Nothing short of excellent. Service has been wonderful from the receptionist, the dentist and the hygienist. During the Covid times, the practice quickly adapted to offering a service where safety was maximised - so I didn't need to miss a treatment. Recommended.

Have been going to this dental clinic for 22 years - have been charged for a failed appointment which I have not booked and did not receive any correspondence regarding.
Called to query this, receptionist staff had been so rude and dismissed anything I advised her of.
I am now going elsewhere - absolutely disgusting service towards a loyal customer.

Had to write a view about the hygienist appointment I had today with Jo Pritchard.
I hate visiting the hygienist as previous experiences had me thinking they were appointed to a surgery on a scale of how evil they were and the degree of discomfort and pain they could administer to their 'victims' but I knew I had to go so bit the bullet and made the appointment.
I am so happy! Jo is one lovely lady, she asked a few questions, explained what she was going to do (gulp!) but said at any time I wanted her to stop she would and just to signal I'd had enough. Didn't need to (phew!), she made me feel relaxed and in control and set about sorting out my less than sparkling teeth and gums. What a relief! I have a plan of how to continue improving my dental hygiene and suggestions of what to use and how to go about it and have even booked a follow up appointment for 2 months time.......... she MUST be good!!
Thank you Jo! Determined to give you a better experience of my mouth on my next visit!!
If you're like me and keep putting the hygienist off, just do it! You definitely won't regret it! ????

This is probably the best dentist I’ve been to. The lady on reception was lovely, friendly and helpful. My dentist is absolutely amazing (I hate the dentist) and she makes me feel comfortable and let’s me ask any questions, always puts my mind at ease. Absolutely brilliant dentist, definitely highly recommended

Great place for dental care! I've been going here for some years and, having had some decidedly unpleasant childhood experiences, I can honestly say that I now have no fear of visiting the dentist. Sharmilla, my dentist (also the owner), is lovely, and Jo, my hygienist, are both fantastic. 10/10 and thoroughly recommended by me!

I usually grade my experience with a dentist as being like a medieval torture chamber but I have to say I'm really impressed with my last dentist here - Kanokporn Laorerkuthai. She did a fantastic job with my last crown it was a perfect fit first time in fact she is a perfectionist, incredibly professional and easy to get on with.
It took a few attempts to get the perfect dental impression for the fitting and that is what impressed me it was so perfect. I'm at a point in the life of my teeth where preservation with more fillings is not what I want with so many deep fillings the crowns just make a massive impact on my day to day living. The pain just stops, the food getting trapped stops, I'm free to eat what I like. This is the kind of dentist I like

So who likes going to the dentist - not me! I changed to Berkshire Dental Clinic in Yeovil Road Owlsmoor a couple of months ago. My new dentist is Phillip Hawkins and his assistants have been considerate, informative, professional and have given me confidence to continue a preventative check up routine. The reception staff have been friendly and efficient too. Right now my face and gums are numb from the injection but I felt compelled to write this review and without hesitation recommend the clinic. Very well done all of you. Still don't like going to the dentist though :-). Thank you. Tim Lance

Dentist only did half of a root canal, leaving me with an infected and incredibly painful tooth. As soon as I complained about this issue I was conveniently told that I could no longer be seen due to "missed appointments". I now have to find a totally different dentist who can remove the bodge job performed here, as the pain keeps me up all hours.
A shameful display of medical negligence frankly, very happy to take my money, but not happy to do a full job or solve my issue. In fact, almost seemed smug to have made it markedly worse.
I would only reward 1* as the reception staff have always been nothing but friendly and genuinely seem interested in helping customers. The so called professionals elsewhere in the building however seem interested only in making as much money as possible, and not taking ownership of their mistakes.

I have been going to this dentist for over 12 years. The standard of care has been exceptional. Both Shamilla and Jo (hygienist) always give an excellent service that you can trust. Samreen on reception is very helpful too. Sharmilla and Samreen went above and beyond the call of duty for me recently and I very much appreciate their efforts. Many thanks.
22/01/21.. Fantastic service yet again! This practice never lets you down. The standard is always consistently high. The environment felt safe and is brilliantly run in a COVID safe manner.
