Some of the staff are amazing! Really helpful, some of the older staff are rude, don’t greet you.. and stay sat on their chair behind the kiosk even though there is a huge queue! Same person has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced!

First and last visit today, eventually made it from the car park, able bodied people parked outside the door, in a rush, big queue, one staff, coffee machine out of order, wasted my time, nothing convenient about it

The shop is let down by poor customer service given by one individual. I live in anstey so use the co-op regularly. When ever this person is on check out, a greeting, please, thank you or goodbye doesn’t seem to be in her skill set. It appears that chatting with her colleagues is more important. Latest example was today at 1:50 4/11/20.

Disappointing range of produce. Shelves almost empty. (Have wanted tinned cornbeef for three wks not in stock) not one member of staff new when it was coming in?????bought some cod from the chilled section got home unwrapped it and threw it in the bin smelt awful.stale bread also. Sorry coop Morrison's for me as they have more range and better quality.

Love the Co-Op. They carry a great range in a comparatively small space. Good range of wines and great quality own-brand foods. This one is very handy for us, not far off the A46 with good parking. Anstey is a great little town with some good independent shops (proper 'life' shops, not just nick-nacks) so it's always worth stopping off to get those Saturday morning chores done.

Customers parking in pick up point and quite hard to cross the road when walking. Maybe a zebra near the entrance to carpark/pick up. Store is fine in itself, and staff are friendly enough.
