I really don’t know what has happened to this doctor’s surgery I have been going there for years under Dr Kassianos & was always so helpful, I had a telephone consultation with Dr David Holmes today & I don’t think ive ever had to deal with someone so rude & obnoxious in my life, I tried to explain my problem but was constantly spoken over & told there is no magic pill for mental health issues!

I am extremely disappointed. I have now missed two telephone appointments in 2 days. Had an appointment booked for 2.30pm yesterday and they called 2.24pm and today I had an appointment booked because I missed yesterdays for 2.45pm to find that I've missed that appointment when the doctor called at 2.20pm, 25 minutes earlier than expected.
Not happy at all - Now having to wait until the middle of next week.

I am so upset. Dr David Holmes was the rudest GP I have seen in my life. Within 3 minute phone call conversation he said he needs to go. I said that there are more things I need to ask, where he refused to. I do not understand why these kind of people are allowed to work as doctors :(

I registered with Ringmead when I first moved to Bracknell in 2013. I had been with them up until recently I moved out the area and was no longer within their catchment.
Dr. Aloysius is a truly fantastic doctor who is compassionate and professional. He always took the time to listen and would advise accordingly. He was certainly the best G.P I have ever had and I will miss him dearly.

DO not recommend Dr Ivan Aloysius. He is Rude and incompetent. Do not care of your health condition. The receptions are very polite and helpfull But this doctor is shame, do not relly on him ..

Dr Holmes is incredibly rude and obnoxious. The care we recently received from him yesterday can only be described as negligent and we will be formally complaining to NHS. Even a 111 clinician and the pharmacist have agreed that we he had given and advised is unsafe and we’ve had to spent an evening at an out of hours facility to get this rectified.

It's not as good as it used to be ,you never get a app on the app ,you ring you have to hold, in a very long queue, sometimes get cut off ,its very worrying for the patients, so much disappointing views on FB , iwas told by a GP ,he wanted to see me in two weeks for check up nothing available??? That is my only gripe , the Standard of care is good , but its terrible to get any appointments or follow up

I am reluctantly leaving the practice as have moved to Wiltshire. I have been a patient along with my 4 sons and husband for 35 years. We truly have received exceptional care and treatment. We highly recommend this practice.

Great practice. Generally good to get appointments etc....only lost 1 star due to very slow referral for physio which required chasing and issues over thier app thingy. But i n comparison to the 3 other local practices i was with and had to move from (due to severe difficulty getting appointments and misdiagnosis with no remorse), its excellent.

The worst gp surgery I have ever had to deal with. I needed an emergency gp appointment for my Mental health and I was told that they don't make emergency appointments and I need to go to the walk in clinic. The walk in clinic cannot refer me to CMHT only my GP can but the reception staff point blank refused to make any kind of appointment for me.

I'm very impressed with the service me and my son received yesterday, I telephoned the surgery at 4pm after my son had come home from school feeling unwell by 4:05pm the doctor had called me. We were seen, prescribed medication and back home by 4:30pm. Excellent service thankyou.

Trying to make a telephone appointment is painful in itself. When I called this morning I was in the queue for 38 minutes and was number one in the queue for 23 of those minutes. And this is typical of the telephone waiting times.
