Why does good service and brilliant product quality stand out above the rest? Wouldn't it be great if it was the other way around, and all companies were as superb as Sliding Wardrobe World. Sliding Wardrobe World are fantastic. They helped me along the way at every stage, design, ordering and installation. The Sliding Wardrobe I ordered turned in one piece and with out a scratch, and even the delivery driver was helpful and gave me some advise on what to look for when hanging the doors. I have experienced the best possible customer service imaginable from Sliding Wardrobe World in particular Alicja. She helped me so much when choosing my wardrobe, sent me samples and was incredibly patient. She was so accommodating every step of the way and even went out of her way to do a follow up call to make sure i was ok. I needed an extra part and a replacement door (just a delivery issue) which was solved immediately. I could not recommend sliding wardrobes world enough. I had a few questions during the design process and the company was willing and quick to help. Special mention must go to Alicja Ostrowska whose help and advice was invaluable The doors and track are excellent quality. The online door design tool is great for testing out and visualising your ideas. I would not hesitate to recommend Sliding Wardrobe World

BE AWARE Please make sure that you receive professional help (which will end up costing you considerably more) if you do decide to buy their products, its not simply a case of putting this system together, you will need to get a carpenter if you're not extremely diy proficient as you need to attach batten and packers both on the floor and ceiling to make sure that the frame is completely square and trust me you will need to do this as no property new or old is square. If you do get a carpenter make sure that you check everything before you book them in as you will not receive any compensation from the company if you have send them away if there is a problem with their products, which we weren't told about. Also although no marks showed through on the front of the glass doors, the way in which they laminate them there might be blemishes on the back like we found, we were also not told about this prior to purchase. But the biggest problem is lack of communication from them throughout the the whole purchase to delivery and should a problem arise if you make a compliant, they are rude to you.

Sent an Email asking for help and information. Alicia Couldn't even be bothered to reply. The lady answering the phone couldn't even take a message properly. Not impressed with the service and have decided to move on . Thankfully haven't placed an order as I would hate to be waiting for parts if something went wrong.

We purchased a 'made to measure' wardrobe with angled end doors, and it was complicated by the age of the house and out of line walls. Due to this, there were several back and forth conversations to get the correct dimensions of the doors. We have had them fitted for several years now and I can say that firstly, the service has been excellent (we recently required a replacement soft close unit). And secondly, the wardrobes are of high quality and have kept the finish they had when first fitted. Mark and his team are certainly worthy of a great review and I am happy recommending the company. Ordering made to measure wardrobe doors can be quite daunting. Making the slightest calculation error results in the doors not fitting. Fortunately you can call Amanda, who not only has intimate knowledge of all wardrobe products, but also has a sharp practical brain to crack any potential problem. I couldn't have asked for more helpful, courteous and intelligent assistance. What a pleasure to deal with her.

I reached out to their sales team 2 months ago to query sliding doors for a walk in wardrobe and was lucky enough to speak to Amanda. I find her so commited and intelligent for her role that she not only helped me suggesting the right doors but with the intention to keep the cost minimum. Now my doors are in so writing this review, quality is as expected but what impressed me most is their continuous after sale support until 100% is achieved. At least for Amanda i can gurrantee this. Finally i ended up in buying doors for two more wardrobes which i earlier planned as hinge doors. Amanda you keep rocking!!

This website offers so much doors, internals, panels everything. Their customer service staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and their prices are very good value. Very happy with my wardrobes and would recommend this company.
