I have had gas installed to the house and the sales service was excellent, they talked me through every step and informed me of how things were processing. Then I was passed to the team organizing the work to be done that was also very professional, I was called to inform me of dates and times when the work would be carried out and follow up calls were made to ensure i was happy with the work.
Well recommended if require any work done from them as a home owner or professional business.

Thanks to Lily Brunton-Cole- an issue that could have been a disaster was avoided. I have worked with Michelle on a project where I was Development Manager for a Client where I was developing their site on their behalf - the provision of a new build 4 bed detached house.
Michelle was so helpful in getting quotes and chasing me - in a nice proactive way - to make sure I sent through all the information that she required to go out and get the necessary utilities quotes I needed.
I felt that Michelle was not just providing I asked for but she felt like she was part of my team and worked hard to make sure we got the best solution for the site.

After paying for a new meter in February 2021 I am still waiting for this on 5th May, 2021. I have been given 2 dates as confirmation of fitting and both times no one turned up. Numerous phone calls and I feel like I am being constantly palmed off with excuses. This company is beginning to cost me not only time and money but extreme anxiety. Do not use this company!!

I was having difficulty with a previous energy supplier in changing my postcode on the National Database, because it had been entered wrongly. As soon as Chelsea Crabtree heard of this difficulty she immediately got to work correcting this problem, which had held up my request for someone in the other company to fit me with a gas meter. Thanks to her, and her excellent communication skills, I was able to get to the point at which a gas meter could have been fitted with no further delay. It was only then that I found out that, without telling me, the previous company had gone ahead and fitted me with a meter. I still have great difficulty corresponding with them, and I need them to give me an account and a tariff quote. I have been fully refunded with my payment to Crown Energy, and I am most grateful for the time and effort she and Gaynor have spent on my problem. Full marks to her and her team!

After working in the property market, both commercial and residential for almost 50 years I am used to poor service, indifference from both large and small companies and needed to have a commercial building reenergised and a new gas supply put in place.
After going round and round for days with the larger companies who advertise in the media but did not help and some did not even answer or call back I did an online search and found Crown Energy and most importantly a young lady Called Gemma Salt.
Within less than 5 minutes after the initial call everything is running smoothly and we are about to have full services, both gas and electricity.
Nothing is too much trouble with Gemma and when she says she will do something, she does it.
Her help and intervention has allowed a new commercial tenant to move into an office block and for ourselves to secure a further income stream.
Well done to Gemma and well done to Crown Energy for having such a competent person employed by them and A GREAT BIG THANK YOU.
