Called Carlion after our front door failed to lock and he (Simon) arrived within 30 mins. Left the property secure while he ordered replacement mechanism, this was available the following day but due to work commitments there was no one home until Sunday, and Simon was happy to finish the job Sunday morning. Simon is pleasant, trustworthy, and I feel the work which Simon has done for us was value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Simon lives quite close to my old house and I had new tenants moving in and the lock was too stiff. He actually jumped at the chance to go in and fix it at the weekend and didn't charge us any more for this. He was also on the ball, and let us know that the barrel lock that protruded from the front door is of a type being targeted by thieves and easy to break so offered to sort that out too. Highly recommend.

I had problems closing a couple of old (20 years) tilt and turn windows as there were issues with the locking mechanisms. I phoned a number of locksmiths but no-one was interested in taking on the job as tilt and turn windows can be difficult to work with. The only other locksmith who looked at the windows advised me to replace them as they would be too difficult to fix. I then phoned Simon and he agreed to try and fix them. It wasn’t a straightforward job for him, but he managed to find fix both windows, and it cost me much less than two replacement windows would have done. I found Simon to be very friendly and helpful. Would strongly recommend.
