If you're looking for a new or used Toyota, ask for Josh! He's the BEST! He's so sweet, kind, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. He's the kind of salesperson you want and they're rare to find! Aaron in finance is also fantastic! Very smart, helpful and patient. The customer service here is excellent! I love that AutoNation is haggle free because they already have the lowest prices possible. It takes the stressful game out of buying a car which I really appreciate. They are also exceptional because they are a big supporter of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and other cancer-related charities which sets them above the rest. I highly recommend AutoNation Toyota Cerritos, especially Josh!

Mark the Manager???? at the front desk is amazing!! The back office not so much???? Two weeks ago I turned in my Toyota Rav and purchased a 2015 Audi Q5 with only 74,000miles and I love it!!! I have been awaiting a call back from Eric the manager in finance and still haven’t received a call yet!!!????

Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle! I’m not sure why dealers advertise vehicles when they aren’t ready to sell but we made several appointments to see the vehicle and each time it wasn’t ready. When we were told that it was ready to see, we drove an hour to the dealer and the vehicle was there but hadn’t been cleaned. We purchased it anyway (no discount off asking price) asking that they clean and deliver the vehicle when it was actually ready. After a week of texts and calls, we ended up canceling the purchase as they could not seem to finish and deliver the vehicle. In the end, they claimed that they tried to deliver it, but it was involved in an accident however I have my doubts about that story as well. We happily purchased a different vehicle from a private party and will never buy from an Autonation dealership again.

I recommended a co-worker months ago and He also bought a camry se. We had a great experience with Benjamin. Very professional, knowledge, and patience. Answer all our questions. We shopped for a vehicle on Thursday night, and the sales staff was nice and helpful. They gave us a credit/payment offer that didn't really work for us, so we said no thanks. Then they came back with one that was acceptable and we put down a payment. The next morning we found out they had put 7 hits on my husband's credit and they were coming back with a different offer from the one we signed for. My husband spent all of Friday trying to get someone to explain and to return his deposit acting surprised and offended by his frustration. They contined to deflect his request and try to sell a vehicle. By the time he got through to someone helpful (Saturday) they said they could not do anything till Monday a.m. Here we are Monday and they are still sitting on out deposit.

Mr. Gregory Hammann was AMAZING!!! I originally had a bad experience. The manager took control and introduced me to Mr. Hammann. Mr. Hammann was attentive and answered all my questions and concerns. The car I was looking for was out of stock and he gave me weekly updates. In the end, I bought out my lease. On the day of my appointment, Mr. Hammann was prepared for my arrival had all the paper work ready to go. I could not ask for a more polite, efficient, and great customer service representative. Knowledgeable, helpful and willing to run all over the place to make sure you get what you want. Ready, willing, and kind without the typical sleazy sales tactics. It seems the level of service is going down hill. I received my prius back and as I started to drive away, noticed that the computer was not reset and it showed maintenance still due. I drove back in to the appointment driveway and could not get anyone''s attention. Went up to the express window and finally got a service person to look at it and he got a tech to reset. Next time I restarted my car, the battery low on key was flashing and it was flashing before I took it in for service so it was not recharged or battery changed. Not happy with the sloppy service

Had my RAV4 serviced yesterday and was helped out by David Kwon. He was so friendly and great at representing Toyota’s standards. He gave me an accurate time of when my car would be ready and even had it parked for me when it was done. He wasn’t pushy once when I told him I’d like to pick and choose what services were done on my car. I would definitely schedule an appointment with David again! Thank you!!!

This would have been a 5 star except that the mechanic failed to tighten the oil pan bolt. Because of that I now have a giant oil stain on my driveway and another in my garage. 30 years going to another dealer and I NEVER had that issue before. So after spending my afternoon s rubbing the stains with driveway cleaner and a power washer the 12 inch diameter stains are still there. The ONLY stain in my driveway!

Buying a car can be stressful, but Calvin at Autonation made it a lay back experience for us. And everyone there was polite to us, did not have any problems. Going back to buy our Car was easy and the clear choice for us. Eric in financing was excellent and explained every step and benefit to us. Very helpful staff and you don't have to feel like you gotta buy, but as you see and compare you will find the right choice for you there.

Super helpful to get most of our paperwork started before we even got there to look at the car, lots of pics and vids giving us a closer look. Got continuous calls from AutoNation for some maintenance. Without proper id, and verification they allow any personnel to sign on behalf of owner even if it costs thousands. Then they call you again to say that the car needs fixing, did not say how much it was in my case. Then later they tell you to pay a certain amount, or cannot pick up the car. Just don't do maintenance here, they'll try to always sell you something you don't need. Going to a auto shop probably cost less.

This place was the worst dealer. I was looking for 2021 Sienna XSE. An internet sales person, Nicholas Martinez contacted me via TrueCar around 9 am on 3/31/21. He gave me almost best price even though it had some high estimated purchase options such as sales tax, registration fees. I made appointment to see him and the car at 8 pm. He also sent me email and text message to confirm my appointment. I visited this dealer around 7:45pm and met him. He wanted to use restroom first. OK. That's fine. He was back after 5 minutes and told me that the car was not available. Wow! He should had told me it before I visited the dealer. He made me waste of time and lost the chance to contact another dealer. Toyota Sienna would be the first minivan in my life, and the sales person gave me the worst experience for the first Toyota dealer visiting. Same day, I received email from this dealer general manager Kevin Naderi. He asked me the feedback about the dealer visiting experience. I responeded to his email with this story. But he never follow up about my experience. Truecar website still have showed that Sienna XSE is available in this dealer. Visit another dealer. If you have to go to this dealer, please avoid this internet sales person. Make sure three times (at least) if the car is available.

