They came out really quickly; however, I was quoted £69 on the phone, when the locksmith arrived he quoted £150 but the overall price turned out to be £385. As I was desperate and he'd already completed the job I had no choice but to pay it. It should have been made clear on the initial call what the pricing was so that I could have made an informed decision.
**Edit** In response, I was not told it would cost £385 until I was given the bill after the work had been completed. I was told £150 when I agreed to go ahead with the work.

One of a kind, professional locksmiths with a strong sense of workmanship and productivity. I called about a jammed lock, which was my front door. So, it was an urgent issue that required immediate attention.
A locksmith was dispatched to my location within the hour and he proceeded to install a new lock. He did this without damaging the door and for the agreed upon price.

Avoid this company turn up in cars and want to charge over the odds for work which does not need to be done.
The work is to a very poor standard and pray on the vulnerable also leaving people unsecured if you do not pay there hefty charges which they change once at your property. If you check the rest of the reviews to this profile there coming from fake google review accounts.
Also not to get this company confused with other reputable well known firms with similar trading names!
Have reported to trading standards.

Alex came within given time. Expert in locksmiths. I was very disappointed with economy lock Raj he just made money and work for money but expert locksmith are expert super friendly and give you 1 year warranty. Economy lock Raj did not even gave me 1 hr warranty.
I m very happy with expert locksmith worth to use them.

These guys are AMAZING!..Having managed to get myself locked out of my house after midnight - Berkshire Expert Locksmiths were the ONLY company that picked up the phone and dealt with my emergency. ( I tied at least 10 different numbers beforehand.) Janko was super helpful and Alex was just BRILLIANT. Excellent service and value for money. I called to this company as i couldn't get inside my house and they came in no time very fast response and friendly on the phone.Alex presented to me the steps that will take to get my door open and also explaining what is wrong. I was given 1 year warranty on the service they provided which I found to be very good.

We got locked in our house today & couldn't unlock the front door. Within a couple of minutes I found Berkshire Expert Locksmiths using Google Maps. Gave them a call direct from the app & they arrived in 15 mins! A very pleasant man called Yanev had to climb thru our kitchen window to get at the door. The lock was completely jammed. Within 90 mins from call out to signing the invoice he had completed his work. No mess. He was very pleasant & friendly & did a very professional job by fitting a more secure barrel lock. Highly recommended & very fair & competitive pricing too.

Came home to find that the kids couldn’t shut the door after coming home from school. Turned out that not only was the lock broken but the door itself was falling apart. Mircea swiftly came to my rescue replacing the lock and fixing my door. I can not tell you how thankful I am to him. Would recommend anytime. Wonderful service.

Alex attended my home in the time scale provided. The rear UPVC door lock had failed and the multipoint locking system was jammed. He identified and showed me an important part of the internal system that had snapped off. This was a lever that actually freed to multipoint system. Alex was persistent in getting the locks to function and kept trying different approaches. Eventually succeeding and saving the door from being wrenched open. His persistence paid off and it was impressive. Many thanks Alex. I would definitely use the company again. The call out was within the hour even though I said it wasn’t an emergency. I was told they didn’t charge emergency call out and I was dubious about this. I didn’t need to be as they were true to their word.
