Weirdly organised, bread on one Isle, milk at opposite end of store, toothbrushes at entrance and toothpaste in the middle. Overall took me 15 mins to find bread, milk and some toothpaste. Pleasant staff

I've always liked this store, if I'm in any shop where I want something I will always wait a few days until I go here. You will always find good prices here. Bought my daughter's bed here.... original price £79.99 but was marked down to £69.99 but I actually got it for £59.99. you can't go wrong in this store and the staff are always willing to help. Quite often they will be stacking the shelves see you walking about looking for something and then ask you if you are ok and what are you after. A+

Wide choice of food, goods and gadgets and usually really competitive prices. Not great at managing queues to pay though so is sometimes a bit of a wait. Overall though I'd definitely recommend a visit. I'll be surprised if you come away without purchasing something.

18th JUly 2018 - I purchased a Jakarta wooden garden set for £150.00. The lady that served me, Julie, was very polite and helpful. She went that extra mile or so to make sure that I was looked after. The rest of the staff on duty didn't let her down either, despite working in poor conditions at the moment due to the store development taking place at the moment, they remain cheerful and helpful. The icing on the cake was when It was all delivered on the same day of purchased by a lad called Craig. My thanks to all.

Looks very nice full and sparkling after the refurb the only thing I think they should have kept in the same place is the cigarette kiosk, it gets to congested with customers already I think Christmas time will be a nightmare. We have to wait and see. It still won't stop me going in though I love the place...

Aisle are to close together to cramped tills are on top of aisles. Not going there again. Who ever did the design for the new lay out has never heard of customer satisfaction.

Chaos... good value but can be a nightmare to get around. Isles feel small and highly stacked which feels like its all closing in on you. Not the best flow round the store either.

Grim... use to visit weekly and have coffee and food but it's really gone down hill in restaurant.. had to take cappuccino back again as it was less than half a cup at £2▪50. The girl serving her shirt was covered in stains... Looks like it's not been washed since our last visit.. the whole area looked dirty. Food was at table before I collected my drinks so not very warm when I got there. Mum had to start without me or her's would not have been hot.. it was only chips this time as the last meal we had was not very nice. Shame really as we use to like coming here every week.. can't see any of the regulars that we use too visiting either. After today we will be going else where to coffee.

I actually hate buying stuff elsewhere until I check if these guys sell it, price always comes in cheaper than anywhere else. If you are looking for stuff that is usually sold in B&M stores then this isn't the B&M you want as there is bearly owt in it. I use this store usually for household and DIY but they don't do much. Yes I understand its not a big store but you could move a lot around to make more room. Not great.
