Very good and professional service. I have no idea about locks and they provided great advice for a reasonable budget. They changed all locks (front/back door) in my house in one hour. At the end I could see great quality BS locks professionally installed. I really recommend them.

Most expensive charges for average work. Despite giving them repeat business, their charges were consistently higher than rest of the tradesmen. I had to eventually look for someone else for our locks and electric work. Not very pleasant to work or have conversation with.

Young guy working in there is rude and trys to intimidate and bully women.. trying to refund less than the amount of the product and then refuses to refund at all and trys to take the product back!! P.s in reply to your comment, I think you need to check with that staff member about who was really the one being threatened and abused, absolutely disgusting behaviour, and no I will not be coming into that shop again and neither will alot of other people!

Great Service locked out of house upon calling them I was offered great customer service. Came down to my site within 30 minutes and done a excellent job. I was able to get back into my site within 10 minutes. The Locksmith was very professional in his job and made that sure that any costs were kept to a minimum. I needed a lock changing on my front door and was looking for some one to do it at a cheap price. I called economy locks and a gentleman told what was needed. He came round within 15 mins and fixed the lock and his rates were very reasonable. A great business thoroughly recommend them

The Indain guy's dodgy. He has no experience or quality in mind as he will fit all economy cheap Chinese goods that he brought from the £1 shop when they don't work he will blame your equipment. He will try to feed you lies and overcharge you. Stay away from them.
