The woman in charge was on top of her game and her knowledge is on point. I had an AC leak in my home. Needed to replace a piece of hose and two clamps. For $7 I fixed the problem thanks to Napa selling hose by the foot. Went to Home Depot first and asked a young man and an older man for help and all they could tell me was plumbing was on aisle 8. Which I found on my own when I first walked in. I am thankful for the help and customer service I recieved at Napa. And that I did not have to call an AC proffesional to my home.

This auto parts store has gone down hill with a crash. I was put on hold for over sixteen minuets, called back and got a person asking if he could put me on hold until he finishes with the customer in store.I could of said yes and waited another sixteen minuets or who knows how long? Last time I was in store I had to settle for less in product. What happen to the men that use to work there? they were able to serve all costumer needs. Has the place changed owners. If they cant handle phones how can they handle other parts of the business? Beware bad customer service. HIRE SOME PEOPLE to service the needs of the customer.

Absolutely horrible customer service. These people's knowledge on cars begins and ends with what is on that computer screen. Couldn't even purchase a car battery because the person behind the counter is uneducated at their position.

Great service! This was my second stop to buy a new battery, the first place ( across the street)was not the least bit helpful. NAPA was able to help me find the right battery and even carried the new battery out to my car! The difference between the two stores was like night and day!

Hit and miss with Napa. It all depends on who you get and what store you go to. A little known thing about Napa, they care more about their commercial accounts (Midas,Brakes plus etc.) than your average customer.

Not always the cheapest, but they have parts in stock and if they don’t, they can get them within a few hours, even for older vehicles. Staff has general knowledge on all things vehicle related and you can get in and out with your purchase relatively quick.

I've used Brighton NAPA since I've lived here; about 10 years. I do most of my own work. I've used alot of parts stores over about 50 years and I have been well pleased with everybody there. Several of the counter people have been with that store for 25+ years. I've always gotten good advise from them and if they don't have the answer they will tell you and then try to find out for you. I have recommended them often and have gotten no negative feedback. Five stars!

The staff here is great - they pulled my part for me when I called and set it aside, so when I got there, it was as simple as walking in and paying for it. The manager saw that I was having trouble and they aren't technically allowed to help you with your vehicle for liability reasons, but he came over and held a flashlight for me, and also provided a little muscle when I wasn't able to remove an accessory door that was stuck in place. Couldn't have fixed it without them!

I guess Neff is the only place to buy your parts because O'Reilly AutoZone and Advance does not have parts for a 95 Chevrolet Suburban what's up with that I'll be going to advance for now on least I got your parts you might pay a little bit more but least you'll get the right part the first time not the second time what's up with that
