I was overall very happy about my new car. I traded in my 2004 Toyota 4 runner and was happy that they gave me a good trade in amount for it. Brian was the gentleman who helped us and he was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful and kind. My only complaint is that we were shown the car right after it was certified and it was very dirty and it was the only color on the lot that I wanted. After it was washed I noticed there were quite a few dings and scratches and it looked like the previous lease tried to cover it with a cheep paint or white out. When I brought it up I expected it to be taken care of because I know that if I were not going to be purchasing the vehicle that day Toyota would have fixed it before putting it on the lot. However, I was told sorry it is what it is and it's gonna stay that way. I was actually really upset. They said they didn't want to spend the money to fix it. After spending 22,000 I would think they would fix it for me before taking it off the lot. But now I have to spend like 700 to 1000 to go get it taken care of myself.

The representative who helped me was friendly and helpful right down to going to the other dealership to pick up the car for me. Paperwork was done fast and easy. honestly the service has gone down, not sure if Covid-related or not, but there is no excuse for poor customer service. I felt that the rep could have taken her time and made sure we got the service needed. our appointment was pointless if they didn't finish a basic oil change 4 hours later. just the personal touch was not there at all. Our old rep Brian was amazing, and now there is no one close to being as knowledgeable or caring.

I have been buying cars from this Toyota for 10+ years. 3 cars, 2 used and 1 new with 1 trade-in. Always have great experiences and bring my cars back to be serviced. If you need your car serviced go to Michelle. She is the best. Understanding and reasonable. The financing team is great and they do the best to get you the best deal they can. I've had a different sales person with every purchase but haven't had a negative experience.

Honestly, we had been shopping for a vehicle for quite some time. This was our second visit to this dealership during our search and we came back for Matt Barrera. He was honest, informative and flexible to our crazy schedule. We loved the No haggle price as we didn't have to go back and forth. Matt had an assist from Victor as Matt had exceeded his hours for the week. Victor had a great energy and was very excited to help finish our purchase. Alex in Finance was awesome and had the process down. I don't think I've ever been able to complete the purchase paperwork that quickly. No one was pushy at all. The only problem we had was on the detailing side but they did an amazing job the second time.

Bought a new (used) car yesterday from Matt Barrerra at Toyota Cerritos. Matt was engaging, attentive, and knowledgeable. He made the usually brutal process of car buying pretty tolerable.
Aaron the finance manager was efficient and patient with me taking work phone calls. He got me out the door quickly without feeling like I'd been sold to overly aggressively.
Car was in fantastic shape. Looking forward to buying my next car here when needed.

I live a considerable distance from this location. I found a great deal at this location on a truck I liked. I contacted the dealer and let them know my circumstance. They ensured that the vehicle I was interested in remained available as getting to the location was a half a day ordeal. When I arrived Araceli and Victoria were extremely helpful, and hospitable. There was a slight mishap with the vehicle listed, and the one that was actually at the dealership. I was a little disappointed as the mishap cost about 4k, and being a one price no haggle dealership tied their hands with price compromise. Instead they worked with my financial institution directly to negotiate a lower interest rate saving me more than the 4k difference between the original price, and the increased one. They even threw in a couple additional incentives. In all, I do not regret the drive, and absolutely love my new truck! It is also worth mentioning during the time I was there, Araceli protected the keys of the truck with everything she had, as there were at least 6 different people interested in it while I was there.

I was working with Jason Nguyen on an out of state purchase. Unfortunately he was not very straightforward with either timing or the process after being in communication many times over both phone and text. This ultimately cost me $199 in having to change my auto transport appointment. He did not seem to give this deal much time or attention. I ultimately chose not to buy from them after this experience, and would be cautious working with a dealer who is not as forthcoming with pertinent information.

Adolfo was very professional and courteous. Although he gave me a discount, the price of a new key for my car was completely outrages! My Rav4 is 15 years old but is in good condition and runs great! After 15 years, my key had deteriorated and wasn't working properly - I still have the key code tag that I was given at purchase of the car. I was told it was important to keep it in case I ever needed a new key because without it, obtaining a new key would be extremely expensive. Having this key code tag didn't seem to make any difference at all! $406.48 really??!! Final cost with 10% discount which I appreciated very much was $386.14!! Really?!

By the time we got to this dealership we were burned out and exhausted. In two days it was about the fifth or sixth dealership we were seeing. Matt helped us out and we really liked him! Matt would get 5 stars! He was so nice, he knew about the cars we were seeing, and he was quick to find out if there was something he didn't know. He wasn't trying to "sell" anything to us and when we were ready to buy he made it easy. We honestly didn't try to fight the price because we were just ready to get a car, but it was a great price anyways. He made sure to let us know to inform our banks ahead of time, which was very helpful when the time came and he didn't try to add anything extra on. I'd give 4 stars because it was a pretty long wait for them to take us back and get started on the financing paperwork. It was about an hour give or take, but I'd lean more towards over an hour. Also there was an issue with one of our receipts at the end. One was printed with another person's name and address after payment. And we were told there was no way to fix that but all other paperwork came out ok. That's a little concerning when purchasing a car, but we made sure all was well before we left. I'm just sure the lady whose info got printed wouldn't appreciate her full name and address being handed out to strangers. Other than that, we recommend this dealership.

