Dr Sehra did an amazing job the first time, he saw me when he rectified and fixed my broken front tooth from a cycling injury.Unfortunately it snapped after 10 years, so I managed to get it fixed on boxing day as an emergency appointment!I am so grateful for their time and how professionally they had my worries at ease when I saw the fixed results.The trust I had before, allowed me to go back and get it fixed. So thankyou.

I would recommend Innova Dental. I broke a tooth today at work rang my current dentist who would only book a consultation appointment then decide the treatment and I would then need another appointment. My husband rang Innova on my behalf I was given an appointment for today and after discussion and costing my tooth was repaired. Surgery very clean, customer service excellent. Dentist informed me of future treatment, discussing everything down to showing me how further treatment would be completed on a computer package the visual explaination gave me better understanding. So I have another consultation with Innova tomorrow with other specialist. Thankyou

I went to see Dr Sehra for an emergency appointment a few months back when I had an abscess. Whilst treating me for that, he noticed I had two broken teeth and asked why I hadn't got them crowned. I told him my dentist had said they were beyond repair to which he replied they certainly were not and after I was better he could give me a consultation to do emax crowns. Yesterday I went and had the two crowns fitted and am now the proud owner of a nicer smile. I think I was meant to get that abscess and meet Dr. Sehra and Nina. Highly recommended.

Very nice place , friendly staff and the doctor treated my dad in time and he is smiling happily without pain in his gums. Dentist available on saturday as well.

"Good business man, questionable dentistry." I had an emergency dental appointment in December. Dr Sehra told me that a root canal treatment was necessary and charged me for it praising his work as "world class dentistry". Already at the clinic he urged me to review his work on Google which I did (I now removed the original positive review as it is no longer applicable). Initially, the result looked good (that means, the filling he made). However, a week after the treatment, a very painful infection of the root canal in question began to manifest itself. Dr Sehra responded by prescribing antibiotics which did not help. Another (independent) dentist then found out that in fact, in contrast to what Innova Dental had proposed (and billed), there had been no proper root canal treatment at all (i.e. the root cavity was filled with pus and bacteria as it had not been correctly sealed). This was also clearly visible on the X ray and has been documented. Consequently, tedious additional follow-up treatments were necessary. In short, I cannot recommend Innova Dental.

I'm a very nervous patient with an extremely bad gag reflex, I had to go for an emergency extraction on a Sunday morning and I couldn't of been treated any better. Super staff that treated me extremely well, I would highly recommended them !

For someone who hates going to the dentist but still has to (because I can't stop eating chocolates), this was the first time I went to a dentist who accurately pointed the problem, planned the treatment and fixed each problem without calling me later and asking me to come back because he messed up with the impression or something else. I was treated by Dr Narinder Sehra at Acorn Dental Care in Maidenhead and I have to say, he is a dental artist and the staff were very nice and welcoming. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the clinic, the precision of the dentist and the advanced equipments that he used. I had two crown-implants before at other clinics but this was the first time I got my crown ready in 45 minutes. Thanks to the 3D machine that designed it accurately for me. He didn't have to shape it again or cut any part of it to fit my teeth, it was just perfectly precise which saved me time and pain. You can tell from the way he works that he knows exactly what he's doing. I have been to other dentists who get stressed out and start sweating because they're messing up. But with Dr Sehra you will notice that he works smoothly as if he's painting a picture! Nothing is worse than going to the same place again to get something "fixed". Now I know where to go when I need my teeth to be beautifully done without the hassle of coming back again and again to fix problems. However, it could be a bit pricy (like all dentists), but it is definitely value for money.

I came to Innova dental surgery after what some might call a nightmare experience with two other Dentists! As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and that the staff there actually cared, The facilities are amazing, clean and very professional. They took no time at all in helping me remove a very awkward wisdom tooth! I was very impressed how everything they were going to do was explained clearly which made me feel comfortable and relaxed, especially after my previous experiences elsewhere... I would definitely recommend the sedation! Zero pain and the procedure was over in what felt like seconds! I can't thank these guys enough and would recommend everyone to use this dental practice and avoid problems like I experienced before coming here. Thank you :)

What can I say except if you ever need a dentist, this is where you want to go! I needed an urgent exctraction and Dr Sehra's staff was able to fit me in on the same day. 2 hours later, pain free. Of course I went back for a check up (all clear and healed) and booked a full consultation. Now I finally have plan on how to proceed with my dental issues. First one I've had in 35 years! I don't usually write rewievs (this is my first one ever), but this clinic is such a find I have to share the good news. Even the receptionist and equipment is 5 star level. My only concern is, I can't take them with me when I move back home soon.

Called to book appointment with hygienist advised to call in first to fill in forms and only than would be able book appointment (TUESDAYS ONLY after 2pm) I mean really forms had be filled in before hand and not on the day, so two trips required. Went some where else

I had the best dental experience of my life at acorn dental care. I have always had problems with my teeth and have needed a lot of treatment over the years and at every other dentist I've ever been to I have been in pain when receiving treatment. At acorn dental care dr. Sehra will make sure that you are never in any pain when receiving treatment. I recently even had 2 root canals performed by dr. Sehra, neither of which was painful, at any other dentist I've ever been to I'm sure this would have been an unbearable experience. All the staff that work there are incredibly friendly and the dental practice has a very calm environment which makes it easier to relax. The facilities are excellent which makes a lot of treatment much quicker than in most other dentistries. I needed a crown for one of my teeth after having a root canal and acorn dental care have the technology to produce the crown there on the day that you need it. Normally this would take 2 separate visits to complete.

I turned to Acorn when I needed emergency treatment on a crown. Right from the begininng they impressed me with the importance my problem was for them and their ability to fit me into the first part of the next working day having called them on a Sunday. It was so direct and personable. I was in a lot of pain at the time. The treatment was very fast and actually painless. I was so surprised. Dr Sehra knows what he is doing for sure and is a very experienced Dentist.. and what I got was nearly instant relief and back on the road to recovery. But WAIT! about a month later I had exactly the same experience when another crown blew up when I was overseas. They saw me the same day I got back and I was in serious pain and I got a repeat of the rapid and painless treatment, another root canal and a new crown (the crown was a another appointment). So I decided to get one of my oldest crowns replaced to be safe.. This time Dr Sehra moved very very precisely and carefully to save me a root canal. (The crown had indeed failed) That treatment was also relatively fast and painless. A point to mention is that Dr Sehra owns one of those very high tech 3D imaging machines and CNC's so he can create Porcelain crowns while you wait. I can't speak too highly of this technology as he has now done 3 crowns for me. Its just so much faster I could never go back to the old method and it does work much better imho. Anyway, this is a long review, and a genuine one.. from a real customer. What I would say is that Acorn is THE place to go if you have toothache, or a need for emergency or rapid treatment. If you need a crown or want to replace one then you should go straight there right away.

I had to have the roots of a broken tooth removed, such a quick service ! No waiting , only took minutes from walking in the door to begin the operation!! I would thoroughly recommend anyone else to use Dr Sehra.

Attending the dental practice as a emergency case, I was reassured by the facilities and staff. Following an examination by Dr. Sehra I was informed that a couple of the root canals on my front teeth had failed. The courses of action were either removal of the infected teeth or apisectomy. After a brief discussion Dr. Sehra carried out the apisectomy. The treatment was carried out in an efficient manner and I'm very pleased with the results. Following a period of convalescence I'm now pain free. I would recommend Innova Dental to others seeking dental treatment.
