I saw Dr Sehra as an emergency on a Sunday morning. He saw me quickly and did a fantastic job of patching up my broken tooth.
If you want quality dentistry, go and visit Dr Sehra. He’s one of the best. I know that because he told me himself.
He also told me that all NHS dentists are cr*p.
So lesson learnt. Always go private.

Dr. N. Sehra and staff were incredibly professional, helpful and speedy. While on holiday from the US, one of my crowns came loose. We called and they made room for us immediately, quoted a very reasonable price, and replaced my crown well within an hour of our arrival. The office atmosphere is also warm and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Sehra for emergency visits, but I will also pass on his contact to my English friends in the area. Great experience!

Very happy with the overall service. Had an emergency dental appointment that was dealt with swiftly. With the follow up session was well done as well. It was obvious Dr. Sehra was through and took pride in his work. If there is one criticism, I wasn't told the correct amount for the follow up service and it ended up being double the amount that I was told in the first appointment. I will however overlook this due to the quality of service.

Had a terrible tooth ache on Sunday evening, they booked me straightaway in 15 minutes I came, we did some paperwork and basically all process took about an hour. Really nice people in there too. Very satisfied with their emergency service. Highly recommended.

I have had a mixed experience. Following some really positive and responsive work (done there and then on a Sunday thanks to their investment in cutting edge equipment) things did not go well. My (quite expensive) new crown chipped and I experienced some infection. The replacement (provided rapidly and free of charge) had similar problems and more. Five months later I need an implant. I emailed the practice about this, but no response (which I experienced with some earlier emails also), so I am off elsewhere. The dental assistant seems terrific - really competent, polite and professional, but maybe under too much time pressure between that and also staffing reception. There are no guarantees with teeth; I totally understand, but this feels a little below what I would expect from an a clearly talented and experienced dentist.

My girlfriend had to have 2 teeth out, and she was quite scared. They sedated her and removed the teeth. She was very happy with the procedure, and they made her feel very relaxed and comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional.

I am terrified of dentists and after leaving my teeth for so many years I had to have emergency treatment to remove two teeth. I felt very comfortable with the dentists and although I had sedation (I would recommend this to anyone who is nervous) I came out feeling much better. I am returning to have the rest of the work done. Great service and lovely people!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practise. The environment is calm, and very modern. The customer service is excellent. I went to Innova on a Sunday after a front crown I had broke into pieces. I called on Saturday evening and was given an appointment for Sunday morning. I'm quite nervous of dentists but Nina and Dr Sehra were so nice and friendly, they put me at my ease. Dr Sehra made me a brand new crown there and then, using some fantastic technology. I didn't have to have impressions taken and sent away. Wonderful service and I can smile again, no gap in my front teeth, no dodgy temporary crown!! Thank you so much!!

I had to have an emergency appointment with Dr Sehra during Easter Bank holiday which involved me having my lower wisdom tooth extracted. I'm normally a nervous patient but the doctor made the procedure pain free and was very comforting. I'm going to make this my regular dentist from now on!

My experience at acorn dental care has been nothing but positive. I had avoided visiting any dentist for many years and as a result had very bad decade, broken loose teeth. Used over the counter remidies rather than visit the dentist when problems arose. The day came when I knew I had to go to the dentist I was in so much pain, I Google searched emergency dentist and found acorn dental care. I was seen on a Sunday morning with in half an hour of calling, I met Dr sehra who straight away
before even looking in my mouth could see by my swollen face I had a bad tooth and abcess, I had an X-ray which gave the full extent of the problems and after a consultation with Dr sehra he told me all my teeth were terminal and would need to be removed, I knew this and my immediate thought was I would be without teeth for months until my gums receded. No I was having immediate dentures never heard of it, Dr sehra explained everything to me and the cost of all my treatments this included my emergency treatment that day, I was so happy I was going to smile again after years and years of hiding my teeth...from that first appointment whith-in a month I had about 20 something teeth removed and immediate dentures and I can honestly say I had no pain only a little soreness from the dentures rubbing which two weeks after the procedure were rectified by Dr sehra at my follow up appointment, the only thing I regret is not finding acorn dental care sooner they have changed my life.. a big thank you to Dr sehra and Nina ..????

Booked an emergency appointment for my adult son who fractured his upper front tooth and was seen at 12.20 today 9/3/19 by Dr Sehra
Dr Sehra advised he could help and suggested a carbon filter post?and a crown ,which was amazing in its self as I thought tooth was lost completely and that my son probably needed a full dental implant.Within 2 hours, the crown had been prepared,created and fitted .To say we were delighted with the result is an understatement.
Thankyou so much to Dr Sehra and his kind assistant Nina for all their help and advice .

