My experience here at Resolutions has been one of the best experiences of my life. It was a life changing choice to come here, really! I'm more then proud of myself but all the thanks and praise goes to the staff here at OTC! If it wasn't for Etta and Resolutions I'm not even sure where I would be at the moment. The individual therapy sessions, group classes, day and night nurses, psychiatric nurse, all the wonderful socialization, equine therapy at etta, and (at times) good food to eat!

I recommend this place. I was scared it was going to be kinda like a hospital type but it wasn’t the staff made you feel at home and they make you feel very comfortable while going though treatment. I enjoyed my self while I stayed there. I’m still early in my recovery but I’m still sober still today. What I love is the staff checks on you all the time and will take time just talk to you when you need a talking to. If you need help this is the place to go.

The nursing and medical services are severely lacking. There is a complete disconnect from the call center to the facility. The nursing/medication services are very disturbing (as in medication errors) and if you have an acute medical emergency they will not send you to the emergency room or call emergency services. (I’m a medical provider) However they have some great programs like Hank’s rope course and his fundamentals class. They are life changing.

I was a patient at the Oxford Center in Etta back when the program was fairly new. This place saved my life and I am so thrilled that they have expanded their facilities so that more lives can be saved! The staff and counselors are amazing! If you want or need help, this is definitely the place to go. Grab recovery and run with it! They will lead you down the path!

I just stayed here for 32 days. You will be admitted to detox first. Then moved to a regular cabin. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was decent. Like any other rehab you will get out what you put into it. Although, their program is set up for success. The lectures and counselors are excellent. The grounds and scenery was uplifting. Their experiential therapy sessions were beyond helpful- art, equine, yoga and mindfulness. I would definetly recommend this facility to anyone!

I had a great experience with OTC...the equine therapy was exceptional and really helped me conquer my fears and helped me through my recent loss of my father. I loved my assigned therapist. DeJa really honed in on the root of a lot of my problems. The food was ok, although I am really sick of Southern cooking. I met some great friends there. I felt like I was a little bit a part of a family...until... I was asked...not asked, excuse me...forced to leave exactly one week before my 30 days. It was Thanksgiving weekend, day after. Our schedule was pretty boring. We had a wiffleball thing happening in the horse arena. I wanted to participate but, since we didn't know what we were doing in the arena, I wore the wrong shoes. LSS, 2 days earlier my therapist told me to actively look for a job. I did so. While on the sidelines, as everyone else was on their phone, I had a call come in. I answered and quickly went outside. I knew it was a second interview. I had never been on my phone the entire time I was there. A tech chased me down and insisted I give up my phone. I disagreed and they proceeded to literally harass me and force me to leave. I had to find a hotel a train ticket and a way out of there. They said they would take me to the airport! I was leaving by train!!! Opposite end of town with no $$ to get to the train which wasn't leaving until the next night at 11pm. Oxford staff LET ME DOWN IN A HORRIBLE WAY. THEY STOLE MY LAST WEEK OF RECOVERY. I HOPE THEY DON'T DO SO TO ANYONE ELSE. APPARENTLY THAT SAME NIGHT OXFORD KICKED OUT 7 PEOPLE!!! BEWARE. THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE WITH SOME ???? LOVELY PEOPLE... UNFORTUNATELY THE CASE MNGT PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE A HEART OR SOUL. I PRAY FOR THEM.

The Oxford treatment center opened my eyes up to a better life, after it saved my old one. I recommend this to any friend or anyone in active addiction that I come across. They truly showed me how to have fun and make the most out of life being sober and how to take it one day at i time. I learned amazing coping skills to deal with anything life throws at me and I'm slowly turning into super woman. The staff helps you gain a spiritual connection with your higher power and that is really what has helped me the most. Do this for your loved ones but mostly do this for yourself and let the Oxford treatment center help you find your self worth.

Huge scam be careful. 30 thousand dollars to get fed horrible food have sex in the woods and be taught absolutely nothing all day. They will try to get you to pay for more treatment afterwards at resolitions... Don't go for it.. most people have relapsed on heavier drugs than they were doing before. Pretty much everything the call center tells you is a lie.

I always like to say that the Oxford Center chose me. This facility, the caring staff, and the education that I received, truly saved my life. After a 28yr run with active addiction, I was completely exhausted and hit rock bottom. I now have 20 months clean and sober!! My life has completely changed. I have made lifetime connections at the Oxford Center, not with only residents there, but with staff members there that truly care about my recovery. Although I went through in 2015, there are times that I can still call on staff members who are still willing to listen to me and help me through difficult times, or if I just need someone to talk to who understands. All in all the Oxford Center put me on my new life's journey and I will be forever grateful. If you are looking for a treatment center, I highly recommend the Oxford Center. Thanks Oxford Center and Sober Living for saving my life!!!

My wife attended the Oxford Center in July of 2015. I must say that the Oxford Center saved her life. She has gained a new perspective on life. The support system that she still has from there is amazing. She and I both learned that the disease of addiction can be handled with the proper knowledge that we both learned from there. I really appreciate the staff there that helped my wife. I truly recommend that anyone, who is dealing with a loved one and this disease of addiction, give the Oxford Center a chance. My wife is going on 20 months of sobriety in her journey to recovery. Thanks Oxford Center!!!

Hi Hi
Worst receptionist I have ever talked to. I think her name is Julia. Very condescending and rude, DO NOT send your family here. You will not be able to talk to them and when you call you get treated like you are unimportant. Fire her, she's terrible.

I would recommend this facility to anyone struggling with the disease of addiction. I have 29 months of recovery under my belt and I owe it all to the Oxford Center!! I could never stay clean prior to my treatment here. The staff were very friendly and concerned about my well being. I learned a lot about myself there and met other addicts who were just like me. So that was one of the things that made me feel right at home....to know that I wasn't by myself. There are all sorts of therapeutic programs there that helped me on my Journey of recovery. So give yourself a break and try this place out im sure you as well will benefit from this program just as i did.....you deserve happiness in your life and freedom from active addiction!! One of the smiling faces i remember and was a big part of my recovery and still is.... is Ms Jewel. She always was smiling and talking to us ,sharing her experience strength and hope. I thought to myself she is a recovering addict just like me who had changed her life around completely. If she could do it so could I. Through the sharing of her different struggles with addiction i found the strength to fight for my life back. I learned that I wasn't a lost cause and i wasn't worthless and wasn't a failure. That i deserved to have chance at life to be happy in life and have success. I took that with me along the way and learned a lot of things about myself and found my voice to speak good things about myself and not negative. Thanks to her i have a sponsor who i was introduced to during my treatment there. He came to speak and I felt like he told my whole life story in his story. He became the big brother i never had but always wanted and one of my best friends today so thank you Ms Jewel i love you and Danny!! Thank you to the Oxford Center and the staff as well!!....Clint,Barry,Garry,Ms Dee and Dale to name a few. I love all of you. One more thing I now share my story with other recovering addicts to be of service to others just as someone was there for me. I've recovered my life back,my wife and kids,my job for 18 years my loved ones and my life is pretty awesome right now. I could keep going but I'll let someone else share with you their experience there....im sure it will be similar to mine so anyway if no one has told you they love you, I love you and there's nothing you can do about it ???????? good luck on your journey J.F.
