Absolutely disgusted with the service. I went in for a emergency root canal treatment and felt so victimised I had recently moved to Windsor on my own so was new to the area, I was also getting questioned about my job and why I can’t give them a refund because there holiday was cancelled due to Covid-19 which has nothing to do with my aspect of the job anyway moving on. I then had an x-ray which was fine but he didn’t even give me a copy of it so I could take it a dentist to finish the treatment off, I also asked for a breakdown in the cost, I text, called and emailed but heard nothing. The dentist procedure was the worst I’ve experienced unprofessional and quite rude snd disgusting, I left in tears. All they cared about is there money.

Worst dental experience , unprofessional , careless, 2 faced, rude!!!
Went in for teeth bonding, it was all good during consultation . Everything went down hill after.
1. Very unprofessional , No explanation of what I was about to go through, simply told me to sit in the chair , treatment already started before I even realised.
2. Dropped a small tool part in my mouth during the treatment, luckily it wasn’t too close to my throat , I could have swallowed it otherwise.
3. Very rough during the treatment, thought my teeth were taken out as it was so painful
4. Wasn’t impressed with the result , wanted some adjustment, was told to come back for another appointment , he said he is happy to make any adjustment for me ( maybe they are rushing to see another patient at that time )
5. 2 faced , Made me feel so unwelcome when I went back for adjustment which he has promised to do
6. When questions and concerns raised, he became hostile and rude
7. did not care about customers feedbacks, when mentioned about the middle line is still not straight , instead of trying to fix it . He just said there’s nothing he can do!!

About a month ago on a Sunday afternoon, I was in the midst of a nightmare as most of my front tooth unexpectedly fell out. As I was expected to teach first thing on Monday morning and with the majority of dental surgeries being closed, I naturally began to panic! I phoned at around 3pm and immediately got an emergency appointment at 6pm that day. Dr Sehra managed to fit a temporary tooth, saving me from a very embarrassing week of teaching! During half-term, I later went back for a root canal, which was done in less than 2 hours. I had such a great experience with this particular surgery and was extremely impressed by its sophisticated technology along with the skill and expertise of Dr Sehra, that I have now signed up as a patient!

About 4 weeks ago I had a dental emergency - loose crown on a front tooth implant. It turned out that it was almost impossible to find a dentist who would agree to fix it, I had been phoning around for days. Even the dentist in the surgery where I have been a patient for more than 10 years refused to help because the implant had been done abroad! Phoned to Acorn Dental Care about 10 am and was offered time for the same afternoon. Appointment was confirmed with text message that included clear guidance regarding Covid precautions. I was invited in as soon as I arrived, all the Covid safety guidelines were followed, the team worked efficiently, I felt safe and well looked after. I was seen by Dr Sehra who was very professional and kind, my problem was sorted very quickly. I am very grateful for the care I received. Thank you.

This is probably the best dental practice I have visited in many years! and I am certainly short of words to express my gratitude to Dr Narinder and Dr Noushad for what they have done for me.
I had a fall in mid October and broken two frontal teeth, one of them got severely damaged. Looking for an emergency appointment in lockdown was quite a challenge until I contacted Acorn Clinic in Maidenhead.
I first visited Dr Narinder who literally saved my tooth and he also made the main repairs, thank you!! then after few weeks of recovery I visited Dr Noushad who completed the recommended root canal treatment.
The expertise, knowledge and professionalism was remarkable throughout the whole process. Very high tech clinic in a friendly, welcoming and Covid free environment with first class facilities. All personnel are very professional and supportive. Highly recommended!!

I saw Dr. Narinder Sehra. He inspected prepared and fitted a crown within 2 hours of my appointment. Fantastic service and great people.

I’m so grateful to Acorn Dental in Maidenhead. After lockdown 1, they did a same day emergency appointment for my daughter, when another dentist cancelled. They explained what was necessary very clearly with photos, and somehow made 2 clearly essential tooth extractions remarkably easy for her (her wisdom teeth will fill the gaps).
I asked if they could make time for me...I had had chronic tooth pain since early lockdown. Turned out waiting months for a dentist wasn’t good. The photos and xrays clearly showed the need for the hygienist and replacing 1 filling and 2 new ones. And that wasn’t even on the side that was hurting. That needed a root canal and crown. All this work was arranged with some choice around when, continuing into lockdown2 (as emergency work). The covid-precautions were excellent, I had no concerns visiting. The root canal and crown were a new experience for me. Not painful in the least, the only discomfort being keeping my mouth open...they were understanding about that and offered breaks. Lastly, this really is modern dentistry...the crown was prepared, designed, manufactured and fitted on the same day in two sessions just 90mins apart...they took photos to build a 3D image, instead of using putty for a mould. The dentist edited the computer generated crown design, and it was 3d-printed and cooked in a 1000degree oven on-site. Fitting it took 10minutes and required zero adjustments. Astonishing. It is now the next day and my teeth now feel normal again...no chronic pain, no aching, back to normal. My wife couldn’t identify which tooth was the crown!
I will be using them for my whole family going forward, despite being a drive away...just a more pleasant dental experience all round.

