The service was warm and friendly and they have a wide variety of flavours available. They have a good selection of gluten free and vegan options and it is clear what they have sold out of so you don't have to ask and be disappointed.
We had the banoffee pie and gluten free chocolate fudge cake (which is also vegan so dairy free) and they barely touched the sides.
I would certainly recommend them for a little treat.

We bought 4 cupcakes this afternoon. All looked beautiful and tasted delicious! Great service too. I would highly recommend a visit and we will go again next time we are in London.

I ordered a box of 4 mini cheesecakes and had them delivered to a friend's house for his birthday as a surprise and I couldn't be more happy with the service! I placed the order through their website and their customer service was super kind and fulfilled all my requests. The cheesecakes were AMAZING! Best cheesecakes in London. Also the packaging and the card were super cute. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for delicious sweets and a great service.

Really good milkshakes made with the nice cupcakes blended with ice cream. The flavour is amazing, we ordered it topped with cream and they put chocolate chips on the top. ????
I gave them 4 stars instead five because the staff was a bit rude with us when we tried to order two sold out flavours... we might try in the next few days to order again the same flavours expecting them to have it in stock as they have that flavours on the counter, just to show the shape and the good looking appearance of the milkshakes.

Vibrant colours of cakes, beautifully laid out, tempting to ask for a few. I loved the concept of the strawberry on cake. Yes, the irony it has fruit, so the sugar and flour calories will be negated.

My favorite cupcake place ever. They are so delicious. Tried different flavors and never been disappointed. Fluffy and full of flavor. Sometimes I find cupcake's frosting too sweet and don't enjoy it that much, but the frosting in Lola's is amazing too. They also have vegan options and you would not be able to tell they are vegan.

The staff has been very friendly - they offered us a handheld menu to choose our cupcakes. All cupcakes are quiet pretty but we had been very disappointed when it came to the taste. My vegan cupcakes tasted just like sugar and fat - the muffin has been great but the frosting was horrible. My mum just tried hers and didn't want to finish. I guess we expected a bit more since the reviews been great.

Covent Garden is crammed with great little shops like this one, in tucked away places. This one is the best shop window on the street. Their rosewater and pistachio cupcake is my wife's fave. Overall their products are well presented, lovely!

Really amazing cupcakes. Mig girlfriend calls them the best cupcakes she has ever had (and that says alot). Their cupcake-milkshakes are beautiful and delicious! But do note if you come at a late time the will have sold out of some variants (good thing all of them are good). They also had a really friendly staff here.

The cupcakes are delicious and the shop is really cute. I visit quite often so I am confident in saying that this shop could have it all but for the very unwelcoming staff. This doesn't prevent you from going there and enjoying an amazing cupcake! But I think it's always nice to be welcomed at least by a hello or a with smile when visiting a shop.

Paid £13 for "timed" delivery (9am-12pm) for a friends farewell.
Nothing shows up by 12, rang them, and they checked with driver and informed it should arrive by 12:30pm.
Still didnt come, called again, informed should arrive by 2pm.
Still nothing, called again, informed they are close and should deliver by 2:30pm..
Till 4pm still not a single thing show up, nor a call?! i rang them again and this time they informed its impossible to deliver by the end of the day, therefore have to cancel the order..seriously..?! totally speechless...
They even told me they won't be able to re-deliver the next day, i will have to start everything over, reorder then wait another 2 days for new delivery.
I called 4 times today and all informed they are very close by and will deliver shortly, but at the end they offer an impossible for deliver?!
They basically kept us waiting from 9am-4pm for nothing. total non sense and extremely irresponsible. a business should never promise something they're not able to deliver.
the worst delivery and logistic service I've ever have to experience.

BEWARE
The website photos are very misleading. I just picked up my cake for my cousin's birthday and I was very disappointed as it appeared much larger on the website.
The 7 inche cake is about as small as two of my palms. There's no way that could feed 7-14 people.
I regret ordering a cake from Lola's as I could have gotten a cheaper and much larger cake elsewhere.

Lola's makes good cupcakes. The staff at this branch are disorganised, rude and disrespectful. I was skipped in line and asked to wait by staff who thought my time was worth nothing. Do not disrespect yourself by frequenting this branch.

Un très joli petit magasin ouvert directement sur la rue, qui propose des cupcakes colorés et variés. Un accueil très sympathique. Le tout situé dans Covent Garden, en arrivant sur les 7dials. Donc bien placé dans ce quartier très touristique qui garde néanmoins une certaine authenticité.
