So disappointed to see that this co op store isn't taking the Covid pandemic seriously.
I went into this store earlier this week and their was a women with a mask on shouting on phone and breathing all over my pushchair with my 10 month old in I was furious to say the least I askee her politely to keep her distance and she ignored me so I went to and spoke to a staff member who said "we aren't allowed to inforce wearing masks" I requested to speak to the manager and she said the same.
I won't be using this store again as they clearly don't value the lives of their customers or staff.
Co op London Rd and Narborough Rd are both taking steps to keep us all safe it's just a shame this one isn't doing it's part.
I have emailed the local MP regarding this issue and will be contacting Co op head office regarding this negligence..

Love the co-op. Unfortunately at the moment there are empty shelves as there are everywhere but did get some delicious looking ready meals and cold meats both on good offer. Till staff very friendly.

I love the co-op it sells food for the loyal locals who shop every day at that store , many times I've asked if certain items could b got in and they have always taken notice and put their selfs out to get into store the items I've asked for , that to me is good local service .

Good little co-op at the corner of Narborough Road to buy foods for good prices, aswell as being a local area for me, making it convenient to go to the store when near.
The store's staff are friendly and service is quick.

The store is fine, except when you arrive there is an awful stench coming from somewhere. It quite honestly makes you gag, and it smells of sick. I’ve seen other people running through aisles because it smells so awful. The customer service is also quite off and the people at the check out are rude

The place is always clean and most of the employees are friendly, but repeatedly I have gone and there is a smell of manure and one of the employees explained that it is the coffee machine that needs maintenance or something. that's the reason for the three stars.

The staff are rude, had to report one of the managers. Very good discounts, but you will be lucky to have any when the manager is a lady. They take all discounts inside and divided between themselves and nothing left for the customers.
