Only one guy here makes it worth going. His name is Victor he is knowledgeable friendly and always a huge help. The other guy on the other hand . Will stop helping you, and make you wait in the middle of being served to answer the phone and help that person. Very rude was not friendly or helpful at all. Went to other auto part stores in Brighton looking for a battery for a Ford Fusion. Everyone says free installation with purchase. Autozone actually told me it was too hard to install and I should take it to Ford. Advanced Auto Parts said they could not install because it would take .45 minutes. O'Reilly sold me the battery i needed and installed it in 20 minutes. THANK YOU O'REILLY IN BRIGHTON!!! You will forever be my 1st choice next time i need Anything auto related!!

With 4 employees standing at the counter and 3 customers to be helped, it took 15 minutes to get an air filter. Has no book to locate part itself and I was never asked if I needed anything else. Not to mention the slim selection of product I settled for genereric. Can do better by going to Walmart. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because I can recycle oil there

I always received quality parts at a good value at OReileys. This particular store went above and beyond in customer service. The representative that helped me was more experienced with auto parts than I expected. Catlin was the rep that helped me. She was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Best auto parts store ever.

Bought a battery they installed it. Was in and pour quickly. They don't have a way to keep a charge to the vehicle while changing the battery but all went fine anyway.

Ordered some items online and received an email that they were ready for pickup in the store. Went to pick them up and nothing from my order had been picked. The employees couldn't even figure out how to look up an internet order on their computer. I had to walk over and pick my own order and they told me the fuel line I ordered was never ordered on their end. Said no problem and I would go and pick it up at a competitor and asked if they could cancel the item off my order. I was told there was no manager and that I would have to waste more time and come back the following day. What's just as useless as the employees at the store are the people manning the customer service line for corporate. It's a shame, when I was stationed in NM I always went to O'Reilly's and always had the best customer service. I will no longer do business with them and I will just take my business to AutoZone. A store like O'Reilly's on bridge Street does not deserve to remain open. Don't waste your time.

Absolutely will be recommending this play to everyone! Customer service was above and beyond great! Alfonso helped me out yesterday and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of when he didn't have to at all. The store is under new management, I was told, so please give them another chance if you've had a bad experience in the past.

An older couple went in needing a new battery and they purchased one but there vehicle would not start when he went to leave... he asked if they could help him install the new battery and they told him no.... i think that is horrible customer service and i will not be shopping at this store ever again...
