This is a great store with great staff who are friendly and helpful. Price wise it is very reasonable, great prices on loads of brands, ideal place for all sorts of things ranging from food (now has a fridge and freezer section), household items are more. Well worth a visit or a look round.
The store is a good size and was expanded a while back, the isles are decent size, more than wide enough for pushchairs and wheelchairs, even with a few isle stands with special offers in here and there.
Located in Ilkeston's shopping precinct roughly in the centre of town, there is loads of pay and display parking for hundreds of cars, you can get your first hour for free or pay if you want to stay longer.
They have plenty of shopping trolleys and baskets. There are bins outside and a few benches should you want to have a sit down.
The precinct has sheltered walking around the stores making it easier in bad weather, and a taxi rank right outside B&M should you need one, the bus stops are only a short distance away should you need transport.
So to sum up, B&M is a great store with good prices, easy access and a great range of products. They are one of the main stores in this town.

B&m is such a good shop too shop at they sell everything you want ,food plus frozen food , food for your pets and garden food for birds, wine all other drinks too . In fact every item you need for your home ,also paint and tools to use with it. Items for your car. If you looking for anything start by going to B&M STORE I'm sure you will find what you looking for ,staff are very helpful and friendly.

I have been a customer since the store first opened and it only gets better. I have spent a lot of money in store. Just a suggestion but you don't cater for the elderly or disabled, just a chair placed to take a breather would be appreciated or even a mobility scooter scooter we could hire. thank you for the fantastic service you provide and the well stocked merchandise. Large bright store, well organized and plenty of staff on hand to help with enquiries. Staff are friendly and polite. The range of products on offer is fairly good, but still prone to the growing trend of creating entire aisles full of bulk rather than offering more choice within each section.

I am disabled and my wife went into the shop to ask if they could change a pounds worth of change for a pound coin to get a trolley.
Each time see asked they said no even though she told them it was to go into the shopping trolley. She got a pound of a customer out side the shop, had I not been their she wouldn't have gone in!
We did our shopping and my wife told the cashier's thanks for nothing!
I need to hold onto something as I move about, my wife told the cashier's she needs to use a trolley for me to hold into.

Near to closing time and a queue for checkouts. Used cigarette till as requested but assistant refused to check our lottery ticket saying they were too busy and had to get queue down. She was quite rude.

Very accessible long opening times and parking available for 1 hour free, there is a pay and display machine for tickets as well if you need more time to shop.
This B and M is surprisingly big, you cannot really tell from the outside, but once inside you will find that there is almost every one may need. There is also a Superdrug and a Sports Direct next to it.
