Having not been in here for a couple of months, been buying in the village, I decided to nip in for something in particular ( didn't have it, which was fine). I found a very untidy store, I know shelves need restocking & something im used to with my reps role, so understand the health & safety around restocking. There were boxes all over the place, trip hazards, a big spillage of cream on one aisle, which was reported & took some time to be cleared up. I found the overall feel of the store to be very unloved. I hasten to add it was 10am in the morning not particularly busy.
I won't be going in again which is a shame because I like some of its produce.

Queued to get in using the traffic lights system. Everyone followed it and nearly everyone had masks. Checkouts were very fast as usual and they had good stock. I would definitely go back.

Always running out of things and when you have a product in that I like and runs for quite a few months then it's out of stock then you take off the product off and stop doing it. Have you ever thought if something is selling well why stop stocking it !!!

The new store at Beaumont Shopping Centre has made my life a lot easier. I can now do all of my shopping in one place. The store is covid safe and has a traffic light system to get in, satitation station on entry and exit. It is great value for money and the staff are polite and always helpful.

Families visiting,no greeter, social distancing just non exhitant, customers not adhering to the 2 metre rule, pallets being worked at busy times. . On the plus side we'll stocked, friendly staff, fast on tills so not much wait.. In light of today's society the management need to get to grips with over load of customers, greeter on door counting in and out every where else has to do it..

Great little supermarket. Reasonable prices so you get a lot more for your money than the big rivals and still good quality.
The range of products is not as extensive as the big chains so I shop at Aldi about most of the time then go to a bigger supermarket to get the items Aldi don't stock.
Aldi do have more items online than they can fit in their shops so it's worth checking this out.
To speed up time at the tills people often don't bag up their purchases at the til itself. Staff scan the items, customers then put everything straight back into the trolley and sort it into bags at the shelf at the side of store after you've paid.
However, I bought some of Aldi's own trolley bags that have plastic rods in the handles. They hang on the edges of the trolley and you can then put your items straight into them as you're buying them.
You can take out the plastic rods and wash the bags to keep them clean
I'd highly recommend Aldi.

Social distancing not adhered to, hardly anyone wearing masks in store, raised voices in store. For a new store it was not very clean or tidy. There is a traffic light system at the entrance which is completely ignored. I won't be returning.
