Barney my miniature sausage dog is always very stressed going to the vets but Robert is brilliant, he understands Barney’s temperament and deals with him very calmly and expertly. I feel very supported by Medivets.

Staff are amazing, vets, nurses and receptionists. They have time to answer queries, even outside in the cold (observing social distancing) and the way social distancing dealt with is brilliant. Definitely 10/10

Robert at Earley Medivet saw our puppy immediately after listening to our concerns. Our dog was quite poorly and Robert took our concerns seriously. He Kept us informed every step of the way and things were explained in a way we could understand. Fantastic friendly service. Thank you.

So reassuring and informative. Also not the least bit judgy or arrogant when mentioning raw feeding or titre testing (which they actually do) rather than vaccinating. We had this issue with last vets where owner seemed in it for nothing but money and was very unpleasant

Excellent vets..over the Covid period had two serious problems with my dog, which previous vet couldnt deal with due to it not being deemed an emergency I moved to Medivet and the team there, put in place a treatment plan , that was highly effective in sorting the medical issues and now my dog is back to her old self..would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new vets

My cat is irreplaceable I need to be able to trust those treating him. I have gained confidence in the vet’s and nurses’ abilities and understandings by listening to their answers to my questions and the subsequent successful recovery of my cat. My cat has a skin allergy which arises suddenly for no apparent reason and results in him scratching the whole of his neck and chin raw and within hours looks a total bloody mess. The staff at Elm Lane have been absolutely wonderful with my cat’s welfare and their treatments totally successful.

Staff are always friendly but the quality of service does not match the expense. They messed up my puppy’s vaccinations and he ended up having two vaccinations later than he was meant to. Staff are not aware of what their “pet plan” includes. I was told the puppy check ups are only every six months...I had to point out that the website clearly states monthly checkups for the first six months of life is included in the plan. Overall I do not feel I am getting value for money.

Our poor tortoise was attacked in the summer. Very few vets in the area knew how to help her. Robert was exceptional from the initial assessment, the two operations and the after care. Fortunately she has been signed off in time for Christmas. The whole team was friendly, professional and always helpful. We can’t thank you enough for what you have done for her.

I have used Medivet Lower Early for the last two years. They provide excellent service and have reasonable prices. They also have a monthly payment service that will save you money which includes injections and fleeing and worming treatment which are all essential for healthy cats.

Overall good veterinary service.
I brought in a sick Canary with a chest infection. Didn't expect that anyone could do much to help as it's a tiny bird and difficult to treat such a small animal. But was given good advice and treatment to give the bird using a tiny pipette and the bird recovered.
