Cannot comment on the quality of the cupcakes, because I wasn’t served. My girlfriend and I waited patiently and watched how other customers were served while we were told to wait. Apparently, by reading other reviews, terrible service seems to be a very common occurrence here. Crossed the street and went to Gail’s Bakery.

너무 달고, 가격은 비싸고, 영국 가이드북 마다 소개된 베이커리인데, 도대체 왜 유명한지 잘 모르겠습니다. 머핀 2개랑 홍차 마셨는데, 머핀이 속이 이글거릴 정도로 너무 달고, 완전 설탕 덩어리 같았습니다. 파리바게트, 뚜레쥬르가 정말 보통의 한국인 입맛에 잘 맞춰진 베이커리 라는 것을 깨달았습니다.

彩虹蛋糕非常吸睛，馬上就擄獲眾人目光。在海綿蛋糕部份口感偏硬，不夠鬆軟，口味也偏甜，糖霜香甜味重，綜合口感就是甜死人不償命的英國蛋糕，不過看在同樣甜死人不償命的可愛外表份上，值得美妹們來嚐嚐！

Buone anzi buonissime tortine. Ho visitato questo carinissimo bar in Portobello Road in occasione della festività di Halloween e sono rimasta incantata a guardare la vetrina del The Hummingbird. Le tortine erano decorate in tema Halloween ed erano delle vere e proprie miniature. Very special!

Wir standen bestimmt 5 Minuten in dem Laden und haben überlegt was wir essen, die Stücken sind relativ groß und wir hätten am liebsten von allen ein Stück gegessen.
Zur Qualität muss man glaube ich nicht viel sagen, überragend!
Man kann die Köstlichkeiten mitnehmen oder vor Ort essen, aber wirklich viel Platz ist in dem Laden nicht. Beim mitnehmen sollte man bedenken, dass in der Straße nicht unmittelbar eine Sitzgelegenheit kommt..
