs repairing again!

I cracked my Samsung phone screen and they were able to replace it for me and check that all was working well. Great advice and excellent customer service. It did take about 2 hrs but I went at a busy time. I would definitely go back!

Very helpful friendly staff. I took my wifes phone in for a new battery. After leaving the phone with phone surgery I went shopping only to get a call to say that the repair was more complex as they needed to a change connector as well (which would be done free of charge) and also the screen would need replacing as it was cracked (which we knew) it turned out that it would be cheaper to buy a new phone. So I said "thanks but I'll forget the repair " I tried to pay them something for the time they had spent looking at the phone but they would not take my money. Top service
