Our accountant Mr Ashok Sharma is a thorough professional and has a great level of knowledge, needed to manage Company accounts in United Kingdom. Amazing service, excellent advice and fantastic value for money. These 3 sum up my experience of DNS during my last 4.5 years with them. Worth mentioning are the interactions with Sneha Gurudutta (Account Manager), Alfred and Siddharth (the IR35 specialist). Would definitely recommend DNS to everyone!

I would give 0 if any option, this company is untrustworthy, read very carefully the T&Cs as even if they don’t carry on the work for you, you still have to pay... a yoke. Really upset.

I was referred by my friend to get in touch with DNS initially in July 2016. On-boarding was swift and Sneha was assigned as account manager. With my limited knowledge it was challenging to understand initially and was skeptical with progress but slowly think I picked up and yes still associated with DNS. Sneha has been key in sorting queries related with tax, VAT, pension etc and when required engaged the right contacts. She is quick responding to emails and / or voice messages and is very professional. Alfred has been very helpful with tax planning. I recommend both of them. In-fact, everyone I engaged so far has been very co-operative and have expertise in their domain. I can get in touch with onsite guys in Harrow when required. Thank you for your support and services, appreciated.

DNS came recommended by a coworker. The introduction seemed good, but the handling of my foreign tax + tax offsets was very bad (all calculations were wrong and required extensive rework). The accountant I was assigned had no knowledge of the foreign taxes in question, in spite of repeated reassurances that foreign taxes were no issue for the firm, and didn't respond to my emails, which resulted in numerous calls to fix the discrepancies. They didn't ask the necessary questions to understand the foreign paychecks, instead making a lot of incorrect assumptions that had to be corrected later. (They even calculated a month of negative pay, which makes no sense, but commonsense doesn't seem to be their strong point.) Several people at their office seem to have a poor grasp of English, which doesn't help. For simple returns, this firm may be fine, but as an expat with ongoing engagements in multiple countries, I wouldn't recommend them and won't file with them again.

I've been associated with DNS accountant for nearly a year and used their services before as well. They are very friendly, professional, reliable provide top quality services al-round. DNS online portal is easy to use provides up to date 360 views of your account all times. My accountant Manager Sneha Gurudutta has been outstanding throughout the accounting period starting from company formation to till date with all the accounting matters, I never had to follow up things, she has been proactive & prompt with the response whenever neeeed. The best accounting company. They provide you online access to your account which helps you to analyse your expenses and income. Efficient and value for money. Monthly summary of business accounts provided with invoices so you know how much your monthly take home is.
My account manager Sneha Gurudutta is very efficient and helpful. she answers queries promtly. She is also reliable when you need immediate attention to your queries or if there is any immidiate requirement for business. I highly recommend their service.

Most ordinary accountants I have appointed in the past, simply did books annually with little regard for the health and profitability of accounts,
Ankit is no ordinary accountants, he has a genuine interest in our business wellbeing, us personally and take time to get to know both,
hence he has a clear understanding of any business issues, my goals, and aspirations.
He uses in-depth understanding together with his second to none knowledge and expertise of the UK tax system to great effect,

I am with them for almost 4 years now. My earlier account manager suggested me that I should go for tax planning scheme which I did for just one month but then backed off! After a year, I was chased by HMRC and asked to give all the details. Thankfully I got away just by providing loads of the bank statements and filling up enquiry forms. Some of my friends who did follow DNS advice on tax scheme's eventually ended up paying huge sum of retrospective taxes. Having said that, so far they are have been good with the day to day enquiries. My last account manager Gaurav Sharma and my current one, Sneha Gurudatta, have been very helpful with the day-to-day enquires and my account's up to-date.

I have been using DNS for my accountancy needs for the past 3 years and compared to others i have used in uk previously, i have no hesitation to say they are the 'best' and affordable option in UK market for contractors. The service is very professional, a customer satisfaction team keeps checking the health of your experience on a regular basis. My experience is amazing with my accountant 'Ankit Sharma', the guy has never disappointed me, prompt in communication and very intelligent accountant who has also saved me a lot of money by regularly giving me the right advice. Infact he is so good that any friends i have sent to DNS, i have requested them to try and get Ankit Sharma as there accountant. Hope my relationship continues with them for many years. Honestly can't be happier.

Terrible services, DNS is now full of young kids who do not understand English well. Same as for a cheap online service they give you access to an online service. They have automated as much as possible and charge £120 for no much work. Stay away!

Incercarile mele de a contacta compania prin Whatsapp, Email, telefon au primit numai promisiuni ca cineva ma va contacta. Dupa 6 zile, tot ce am primit a fost o atitudine neprofesionala!
