I love the service I receive from inniAccounts - fast, professional and friendly. Thank you Chloe and the team! I contact the team via email for non-urgent questions, and sometimes call the office if I need some last-minute advice on what I need to do and when by. The software that they provide is excellent and guides you through expenses, VAT returns and the like. I also enjoyed having an annual review which helped me plan for the following year as well as gave clarity on all the outstanding items for my first year in business.

I have had a mixed experience with InniAccounts who continue to be my accountant until they complete the company closure for me.
I would agree with a previous comment from Enrico, in that comms with account managers was not always straightforward.
I am giving this feedback so that the service can be improved in the future for others.

Unfortunately I have to disagree with the majority of the positive reviews. The platform is simply too difficult to use - even simple processes like creating an invoice is much more complicated than it could be. But the biggest issue is that the interaction with the account manager/accountants is not seamless at all - there is a constant back and forth, with a continuous flows of new request for information or documents to be submitted. Finally, when you ask the accountants for advice they don't try to advise you based on the specificity of your case/company but just give you a download of all the information that COULD be relevant. You are supposed to make my life easier, not more complicated!!

One of the reasons I didn't set up my own business a number of years ago was because I'd assumed it would be quite difficult, with a lot of form filling and red tape. Using inniAccounts to set up the company and sort out all of the legal requirements meant that this wasn't the case and in fact it was really simple and easy. I wish I'd done it years ago!!
I've now been using their services for almost 3 years and I must say I have had no problems whatsoever, everything runs smoothly, the software is easy to use and understand and if I have any queries then there are fact sheets available or I can ask one of the knowledgeable staff who usually respond within a day.
I'd have no problems recommending their services to anyone.

The software makes book-keeping super easy, provides an overview of your current financial standing (including tax liabilities) and comes as an app for easy receipt recording. The team themselves are efficient and proactive, which takes away the stress of worrying about running the accounts properly. I have been a client with inniAccounts for more than two years and right from the start they have been extremely supportive in helping me setup and manage my business. The portal/software is great as it is very intuitive and simple to use. It holds all important Company information documentation (Certification of incorporation, VAT registration etc) so I can easily access my information whenever I need. You can easy create and send invoices from the portal, link your bank account and get all the feeds digitally so no need for receipts (save the environment!). But if you do pay with different bank accounts you just snap a picture of your receipt and it will be linked to your expenses. It also has a handy app that you can quickly access your account or add receipts from your mobile device.
I have received first class professional service from a first class company. I highly recommend using inniAccounts for their accountancy software and knowledgeable staff.

Professional and quick .
I have been with IA since 2011 and they have constantly been improving . My last dealing with them was to correct an error I made. I emailed on Sunday night and it was resolved first thing Monday. Definitely not the " I will get to it soon" type accountants I previously had.

I have been using Inniaccounts for 6 years and over this time I have been very happy with the service. While the company provides a high quality software capability, its the staff in customer services and their accountant that really shine. I have had director's loans, mortgage applications, job referencing, changes to IR35 and non trading status, that all have required help. The organisation has a very deep level of knowledge and as such the staff, even new staff, are always answering my queries to the highest standard and almost universally within a day.

I have been waiting for a final set of accounts for over 3 months. Company ceased trading, and I cannot close it until the accounts are submitted...but they are always "being prepared" and are never actually ready.
Lovely polite team though, always quick to respond to communications.. It's just the "accountancy" bit of their accountancy service that seems lacking!

I've been using Inni Accounts for a year now and it was the best decision I ever made. I was new to contracting and they made the whole process so easy - from help in setting up my limited company to registering for VAT and everything in between. The customer service is first class - email queries are answered straight away and there is always someone available by phone if you need to call. They are knowledgeable, proffesional and friendly. I also love the software that allows you to do everything online and has a really clear dashboard. I would highly recommend them if you are a contractor or if you just need a great accoutnant !

Poor communication. Had to be prompted for phone calls. Lack of pro-active contact led to HMRC fines, something you'd never get with a flesh-and-blood accountant. Did not honour mid-tier pricing breaks.
