Good service, all the work I've had done has been great. I don't think it's the cheapest around but they offer plans that include discounts. All staff are very nice and friendly. They text to remind of appointments, which I like.

I am having implants fitted which involves the removal of four teeth, the placement of a temporary denture and associated oral surgery, including bone graft. This was conducted last Friday afternoon in a marathon session. Everything had been planned and explained to me, in writing and verbally. Appropriate medication was provided afterwards with clear instructions as to use, along with the opportunity to contact the dental surgeon in the ensuing days. This I did, as I was concerned about the degree of swelling and discomfort. The extent of discomfort , rather than pain, must not be underestimated. This leads to an immediate change in diet, to soft, crushed, tepid, foods and non alcoholic drinks. It is vital to retain ones belief that the long term benefits outweigh the short term discomfort. It is also a good idea to think in terms of giving oneself a few days off work whilst the trauma settles down. I had the weekend, but it was not enough. I cannot fault the treatment and levels of patient attention.

Absolutely elated to have found this Dental practice. Croft Dental was recommended to me from a friend as I needed to see a Dentist asap. Croft Dental managed to fit me in at short notice for the following day. The whole experience was professional and friendly from the Practice manager to the receptionist. My experience with the Dentist exceeded my expectations right from the start. I felt that I recieved sound advice and options were discussed after an analysis of my x rays. During my treatment I was constantly updated on progress and to top it off, my treatment was pain free. Always a winner! Thanks again Croft Dental and to my new Dentist, you have a new client!

I was registered at a different surgery but as they were closed over the Christmas break, I contacted The Croft Dental Centre as a filling had fallen out. Kelly was very understanding and arranged for me to see a dentist the next day. Rajpal was very professional and did a great job.
I am moving to CDC permanently.

I recently went to Croft Dental after chipping one of my front teeth. They were extremely helpful at informing me of my treatment options and making an appointment available for me to be seen as soon as possible.
Unfortunately the waiting list for NHS patients at the time was estimated at 18 weeks so i had to get the treatment done privately.
Dr. Rodica Pirtea was the dentist who treated me she was extremely professional and managed the miracle of making the filling look completely natural and unnoticeable. I would highly recommend her and the practice to any one looking for a dentist in Surrey.

Very friendly, very professional. No trouble at all getting appointments that work for me. They also call you to offer you earlier appointments as they come available and check with you that you are attending your own so you don't forget or free up the slot for someone else.

Rajpal is a great dentist. He gave me all the options about a complicated filling and I felt no pressure to go private at all so opted for NHS. He even gave me a temporary filling and it's better than the actual filling another dentist gave me!!

No stars. Went in for a check up and a hygienist appointment. However I left the dentist with teeth in a worse condition than when I went in. Dentist chipped my front tooth after heavily hitting it several times with drill metal handle while polishing back teeth. After I complained to her, the dentist said it wasn't her fault because 'one can break a tooth even by eating a piece of bread'. An outrageous statement and a shocking incompetence!

Nicholaos and Jackie have always been excellent both in standard of work and manner, and private pricing is always fair. All the staff I have dealt with have been very pleasant and polite.

I wanted to change my dentist as I was not very satisfied with the previous one. I got to know about Croft from NHS Choices website. I approached them and the practice manager was very friendly who explained me the various options I have for joining the practice and also helped me make my decision in choosing the best option.
The receptionists were very friendly too and they also give you plenty of alerts before your appointment so you don't miss it.
I was mainly treated by Dentist Reena who was again very friendly and explained in detail about my situation
The only thing I was not very happy about was my hygienist appointment which felt very incomplete and expensive for the work that was done. Also the nurse/ assistant who was working with the Dentist seemed very inexperienced.
Overall I liked my experience with Croft Dental Centre and would certainly recommend the place to all my friends.