On Thursday afternoon my tooth pain started and I was in an absolute agony.
I called the clinic first thing on Friday morning and i was booked in immediately for 9AM.
COVID safety rules were in place and everyone was so professional.
It amazed me that Dr Sehra wouldn’t let me leave until he made sure i was ok and safe to leave.
I have learnt once more that money is an important thing in our lives but kindness and understanding each other as humans is what defines us.

Absoloutly Fansantic service!! Dentist Narinder Sehra and the team were brilliant in looking after my 6 year old son Harvey, who had a crack molar. NHS dentist had done a filling, but the pain was still un bearable. Was unable to get an appointment anywhere, had frankly given up hope on the NHS Dental service. After reading reviews, I booked an appointment for Harvey at Acorn. The service was brilliant, Covid measures in place. Clean, Professional and social distance visible between staff and patients.

Thank you so much for the work you carried out for my son on Christmas Day. Having knocked out a existing capped tooth you clearly explained the options to me have facilitated an appointment within an hour of the initial request. We opted for the amazing 90-minute crown that you offer and were gob-smacked (pardon the pun) with the results. My son admitted that it was actually the best Christmas present he could have hoped for. The old crown and its discolouration affected his confidence massively and this is not a distant memory. Fantastic work and highly recommended!

I visited the Acorn Dental Care & Implant Clinic on Sunday 05/07/2020. I had very very bad tooth ache , i called at list 10 clinics for help even i went to the A&E but i could not find any help.
I call the ADC ,they told me to came strait away . I must say that the extraction of my wisdom teeth was as easy as i could not imagine .Doctor was so friendly ,easy talking and the most important very very very professional ,also the nurse was so prepare and professional to do her job. I must say very well done to both of them.
From my experience ,I will suggest to every one who have bad experience with dentist or phobia ,go and visit Acorn Dental Care and you i promise will never change again this clinic.

Fantastic dentist! Initially called up for an emergency which they managed to book me in for the next day. Have since registered myself, and my family as our regular dentist. Have had many treatments now including root canal, crowns, fillings and whitening. Very modern with all the highest technology and always made to feel comfortable by Dr Sehra. All of his work is of the highest standards and I do not doubt he is a master of his profession. Nina is exceptionally helpful with any aftercare and advice when I call and always goes out her way to try fit our appointments in. Extremely satisfied when leaving every time. Amazing Service from Dr Sehra and the team. Have had two weeks of excruciating pain from a cracked tooth and infection during the Covid lockdown, and where my normal dentist would not see me, I tried Acorn Dental Care. Within a few hours of calling I saw Dr Sehra, had xrays, a consultation and root canal work, temporary cap and left with pain relief and antibiotics. All staff were extremely friendly and professional and the surgery and facilities were first class.
Will be returning for the second part of the treatment and will look to use Dr Sehra for all future dental work.
Thoroughly recommended, especially in an emergency!!

I had a jaw infection and was in agony on a Sunday morning two weeks ago so I did a Google search for emergency dentists and the Acorn Dental surgery came up. I rang them and was sitting in the dentist's chair within half an hour. Dr.Sehra was wonderfully calm and reassuring. He said I needed to have my wisdom tooth out and despite it being quite resistant to being removed, he extracted it quickly and without any fuss. I would definitely recommend this surgery and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Had to go in for three fillings today - I am extremely nervous whenever I have to visit the dentist but I felt at ease today. I was offered sedation so I could have all my fillings at once and the whole process was overly quickly and pretty much pain free! Phoned up for an emergency appointment having had a tooth implode and was given one for 12 hour later. Receptionist was extremely friendly. After discussing with the dentist an extraction under sedation appeared to be the best option. Incredible dexterity to put a line in to the back of a hand that most doctors fail at. Tooth extracted with no memory and no more pain!Followed up to discuss a treatment plan for the remaining teeth. First time I have been to a dentist that hasn't been highly condescending! Would very much recommend.

I recently had a set of Veneers done by Dr Sehra. I rate the service i received from all at Acorn Maidenhead 10/10, for their attention to detail, making me feel at ease throughout the whole procedures, and most of all for their patience. I was kept informed for every step.

This is the most amazing dental practice. All of the staff have a brilliant and reassuring approach, the technology they use is top end and the work of Dr Sehra is extraordinary.
To put this in context I am probably one of the most anxious and nervous people when it comes to even thinking about going to the dentist and although it wouldn't be my pursuit of choice I would definitely have no hesitation about going back frequently.
