I needed a new screen protector for my phone which is not a very up to date one, so didn't have the right one in stock. It was ordered in and when I returned 2 days later they remembered me straight away, which is a nice touch. My phone was sorted in 5 minutes. The staff were then really helpful as I had forgotten my purse, so I had to call home! Thank you so much for your prompt and efficient repair, I thoroughly recommend these guys for great customer service!

Went in with a phone screen that was totally smashed with glass missing, the lady was super friendly, helpful and chatty, and knew her stuff about phones. Phone was repaired in under an hour and looks brand new! Would 100% go back and will be recommending to friends if they need a repair/advice. Thank you again :) x

Took my MacBook Pro in here a few weeks ago to get it looked at since it wouldn't turn on. I'd previously taken it to the Apple Store and they turned me away saying I had to make an appointment despite being told by Apple support that they would fix my machine.
The guys at the phone surgery were excellent, took my details and my MacBook in for tests before working out what was wrong. Spoke with them after about 3 days and they'd worked out the issue, quoted me the cost and checked if I wanted to go through with the repair. It took them about 2 weeks to repair the machine and it's now back with me and working really well (Apple told me it would take 2 months to be fixed). The whole cost was just over £400 when Apple would have charged much more. The phone surgery replaced the keyboard, the battery and fixed the issue with the logic board.
Overall I'm super happy with the service, and the staff were very friendly. The reason I'm not giving five stars is because they didn't really communicate with me very well, I had to call them myself to see what the progress was and I feel I should have been updated either by email or by phone. I hope they can do better in the future. On all other accounts, highly recommended.

Paid £25 for a 'full' screen protector thinking ok £25 is a lot but this is gonna protect my brand new iPhone for ages.. Nope. Just 2 months in and it's already chipped, cracked and peeling off in 3 areas! Bought one off eBay for £3 and it seems exactly the same, fits to the edge etc.. Don't get scammed like I did

Took my iPad in to be fixed & reset. Was served by Ian. A very polite and friendly member of staff. Who explained the process & cost in detail. The job was done very quickly. Can not fault Ian on his customer service. He is a credit to the store. Any future phone/iPad issues I will definitely be revisiting here, and I have no doubt I will receive the same outstanding service.

Went to the Reading Branch and visited Sherwan for a replacement of my Honor 20 Screen and a Moto G5S Plus.
Both jobs done, however I noticed that the front camera was blurry on the Honor 20. Went back and phone surgery and sherwan did everything they could to fix it! It's not 100% but near there of course it's no fault of there own just the phone itself after being dropped so hard.
I'm very glad I took my phone and will be back for future jobs!
