With regards to flu jab, I’m so disappointed. Booked two weeks in advance, re scheduled work and shop collection around this. Received text reminder the morning of. Arrived to be told ‘no medicine in stock’. Badly handled not really an apology, why not a simple phone call?!! How many others wasted their time that day too? And then the next morning, an email from Boots telling ME I missed my appointment. I will not be going back. Simple customer service gone very wrong.

Good pharmacy but the wait to be able to withdraw the prescriptions is really very very long. It is not possible that there is only one pharmacist and I have to wait 30 minutes to be able to withdraw the drugs. Incredible to believe

Hi, very bad expierence!Very rude manager is work there, his name is Bridge!Im have to pick up my medicine twice a week, im very sick!But every time when his working is take very long time, last time his make me wait 40 minutes, im come at time but his was rude to me and serve people who come after me,his discriminate me and some more people, this cant continue any more, but people like this not suposed work with people and specialy with sick people, who cant stay without medicine like me, and his make wait me 40 min on the freezing, its only because im speak bad english its not acceptable!Please! im hope his boss will speak to him, this not first time and not only me, im have enough and we gona write complaine to main office, we recorde him voice also, something have to be change!

Terrible unhelpful staff. It is as if you are doing them a favour to shop and pick up prescriptions. They open whenever they want and cannot until the pharmacist arrives and twice she has been late in the past few weeks.

Asked the pharmacy for mouth ulcer cream that provides a barrier she pointed to the shelf with bonjella which is not what I asked for, when I asked if there was anything behind the counter she said we have these two products called Igloo....... Well isn't this what I asked for in the first place??? Poor service and product knowledge Boots Cobham.

On this particular visit, the pharmacist was on his own with about 7customers.
He was exceedingly unflustered, though not a good situation for a pharmacist. Staff did eventually arrive. This was approximately 10.15hrs.
Consequently I had a longer wait to get a prescription sent by GP.
Had to return 20mins later after already waiting about minutes.

This store frequently opens later than the published time. This morning I waited 15 minutes past its opening time and it had still not opened. In the meantime, one of the staff was standing outside in the freezing cold. Shameful. If the staff and customers can be there for 8 am, why can’t the management?
