Tough during the pandemic. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they do their best to get people in and out as quickly as possible, and safely. But the space doesn't have any waiting area, and there's a line out the door. In freezing temperatures, that's not ideal, especially of you have to wait 15-20 minutes.
Perhaps better in warmer weather, and without a pandemic raging, but for now, not ideal.

The service was excellent!! Staffs are so kind and polite!! Service are fast⏱ Nearest to the railway station ???? and they are maintaining all the Covid 19 rules. Great experience! I would recommend others ????

Paid 6 GBP in order to send them an email with questions about travel visas (which is utter insanity in and of itself). I got a generic message saying they couldn't help for a reason that had absolutely nothing to do with my question. Replied to the email asking again and got sent a link to apply for a travel visa that wasn't even related to my situation. This department makes it clear the UK is not interested in receiving tourists.
