Had a battery replaced, which was good as £10 off for first time customer. I felt they were extremely heavy on the up sell and went on a bit too much about what else they could sell me. Also wanted £10 for a screen protector, which is a couple of £ on Amazon.
So, if you want something done, just get that and be prepared to politely decline all the other link sells....

I could not be more impressed with the customer service of this shop in Reading. I ordered a Matt screen for my iPhone to be delivered to my house and on the day it was due to arrive I had a telephone call from the shop enquiring if it had arrived. It hadn’t. They called me back the following day to say they had followed up the order and it was now in the shop ready for me to bring in my phone for a professional fitting. Very friendly and informative service and it appears nothing is too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend this shop!

We are living through such strange and worrying times with this Covid-19 chaos. Our mobile phones have become a lifeline, especially when we are unable to visit shops. When the battery on my iphone started to fail I was so relieved and grateful to find the Phone Surgery and to learn that this company offered a same day home collect and return service for mobile phones.

Went to the Apple Store in Reading and was told my phone was not repairable and I would need to buy a new one! Discovered Phone Surgery on the level below and their fantastic staff have a look, carried out an in depth report and within 90 mins my phone was fixed with no data loss! I now know this will be my first stop always for phone surgery!

Ridwan helped me buy a new Samsung A21s for myself as I was using a Note 2 which was very old and outdated, he helped me transfer my contacts, Whatsapp and emails. I cannot fault the 10/10 service and patience by the staff here... Even tho I am not the most technical person he was clear and polite..
