Excellent car spares, but staff behind counter, never meet with customers walking in, with any eye contact, or acknowledgment. Forr all you know; the wait could be 5 minutes to 30 minutes. Could be seriously improved thru' better awareness.

Very slow service. Arrived to a queue of two people before me and still waited over 35mins for click and collect items. One helpful man at the desk, sounded like 6 colleagues partying in the back room. Frustrating, and not the first time I have found this.

Euro car parts in general has not got a smooth flowing customer service experience. Tbh this store has a better service than others, but overall i still feel it was poor. To exchange products it ended up taking hours

Ordered online, click & collect. Got a call back within 5 minutes to say it was ready. Went to collect the next day, but had to wait for my order to get made up.
I've been there before had really good service, easily 5 stars. I guess it depends who you get. Good prices though.

I ordered parts and informed the sales assistant that I was airfreighting the parts to West Africa and all parts that were ordered were wrong and I did give the VIN. Yet they gave the wrong parts. I've written to them and no response. My shippers do not ship back to the UK. Never order from them especially, if you're shipping your parts abroad. Money for parts down the drain and airfreight payment down the drain. 0*

Waste of time, awful attitude towards customers. I checked on their website before visiting this store and they had every type of 12v small instrument cluster bulbs. I was looking for the rounded type (commonly known as globe bulbs) which showed as in stock and in their dozens. When I turned up the chap at the counter was talking on the phone which went forever, I wouldn't mind if he was making a sale or being helpful to a customer but his chat was just garbage. I parked my car right opposite their store but I could only pay by credit card and I only had cash so I kept walking away from the counter to look out for a traffic warden, he noticed this and when he finished with his telephone conversation he shouted out NEXT, considering I was the only person by the counter apart from another gentleman who was waiting for his purchase to be brought to the counter from their stockroom I thought that was a bit strange, his whole attitude was a disgrace. Anyway, as for my bulbs? I needed 15 all they had was a couple that looked nothing like my globe type. Wasted a time and money for nothing and unless they are the only parts company left in the whole of the UK they won't be seeing me again.

The young fellaw at the till was a bit weird, I asked him about the discounts , is it for only online buys, so No!, he said yes, then i start buying the parts online, and hw said to the guy next to me: ‘ oh we give discounts for everyone who comes in’

I always seem to get given the wrong parts?? Always 4 to 5 people waiting to be served yet only one member of staff serving? Parking is by pay and display which is located outside the shop.
