Instructions given to client is unclear. Mostly through phone. There seems to be a break down in communication between Mr Lam and his secretary. Was asked to come and collect the divorce papers as they are ready, but when i was there, I was told that I had to make an appointment. No negotiation even though I had specially taken leave to come down. The best part was I was told to come to the office with my ex wife. Highly not recommended

Very professional service from Lam & Co, my questions were well answered when I’m in doubt. No hiding cost, they made sure we know what we are paying for. However, I feel friendly but still a little cold shoulder and I guess this is quite a norm in this professional line where every mins count. If you have a budget to work out, Lam & Co is totally fine but if you can afford, I would recommend you to look around first.

Very horrible service and charges. I was charged $1,800 for one document prepared. Nothing was done, and when their service was not up to standard, they did not charge accordingly but took the total deposit. It was advertised as the cheapest divorce lawyer in town, in fact the charges were totally different from ads!