I have been buying cars from this dealership Toyota of Cerritos since 2001. This dealership is exceptional not only with the quality and value of their cars but with their customer service and maintenance of the vehicles as well. Customer service is outstanding always! I am not an easy customer I am a perfectionist and like my cars to be perfect and this dealership goes above and beyond in all aspects including finance to make sure I leave a happy customer. I have never had a negative experience. My salesman Morrie Azim has been the absolute best all these years. He has helped me personally ,friends, family, and my clients too!! And this past Friday September 8, 2020 was car purchase 27 with Morrie between all of us! Morrie Azim goes above and beyond every time it does not feel like he is just trying to make a deal and sell a car. We think of Morrie and Toyota of Cerritos as a friend and our extended family. Toyota of Cerritos is a better place because of guys like Morrie. I trust Morrie and know when I tell him what car I would like to purchase he makes it happen. I am thankful for his guidance, expertise, patience, professionalism, and dedication to serve his customers well!! Thank you dear Morrie for all that you have done for me, my friends, family, and clients we appreciate you so much!! I love my new car it’s awesome!!

I wouldn’t recommend service. The problem never got fixed and wasted my time. It was the second time less than 9 months I took the car for the same problem. They only disconnected the battery to “fix” the problem with the service light.

Middle Eastern Car Salesman who goes by Ray, threatened to beat me up for wasting his time after one Prius test drive. I made it clear during the test drive I wasnt planning on purchasing that day. He passively insulted us. He refused to let me test drive another car saying I can only do one test drive a day. I asked another car salesman for a test drive. Ray quickly came back out of the building and confronted me saying "only one test drive, you like wasting my time? I'll beat you up." I told him he's making me feel uncomfortable. I didn't buy my car at this dealership. I cannot reccomend this dealership as long as Ray works there. I told this story to many people. What a disgusting person he was.

How pity that I am writing this review to get attention to get my money back. Wow!!!really. I have been calling this place multiple times to ask someone in finances, someone picks up amd says will transfer to the finance and it ends up with some automated voice message. Even I left the voice message regarding to my issue, never got a call back. What happened was, I bought a CH-R from them but I got charged $3,000 extra out of nowhere besides sales tax and interest. The finance person( I can provide name if required) told that power train and vehicle service was free for seven years but charged me $3,000 extra. I quit the deal and returned the car on 3rd day. He told me that my downpayment will be processed in one week but it’s been 3 weeks already and it’s still showing on my credit card. They have the worst service and no responsibilty towards their customers. A person with the beard in the front desk was not friendly as well. Just give me my money back...common

My experience at Toyota Cerritos was great. In the time of COVID, it was clean and I felt safe, I never worried that I may get sick. I worked closely with David Van and Tom Cruz and both were helpful, not pushy and honest. If you finance your vehicle through Toyota, I recommend working with Nuria Castro was transparent and easy to work with. I am happy to have found the exact vehicle I wanted was never in one of those high pressure sales situations. Thank you for that.

Sold my old car here a few months ago through one of their instant cash programs. I was initially only looking to see how much I could get. When I wasn’t happy with their offer I felt pressured to sell anyways. They even “bargained” for a slightly higher offer. I ended up selling but not because of the higher offer (which was still too low) but because of of what the offered. By selling the car to a dealership at a lower price than if I were to sell on my own, I wouldn’t need to worry about doing any extra paperwork in transferring the vehicle. I was even told a “story” about what could happen if I messed up on the paperwork it was scammed by another person off of Craigslist. So imagine my surprise when a few months later I receive a ticket for over $100 for this car I sold. Not only was I explicitly told this would not be an issue but it was the determining factor in selling my car for a much lower price than I intended. Is this something I will be able to resolve? Of course. But I feel lied to and cheated out of money. Next time I will be completing my paperwork on my own and taking my business elsewhere.

I was very pleased with the customer service when I wanted to by a pre-owned vehicle. I filled out the online questionnaire and received a call within 5 minutes. I discussed with the salesman what I was looking for and he found several cars that fit my requesta. We made an appointment for me to go visit, when I arrived on the lot he took a picture of my driver's license handed me the keys and said go have have a good test drive He was wonderful due to COVID I did not have to worry about another person in the vehicle. The only issue I had was that the finance person made several mistakes with the paperwork. So definite word of warning be sure to very carefully read all the documents before you sign.

I went in to buy used Honda Fit and I got in touch with George Samor. I asked him to let me know what documents I would need before going there and he helped me all the way to have an easy transaction once i went in. On the day that i went in, i told him i needed to finish the transaction as fast as possible since I had to work and he did his best to make it so. Thanks for helping me buy my first car in a speedy and easy way, and also thanks to Albert (from finance). I would definitely recommend this dealer.
