Cancelled my appointment, which is fair enough but instead of ringing me to rearrange they ask me to get in contact with them. This is day 3 of trying to ring them and currently this is my 2nd attempt today and I've been ringing for 15 mins as I write this. They ask for you to leave a message but will not reply, so no point in doing that either. Funny thing is, when you get down to the building, you will see 5 people running around the reception, whilst they ignore you knocking at the door. I'd change dentist but will be moving away soon anyway but it's appalling service here.

My son (Age 12) had an accident chipped half is front adult tooth, so I took him straight to this dentist.... put it this way his tooth looked 10,000 time worse leaving the dentist. I said to the dentist that is a shocking job considering what year it is and how technology has moved on so much he said it is what it is and gave me some bs story. This practice has a high turn over of staff, for the time I was there I had a different dentist at every check up. Any way we got home and my son was still in shock, crying because of the way he was left looking....so I found another dentist in Sandhurst who gave my son an emergency appointment as he refused to go to school looking the way he did. This new dentist made his tooth look like nothing had happened in just 30 mins! He explained every option foR my son since that day I have moved away from NHS dentists and gone private...... best thing I have ever done...... my son has been given the best possible treatment. People get a dental plan!

Frauds. Over the past six months, I've had two band 1 appointments (the ones where they look in your mouth for less than a blink of an eye and tell you what you already know), then have been routinely ignored after being told I would be referred for surgery to have impacted teeth removed. I have attempted contact repeatedly, been told to wait and someone would contact me with details, and suddenly a letter has arrived for me! What is it? A notice from NHS Business Services Authority claiming I haven't paid for treatments (which I have), have claimed I have tax exemption (which I didn't) and apparently now owe a £122.70 penalty charge. Absolutely disgusting.

For patients in serious pain with no clue of what to do...I have been to a few emergency dentists these past few years, 30 seconds, filling done, in and out. But today after calling 111 and being up for 48 hours in utter agony i was referred to Queensmead dental practice for your help. Perhaps the best thing was being called an hour early asking to arrive sooner! Result! Within 30 seconds i was seen and numbed subsiding the disgusting pain i was in while being told and informed of what he was doing. Thankyou for your proffesionality and skills.

Worst dentist ever and receptionists are terrible, nobody answers the phone or if you leave a message don't call you back, one star because they are open 8 to 8 but no use if you can't make an appt, please avoid if you can and find another dentist ????

This is the best dentist for miles around. They have always gone out of their way to fit me in during an emergency and give me appointments at a time to suit me. Their treatment is excellent and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am a NHS patient and been attending since shortly after they opened. The staff are pleasant and polite at all times

Amazing service!! Myself and my son have visited the practise many times now and on each occasion we were served promptly. Also they keep sending reminders before each visit which is great. My son is only 5 and the dentist was absolutely amazing with him, Connor is happy to come back and is not afraid of having anything done to his teeth. Would recommend this practise to anyone!!

Absolutely agree with the previous reviewer. They cancel appointments at extremely short notice, rearrange them at very short notice, and when you are there you're in and out of the dentist in 5 minutes. They expect payment up front before even seeing a dentist and provide an absolute minimum level of care. There are plenty of other dentists in the area that put patient care before profits - go there and NOT HERE.

I have been 3 times had a root canal performed by Alexander who I cannot praise enough. An example which many dentists would do well to follow. Highly recommended.

Has a big sign outside NOW ACCEPTING NEW NHS PATIENTS. tried to get an appointment next one a month away. Need to stop advertising if you can't see people quicker than that. Avoid if you can get a different dentist

Not worth it. I received a letter saying that my daughter will not be treated anymore as she had missed her appointments more than 3 times when in fact, I, the parent was never informed or texted about the appointments, no knowledge at all. When asked, the receptionist said that they had no record of my mobile number (strange when my daughter had been seen by this dental a couple of times through texts!) and that they do not send out letters... when I just received this letter. Felt cheated and will not recommend to anyone.

Absolute Jokers. The will treat you like some sort of scaly and rudely demand you make payment for everything before you even get a whiff of a dentist. They cancel appointments, yet make you re book yours when unexpected events make you 5 minutes late. Then they totally ignore your complaints. Lots of more trusting dentists accepting NHS patients in Farnborough. Stay clear of these lot!

I've booked two appointments at this dentist and both times they cancelled, the first time with just 10 minutes notice when i'd had to take the morning off work for the appointment. Overall distinctly unimpressed.

Do not attend this clinic. Rude and childish employees. The 3rd yet most awful dentist this year I've attended. Was advised by 111 that this dentist was a walk-in emergency clinic, I was seen within 30 minutes of going in. I have had trouble with abscesses for years now, all precautions have been taken to avoid infection yet treatment is still needed. The dentist I was seen by was very arrogant, after explaining my problem I asked wether I could join them and get an appointment. His reply was "you came in here just to ask me that?" And told me to wait in the waiting room. he proceeded to get the receptionist who was new to do his dirty work by messaging him "I won't see him again" even though he was no more that 20 yards away from me with no patient. In outrage I proceeded to leave and saw the dentist come out of his room to talk to a boy with at a desk, definitely mocking me. The NHS have no respect.

