Very nice store the assistant helped us immensely. We were very grateful for all her help with purchasing a Miami spa which was on sale. Not on display so asked her and she found one in the back store. Absolutely great customer service at the Ilkeston branch. Thank You x

Great stuff to buy but I didn't feel safe. Customers without masks bumping into people.. No one way system. Staff doing there best at checkout but store layout does not make social distancing easy. Won't go again in a hurry.

I haven't been a darker, more depressing shop since I last visited Toys R Us in Nottingham back in 2005.
If you're not fussed about trawling around the cave of bargains you can get some stuff quite cheap.

Great store. Tape on the floor to enforce social distancing. Always has plenty of stock. However, they could put a few more checkout staff on as you have to queue 99% of the time.

Busy and outside queuing makes minimal sense as the exiting shoppers have to cross the path of the shoppers waiting to enter. No one monitoring numbers, store was quite busy.
But, good product availability and mostly excellent prices!

Customer service leaves somewhat to be desired and making folks lineup and que to keep them safe then running the queue right past the exit so folks have to walk through people waiting to get in is genius good work store managed ????

Very big B&M store! Lots more variety than the smaller stores but not quite as much as the Somercotes store. Sanitising station before entry and very helpful friendly staff! The lady that served us was very pleasant to talk to and very helpful with our questions about of they had a certain type of blanket in! Great service!

After going today I am not very pleased with the amount of display baskets that are blocking the aisles and that social distancing is not able to be done a total review of the access to the aisles is needed people are not able to pass if going in different directions even without a trolley and let's face it most people do have a trolley. Come on BM sort it out please