I don't even know where to begin. I was reached my AutoNation right when I had given up on buying a car. I had been told that I couldn't be financed by any bank before they reached out to me. When I got an email from Kevin, I figured sure why not get one more refusal. I was contacted by Ali, David and the team. I MUST say they were extremely amazing, after some back and forth they got me in the car that I had been wanting for forever the Toyota Rav 4. I don't know how they did it but Ali worked extra hard to get me financed and into an amazing car. Granted my situation wasn't a easy as they normally are, it's a extremely difficult case and yet they managed to get me financed and I was able to stay within my budget. As a single parent having a new car means safety out on the road with my girls. I did have to leave the car over night since I couldn't drive two cars home and I live a bit far, HOWEVER David and Ali guarded my keys like I would my children to make sure nothing happened to the car. I absolutely will return and drive the distance. Not to mention I never felt like just an other sale to them.

He went above and behind to assist us. He stayed until 11pm, to ensure we left that evening with a detailed Tahoe.

Owning my first Toyota is honestly my ideal daily driver. My 2018 Toyota Corrola has been missing a second key for some time so I stopped by the dealership and was welcomed with outstanding service. My service advisor Roy Rodriguez was there to assist me to get my second key. As I waited I seen that the dealership was well maintained and organized. I waited in total of thirty minuets to get my key, this is the fastest car service I experienced at any dealer I have been to. Again amazing service!

I was contacted by a Sales and Leasing Representative Rene Perez in regards to an inquiry I made regarding a vehicle. Rene was very polite, professional and listened to my needs.
Although the vehicle was in transit and scheduled for delivery about a month after we negotiated a deal, Rene remained in constant communication providing updates about the vehicle’s whereabouts. After this month, truck was delivered and the process to take it home was simple and straightforward (How it should be). I think not many dealers can match the level of customer service I received. So much that, in the future, I would return to purchase a vehicle from this dealer again.
I was a bit frustrated during financing as the representative helping me with the process insisted I purchase a service contract. But, if it is not needed, you don’t have to agree to any of that.
My overall experience was great and the day I went to pick up my truck, Rene was there to close the sale and continued to be of great service, even though it was one of his days off. The sales manager Tom cruz helped make the process easy as well. Thank you!

We bought our 2018 Camry here about 3 years ago. I received a recall notice from Toyota (the car it's been great, no issues) so we dropped it and got a loaner car for the meantime, they took care of the recall and we are very satisfied. I was able to get my CPO Prius prime with almost same warranty as new car the price is comparable to other dealers but without warranty at all. No pressure sales staff (Jason N.) everyone so helpful and very knowledgeable about the car they are selling. Came across a listing for a 2019 Tacoma for sale while browsing online. Submitted my info to get more details about the car. After a few emails back and forth with Sales Rep Henry Rodriguez, we scheduled an appointment for the following day, Sunday at 9am. Arrived early and found out Henry wasn't there. Got assistance from Efrain Suarez. He was helpful and patient, relaying messages to his higher up, Tom Cruz. I had expressed concern about the front tires on the vehicle as they were worn on the interior side. He said the person to make those decisions wasn't working and I can check with that manager the following day after I purchase the vehicle. Realistically, I didn't expect much to be done. I went in the following day to express several others issues in addition to the front tires. There was a nick on a sticker that I'm sure wasn't there when I inspected the vehicle before agreeing to purchase; most likely happened during the wash before driving off. The other issue was that the rear tires differed by 4psi; these were new tires so must mean they were just filled prior to sale. This is a simple fix but something that I still wanted them to be aware of. When I arrived the following day, I met with Henry. He followed me to my vehicle to see the concerns I had. He expressed understanding but stated that he's not in position to make those judgements or decisions. I waited about 20 minutes for his boss. After going into an office, Henry comes back to tell me his boss said there's nothing they can do about the worn tires but I can speak with this decision maker. I didn't get his name, but I went into this gentleman's office to discuss it directly. He said the vehicle was inspected prior to listing and passed inspection so nothing they can do with the front tires. Again, I didn't have much expectations for a fix. Just a shame the last person I interacted with was such a bad experience. This person was apparently too busy pressing buttons to step out of his office and meet with a customer who just spent tens of thousands. Seemed bothered that he had to actually talk to someone. Couldn't get up off his chair. Couldn't pretend to care or take a look at the vehicle. No "thank you" or any show of appreciation.

Brought in my Toyota C-HR for a few things I did not receive upon purchase, most would think that’s enough to lower the rating, but all the staff was extremely helpful, from the first person I spoke with, Gina, to the front manager (I didn’t catch his name) and everyone else, they answered all my questions with friendly voices, I didn’t have my due bill, but they helped me nonetheless and I’m very appreciative for that, I wasn’t pushed off or mistreated and that was far and beyond for me. 10/10

David was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He was thorough and articulated the many features of the vehicle very well.
