horrible service ,\not a good bank, easy for open a bank account but ywhen you have a problem in a other country you need to call a number and you wait hours for have someone , after this you think your problem is finish but no m, you need to call again again again and after you want just to be dead because you have no solution

NAB this is not a branch. Might I add it is also a terrible company. on two occasions now NAB has lost my money when I have transferred it from my savings account to my NAB Travel card. It was only $300 the first time but this time it was almost $7000. Upon noticing it had happened again immediately rang them. The answer I got was that "an error had occurred" and that it will be sent back into my savings account in 2-3 business days. I was trying to finally get my money out of this awful bank after prior terrible experiences but it appears I can never leave. Like Sisyphus I am bound to hell!