On a recent holiday to the UK from NZ I needed some serious emergency dental work done. I was mightily impressed with Dr. N. Sehra, who clearly explained the options for treatment and the associated costs. I elected to have the tooth removed. This was done so efficiently that there was minimal bleeding and no residual pain. I did take one pain killer tablet as a precaution, but that was not really needed. Nor did my tongue feel the urge to explore the cavity! The notes provided for after treatment management were clear and concise.
This might seem weird to some, but I put this as one of the highlights of my experiences on my trip to the UK, Norway and Bangkok!

I have been going to see Dr Sehra for around 25 years and in that time I've always had excellent professional dental care from him.
Through my own fault (as I'd been a bit lax getting my teeth checked), over the Xmas period I ended up needing emergency treatment and he "patched me up" thus allowing me to be pain-free and carry on as per normal...
On my follow-up appointment he provided me with a more permanent treatment and I had a crown fitted - also like others, I had a tiny bit of dread of going back, but I didn't need to fear as I was in safe hands...
Overall the level of care, pride and professionalism is excellent and even though I live a fair distance away I couldn't really think of going to another dentist - thoroughly recommended...

Whole experience received was above my expectations, wonderful Dr sehra and nina were able to make me feel comfortable throughout all treatment with nothing being too much trouble for them, on hand day or night to provide me with excellent care. I Can’t recommend them highly enough! I called in a panic needing quite abit doing and I was seen immediately and given options to my treatment plan. The clinic is state of the art, clean and welcoming. I’m a very nervous patient due to a previous head trauma, both Dr Sehra and Nina were very gentle and patient making me feel as relaxed as possible. I was given breaks during my long treatment on the day so as I wasn’t sat for to long in the chair and came out with a brand new smile. I have had bad experiences with previous dentists but I can’t fault this clinic at all and it’s the most relaxed I’ve felt sitting in the chair, the improvement on the few teeth I had done that day has made me feel so much more confident I’ve actually started smiling for photos again! I need more work doing and I won’t be using anyone else apart from Dr Serah and Nina in future.

Sharing my honest review based on my experience of the Maidenhead practice which may make some reconsider the integrity of the many 5* star reviews below...
1. Dr Sehra is quoted on the website as "only moving forward at a pace the patient is happy with" yet carried out my treatment as if he were competing in some kind of dental Olympics despite me informing him that I was a nervous patient. Time = money
2. If Nina is acting as your dental nurse, health and safety is not a priority. She will at times not use gloves during the treatment, nor wear a facial mask and may touch things with her bare hands e.g. her phone covered in microorganisms then move on to touching dental equipment. She seems to support in surgery and work at the reception desk simultaneously which is not best practice nor hygienic. She is unfortunately incompetent in manual dexterity so do expect to get surprise sprays in your eyes.
3. Costs of treatment may substantially increase on the day of appointment. I experienced this on more than one occasion.
4. The practice manager Nina could really benefit from customer service training from the local Waitrose
5. During crucial elements of the treatment, Dr Sehra will aggressively give you instructions whilst he interrupts the treatment to take *personal* phone calls
6. If Dr Sehra is asked any questions, by default he becomes hostile and rude
7. Your time is not valued at Acorn Dental Practice, expect to be seen up to 40 minutes late with zero acknowledgement
This is my personal experience that I have shared- I felt it was important to do so as I had initially joined the practice after being misinformed by some of the inauthentic reviews on here. I left every appointment feeling uncomfortable and/or offended and wouldn't want others to waste their time and money at an appalling establishment.

Its for my wife, we had an emergency and called up this dental service around 4 pm last Saturday and got an appointment for 5 pm, Dr Sehra examined and we eventually had to remove one of the wisdom tooth, all treatment got over by 6.30 pm. I never expected it to be this fast. I am completely satisfied with the service. Dr Sehra & co was friendly and quite helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr Sehra for over 10 years. I live in Guildford and travel all the way Maidenhead due to the quality of his work. I have tried other dentists but they are not as good. Originally I became an emergency patient on Christmas Day due to a badly infected root canal performed by someone else. He has also repaired other dental work that has not been done well. I won't go anywhere else as I totally trust the work he does and now I am problem free and have a good set of teeth. I have also had sedation for a crown and him and Nina were brilliant. I highly recommend the treatment and quality of Dr Sehra's work.

I had recently become a grandmother and was very happy . Lots of photo's later I realised I needed help . The nanny Mc Fee look , with a long tooth in the front had to go. Now I am in the picture ( all the time ) the difference to my confidence is amazing , I am no longer the one taking the photo's .
The acorn dental clinic Dr. Sehra and all the staff were understanding , considerate and kind and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