This clearly states that they are accepting new NHS patients but when you arrive at the Practice told this is not the case. Was a little irate as I was in pain so asked to speak to the manager who said they would see me as a one off but would have wait until there is someone available. I agreed to come back later in the afternoon and wait but asked the manager to remove the fact that they were taking on NHS patients. I got up at 6.30 checked my google went in my lunch hour (in pain) expecting to be took on. Please please remove this so that no one else has to be turned down. thank you. After I have been seen to night will write another review.

Aweful, the dentists are only willing to do the bare minimum and if they can get away with doing nothing they will. They actually told me to figure out what the problem was for myself and come back. I was charged for that pleasure...

I have fortunately only required one filling during the three year period of attending this dentist. I had to revisit twice as the filling was too big and needed to be filed down. Also the hygienist pushed too hard on my front tooth and whipped out a white filling I had there. They refused to accept liability so I had to pay for a renewal filling. Today I write this because I am dentist phobic and feel now I know the practice I won't look for another, that was until today-my hygienist app was cancelled just before my wedding in July and so I tried to rebook but they could not do it until after the wedding...I had an app for this week being August with the dentist which I was going to air my disappointment...BUT they have just texted and cancelled that one. Checking back on my texts from them this year alone..there are 5 texts saying "Sorry,we have to cancel your appointment" sometimes actually on the day. DREADFUL.

The customer service from these people is unbelievable. They don't trust you as far as the reception desk to the front door. You are forced to pre pay for treatments or check ups and treated as a number (with ££ signs) rather than a patient. Oh, and they love to re scheduling appointments (to suit them!). Looks like I was not the only 'walking ££'s' to find them a total joke (see other reviews). Seriously just find yourself another dentist....there are plenty of good caring practices in Farnborough, who accept NHS.

I travelled the world using private dentists in Norway, USA, Germany, India, China, Brazil, Turkey, Greece, Australia, Azerbaijan, New Zealand, Jordan and Iraq. For me this is the best practice; friendly and always a good experience. I don't mind paying up front as I know the service will be good, plus it's the NHS standard change anyway, people should remember very few countries provide NHS Dental service at cheap standard prices, if you want upgraded dental work yes you have to pay more or go to a private practice. The only suggestion; as the NHS is subsidised by the Tax payers, missed appointments should be paid for, I missed an appointment with no excuse, I offered to pay for my missed appointment as it could have been used by another patient, only to be told no change. Look forward to my next visit.

After many years of not going to the dentist mainly through fear, I went to this dental Practice for the first time yesterday, The receptionist was very helpful and even let me know that I was entitled to free NHS service because I was on ESA. Unfortunately that is where the helpfulness ended, I was shown into the dentist quite quickly who said hello and asked how I was? I told him that I was scared mainly through bad childhood experiences, He said nothing and invited me to sit in the chair, He looked at my teeth one of which was loose and made a few comments to the nurse, He told me I would need that tooth to be extracted and that I would need quite a bit done to my other teeth, He told me i would have to have a plate made to replace the tooth that would come out and that they were hard to get used to and that I probably would not get along with it!!!! Now bear in mind I was already scared and this surgery claimed that they put anxious patients minds at rest! I asked him would he be able to fix my other teeth and he said Yes but it would be a two way thing and I would have to do my share, He then said he wanted to do a mould of my upper jaw and that my loose tooth may come out when he removed the mould, It Did! I had a bit of a gagging fit for a few seconds at which the dentist became inpatient and said he needed toi do it quick before the cement set, fair enough but his attitude was rather cold to say the least, I then had bits of plastic in my mouth and was not offered a mouth wash. Then he said he wanted to do a lower jaw mould, He could not find trhe right size mould and used one that was an improper fit but said that as it was ionly going to be a temporary plate it wouldnt matter, he did the mould and I was told to make an appoint nfor a weeks time, Again I was not offred a mouth wash and in the end had to ask for one which seemed to put the nurse out and when I did get one it was plain water! I received no care plan at all and still dont know what they are going to do with my teeth! The attitude seemed to me that because I was on ESA I didnt matter and they were doing me a favour, I came out with really low self esteem and still very scared, I dont know where to go or what to do now I may pluck up courage and speak to the practice manager, I'm giving them a 1 star just because of the helpful receptionist, I will post again after I have spoken to the practice manager.( I did speak to the practice manager who said that she was sorry and said that she would look into it and get back to me, However after such apalling treatment I have decided to go to another practice, I would not let this practice treat my Dog let alone my family, One to Avoid

Pathetic dental practice ,I was suffering in pain and the person I spoke to on the phone refused to give me an appointment as I was told that they don't see emergency cases as it's not a walking clinic , I was told to call 111, but they were very unhelpful and was told to wait , some one will contact me in next five working days , I'm really disappointed, and now I'm in agony because of this pain ,Im never going there again ,
